Sketchy little business.
Brought my IPhone here for screen repair, was assured they use “Apple screens”, but were not an authorized repair shop, that should have been my first first red flag.
Service was timely and I was called a few hours after dropping it off that it was done.
When I picked the phone up I immediately noticed the black border around the screen was much thicker than OEM and there was a new alert in my settings that “the display was not a Genuine Apple display”. I walked right back in the store to ask about it and the owner acted dumbfounded “oh I’d better take a picture of that and reach out to my supplier, I’ll get back to you”.
Of course I never did get a call back lol.
At this point I knew I had some cheap replacement screen but it did the job and would work until my next phone upgrade, or so I thought.
A day after picking it up, the phone was on the coffee table and started randomly scrolling and typing by itself, and would not react to any of my inputs, I had to hard reset the phone get it to work again. This still happens on a daily basis months later.
I returned to the store to show the owner first hand what was happening, they tried to say it wasn’t the screen replacement causing it, it was from the initial drop that broke the screen in the first place. Cool, another lie.
Lastly, and what’s finally made me write a review, I upgraded to the newest iOS and the screen instantly shut off, you could still hear sounds and feel vibrations but the screen was dead. I called back to the store to ask how to make their third party junk work with the new update, they instantly got defensive and said “oh an update wouldn’t do anything to the screen, and we use Apple screens not third party”. Lol sure.
Guess what? As soon as I rolled back the update, the screen worked again! There are also multiple forums online of people who had their screens replaced third party who are experiencing the same.
Long story short:
Don’t be like me, left with a phone that glitches daily, can’t be updated, and has a void warranty due to their work.
Edit: Lasted about a year, couldn’t take it anymore lol. Begged the Apple Store to install a genuine screen so I could actually use my phone. Took some convincing since I had UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS conducted on my device but they finally allowed it.
Upon taking out the screen Cell Phone Medics had installed, the Apple techs confirmed that it was the lowest quality, well known counterfeit on the market.

I’ve been dealing with Shaun at Cell Phone Medics for years now and just wanted to leave a review. Obviously being years now, I am happy with my service! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to have work done on my computers or phones. I know I can trust this place to get the quality work done that I need and also to know that I am being charged the fair price too!
Best place around for computer and cell phone repairs! Oh and they will fix screens on Nintendo switches as well! Wow that’s good to know!

These guys were awesome to deal with! And were open on Good Friday! My phone just quit charging and that could be 1 of 2 things wrong with it. They had it up and charging within 2 hours! Thank you so very much! Definitely will recommend you guys!

These guys are either crooks or slow. Sent my black Note 22 Ultra for a screen repair, sent back a lower model Note 22 Ultra claiming it's my phone different color, pink.
Compared my serial numbers to my receipt when I bought the phone and they are different. Was told " you must be confused "

Had my iphone battery replaced for $63 and it was no better than my old one. The battery lasted 4-5 hrs after a 100% charge. When I called and told them, I was told it must be a phone issue which is malarkey. Not impressed.
UPDATE: I took the phone back, the owner was very cordial and said he would try another battery, which he installed at no cost. After 5 hrs the battery is still at 99%. Happy now! I will be a return customer.

I have used them for two or three repairs and the were great but this was wasn’t the case this time. I was quoted 250 and my invoice was 450. I didn’t really care but admit you quote wrong price And now my FaceTime doesn’t work. And all I get is it not his fault and it’s my phone and Apples. Then he hung up me. Wow.

I got my iPhone 11 fixed at this place a couple of weeks ago he replaced the screen with a cheaper screen which made my display turn green and when I went to another place to get my screen fixed they couldn’t fix it because he broke something inside of my phone i had to get a new phone because he literally broke my old one plz don’t come here

Got my phone fixed here and the screen keeps blanking out. Took it back and they wanted an additional $125 for a problem they caused! I would recommend going somewhere else.

Left a phone for days to be unlocked.then was told my blackberry was to old and would not connect to network.they offered me a $300 option.we decided to think on it.by the time i got home.it was making calls and text no problem.would not recommend.

Shaun is a complete crook. I dropped my phone off in January with the assurance that it would be ready in a few hours and didn't ever get it back. I had to contact him multiple times regarding the "shipping status" and, finally, in March (?) was told my phone was ready. I went in and it was an actual different phone, the screen wasn't properly installed, and the sim holder "was damaged". So basically I paid hundreds of dollars for an external hard drive.
He is hugely unprofessional and an outright liar.
Take your business elsewhere.
