I was in need of a new iPhone tempered glass screen protector, but I also wanted to go somewhere that could install it perfectly. I went here based on other reviews and it was the right thing to do! The gentleman who helped me was a pro at installing the screen protector nice and evenly and ensured that there were no bubbles or threads underneath. A highly recommended location over other big shops at Market Mall.

The fellow was good when I was making the purchase. When I came back a couple weeks later because the screen protector he installed popped off he wouldn't replace it. Interestingly, he found the protector in a box for the previous model, but said it was stored wrong. I'm now convinced it was in the wrong box because it was already used, which is why the adhesive didn't hold. It actually popped off within a few days of buying it, but I got sick in the interim and waited to return it until I wasn't contagious, even wearing a mask to be safer. He didn't believe me saying I would have come in immediately. Not impressed.

Do not go here. The warranty means absolutely nothing. My phone broke a week after I paid to get it fixed and it was even dropped or anything. I went back and asked the guy if he could fix it with warranty and he said I don’t know, let me call my boss. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and I left to get it fixed somewhere else. I come back about 10 minutes later and he says I can get a refund. I was getting ready to receive the refund and then when he found out my phone was getting fixed at a different store, the refund was not longer available. Waste of time and money

I have been visiting Cellicon for purchasing and installing screen protectors and cases for cell phones, tablets, etc.for years. I never had any issues with the quality of the products I purchased. Most importantly, their customer service is excellent!

Have bought all cases for my iPhones from them. They have great selection of cases for new and old phones. Their turn around time on repairs is also very quick. Would recommend to everyone

Great customer service. The other cell shop in the mall told me they could not fix the power connector on my Samsung A71 due to not having the software.

Laughing as the tweezers were pulled out and the port cleaned.

Next issue I have with these modern designed to break phones, I'm comming directly back to Cellicon.

Amazing customer service, the guys that work there are so nice. I had to get a new iPhone and came here to get a screen protector and case. I was making casual conversion to the employees and brought up that my old phone had been stolen, and they ended up giving me my screen protector and phone case for free. It was totally unexpected and kind.

Got my iPhone 12 pro max screen repaired. Called the number and the owner answered said he’d be down. I like their service quality.

Very bad customer service. I would not recommend them, save yourself the headache, the money, and take your phone some where else.

They scammed me and the owner was very disrespectful when I took it in to get it fixed. The warranty here doesn't mean anything! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere more reputable.

Raj and Kishan did an AMAZING fix on an iPhone that got slammed in a car door - bent frame, cracked screen, real bad. They were so fast and friendly and fun! Superb service!
