Ordered my Crosstrek in August, was supposed to arrive in October but picked it up January 4. Wasn't happy with the delay but Centaur looked after me. Nirmal, John and Alex were all excellent to deal with, delivery was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend Centaur. Haven't even mentioned how awesome my Crosstrek is! 10/10

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership when we were trying to decide what car to drive. Stephen was super knowledgeable and gave a wonderful test drive to show us all that the car had to offer. He helped us figure out what was right for our family and was not pushy. We unfortunately ended up buying from another dealership simply because they had the car we wanted in stock. We highly recommend this Subaru dealership and definitely ask for Stephen!

Had a problem with the infotainment system on my Outback. Centaur updated the software at no charge and it is an improvement. The menu is simplified and things are easier to find.

I had a key fob that would not work properly. During a regular appointment they changed it out and reprogrammed both fobs for me.

We purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback from outside of Calgary, however friends of ours the Grossi recommend Centaur Subaru for service going forward.
Julie has been very satisfied with the warranty department and service department over the past 2 years.

Staff was super friendly and helped me solve a minor emergency issue. Great first experience with this place!
Update: Second experience, I handed in the car to swap to winter tires. When I picked up the car they told me there were no concerns and everything was fine. When I came home to put the tires in storage, there was a large ca 5x5 sidewall rip in one of the tires and it needs to be replaced. This is a VERY basic thing when doing a visual inspection of wear and tear of the tires, and if ignored can cause a tire blowout when driving. Very disappointing and now I am extremely hesitant to hand in my car here for other services if they do such sloppy work on basic safety and routine tasks that can put me and my family at risk.

Great service dept, and very poor communications

UPD: Be ware, advisers won't tell you a thing regarding office hours, thus you risk not to pick up your car the day you may expect. You have to guess everything by yourself and if you fail with that it's your fault. The best you can get is "sorry about that"

Good service, finished in good time. The only draw back is one way shuttle service, so either you wait or make your own way back if it is a long service!

Very good service. When we arrived at our last oil change and inspection they said they were running behind due to employee illness and it could be 2-3 hours. But they still did our service on a timely basis, it was complete in an hour.

Service is always great - staff are helpful & very nice. My visit was for a recall. I always hope for good weather in my appointment days so I can get out for a run or walk. Having a new bigger Subaru building will definitely help with shorter wait times for appointments.

I tried to book a service appointment for my new 2022 Subaru at the only other dealership in town and was told they couldn't get me in for over 6 weeks. Even though Centaur is a much further distance from my house, I decided to ask them. They were able to get me an appointment in under 2 weeks!

From my first phone call with the Centaur service department, I could tell the extra distance to get to them would be TOTALLY worth it.and I was right.

When I stepped into their service department to drop off my vehicle, they were swamped! My first thought was that it was going to take a long time to leave my vehicle with an advisor, but they were well-staffed and worked like an efficient, well-oiled machine.

An advisor greeted me right away and within a couple minutes, I was signed in, and sent on my way. Miraculously, it was the same thing when I picked up my car.

The Centaur staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating, and professional.

One look at Centaur's impressive new building shows that the owners and management of this dealership are invested in offering top-notch sales and service experiences to their customers.

This is my first Subaru. Sadly, I've had nothing but frustrating experiences with the other dealership in Calgary and I was regretting my purchase. Thankfully Centaur was there to rescue me and restore my faith in the Subaru brand.

Bought my first brand-new car here. The staff at Centaur Subaru made it an even greater experience than I would have ever imagined. No hidden fees, no sales BS, and I was given good, honest advice on which add-on accessories I would need, too. Overall, great experience!

Ralph was awesome with helping us out. He provided us with all costs. No hidden extras! My daughter was shopping for a new car. We were so impressed with Ralph, we purchased two new cars, my daughter and myself. I would recommend Centaur Subaru and Ralph to anyone looking for a new car!

I am new in Calgary and had my Crosstrek winter tires changed in early November at this dealership.

Pro: Very clear communication and booking for the appointment, great and rapid service with an efficient pick up system. Clean dealership with an indoor parking space for car pick up which was nice during a snowstorm.

Con: Subpar customer relationship and attitude from the service counter staffs.

At car drop off in the morning, despite having a good start, the service counter staff quickly became very impatient when I tried to clarify with her the different service levels as I wanted an oil change without the full Service A with inspection (which wasn’t an issue in my former Subaru dealership in Quebec).

At time of pick up, I was served by the other service counter staff present as well in the morning, who also happened to be unexpectedly rude when I told her that my name on the file was completely misspelled (first and last name completely wrong - only found out on the confirmation text messages). I had to prompt her to update my name on the file before paying and having a receipt with the correct spelling of the name, which again seemed like I was asking her too much.

Overall, excellent service department and efficient tire change in a nice new dealership. However, the process and first time experience at this dealership was tainted by a surprisingly rude customer service at the service desk.
