Centennial Park

Nice playground for the kids, all fenced in which is really nice. I would take the kids back if passing thru Canmore again

First time to explore this park. My family and I were visiting and decided to explore Canmore this time. The park is really inclusive and is health conscious. It is not just the little ones who will enjoy, but the whole family.

Took in the folk fest and what a great location and setup. Lose a star for the absolute shortage and mayhem parking is in Canmore…

Great park for the kiddos. My youngest kids hightlight of the trip was the little friend she made for an hr at the park.

Wonderful park located right in the heart of the town, and a perfect venue for the Canmore Folk Music Festival (see photos). As an 11-year employee of the festival, I was SOOOO grateful when they replaced the floor and the infrastructure under the floor while preserving the structure of the Stan Rogers Memorial Stage, rather than demolishing it (which they were considering doing). Always a treat to work here for sure!

Everyone going there was super chill and was willing to take turns, definitely would go there again.

Not good doesn't allow dogs who do u think will save u first if ur in an avalanch or if your lost or for rescue in general ect a dog enough said!

It's unfortunate that the public restrooms only open at 1: 30pm. Aside from that, it's a wonderful park for kids and even has accessibility options.

Great place for the kiddos, lots of jungle gym type obstacles and even a workout section too.

Had a great time with my 2 boys 7 & 9 yo for a few hours in the afternoon, plenty of other families to interact with in a healthy fashion.

We were there for a concert in the park and it was amazing lots of grass space to sit (BYOC!) and the kids can have fun on the relatively big playground.

Parking on the street is free but be careful where to park because certain areas you can't par (signs posted, close to entrance). Parking Authority is making their rounds on a daily basis!

This park has amazing mountain views, public bathrooms, picnic tables, benches, a playground that is in the shade, a field, a track and fitness equipment. I think there is also a stage area. Parking can be crowded but I was lucky today. Garbage can and recycling bins. No animals permitted so you don't need to think twice about dog poop.

Our favorite park in town! Outdoor gym for teen & older. A well thought out playground for different age groups. Picnic tables and clean restroom.

This is probably the best park for me, I've been to many parks across Canada and this is by far the most beautiful one. Thanks to the breathtaking vistas.

This is probably one of the most scenic Municipal parks in the entire country. Incredible Mountain views, very good playground equipment for toddlers and kids, and exercise equipment for adults. There are public washrooms that are well-maintained and cleaned.

Dogs are not allowed. The hours of operation are now emforced by a 8 foot high chain link fence with magnetic locks on all the gates.

Amazing park with track and field. We had our dinner on a bench here and my kids didn't feel bored at all! Maximum hours spent here are 2-3

This place is beautiful, lot of space for the children to run and a lot of rabbits. The view of the mountains in the background is breath taking as well.
