When we were looking for a Window Company I had two choices, Company Owned or Employee Owned and we chose Employee Owned. With an Employee Owned company, each employee has a vested interest to go above and beyond to ensure every step of the process is flawless. Centra Windows was no exception when it came to the manufacture and installation of our windows. The team that did our installation (Davis, Cyler, Matt, Rio and Vince) worked like a well oiled machine. It was truly amazing how these expert installers went about their individual tasks, paying attention to every detail to ensure the removal of the old and Install of the new windows was absolutely perfect, and it was. From the perfect match of the siding and its installation to making sure the smallest detail of the interior trim was picture perfect, this team displayed a high standard of professionalism at every step. All the members of the team were polite, eager to answer any question and did a complete clean up after they were done. Thanks to Davis and the team for a truly professional job and great customer service. Shea, the estimator and the staff at the Centra office were easy to deal with, provided excellent customer service and made this project a breeze. I will definitely recommend Centra Windows, which is a local Calgary company, to anyone needing window replacements. The nice part is that the windows are locally manufactured and we all win when we support local businesses.

Centra Windows is absolutely amazing. We only required the installation of two small windows in our basement. We compared with two other companies, and Centra was significantly less expensive and able to install much sooner. We also liked that they are a local company, building the windows here in Calgary, and the people who work there actually own the company.
The people at Centra were wonderful. Jacob was amazing; he answered every question we had, followed up in a timely manner, and attended to the entire process throughout, in a friendly yet professional manner. A FIVE STAR experience throughout.

This is the second home where I have used Supreme/Centra to replace windows and doors and they have done an excellent job with both installations. Great quality and professional installation team.

We had our front door & 3 basement windows replaced last week by Matt, Davis & Cuyler. The quality of their work was top notch.
They were all friendly & took great care to protect all work surfaces inside the house & kept the job areas clean.
We had used Supreme many times in the past, and always with excellent results so I was mildly concerned that a change of ownership might have degraded that.
Not so. We were very pleased with the results & the quality of the products & would highly recommend them to anybody.

Our experience with Certa/Supreme was excellent. Corey and his team on the initial install we great. The install was quick and the windows and door look wonderful. We needed one window changed as the mechanism were in the wrong place. The window was manufactured and install within a week. Thank you to Perry and Rio.

We had 19 windows replaced 16 years ago. We hired Greg Martineau (now Centra) because their pricing came in middle of the road and they were the only company willing to make the windows with custom openings to our specifications.

Sixteen years later one of the lock mechanisms broke (heavy, huge window), I contacted Centra and magically, they had someone here to replace it under warranty!

Couldn't ask for better customer service! Thank you Centra! I will continue to strongly recommend you to anybody in the market!

Sales rep came few weeks ago and still waiting for the quote to replace 11 windows, also called their office to inquire about the quote and was told it should be emailed tomorrow (week ago).

From our first meeting with Jim who always got back to us didn't matter if it was after hours or weekends he always returned our calls. Explained everything including the installation process.

When it came time to install Vlad and his crew showed up and did an amazing job installing the windows including cleaning up at the end of the day. Very professional from start to finish.

I had 3 quotes they were all very similar but the service we recieved from Centra put them over the top from Sales to operations to installation.
After the windows were installed I needed an adjustment on one of the opening windows, they came out and within a few minutes had corrected the problem.they checked all the other windows to make sure everything worked well.

Les from Centra came out to give us a quote on new windows. He suspected our issue was an exterior leak, and new windows were not required. After further investigation, Les was correct.

Service technician Jan De Beers was awesome, very polite and professional! Looked after patio screen issue, very thoroughly, and even went above and beyond replacing a faulty handle on one of the windows that was not on the service work order!

After a couple of visits from the sales team, precise measurements, signing a contract, leaving a deposit, waiting months for production, booking time off of work for the scheduled install date, the team showed up with framing that, to my own discovery, was missing the reinforcement agreed on and paid for. Safe to say the install team did not install the frames. We agreed on getting new frames with the proper reinforcement, which may be a couple of weeks. I lost one day of work due to this error made. It gets better. The additional window replacement in the house was, to our surprise, scheduled for the following day due to boom truck booking. This was never communicated to us. I accommodated the team and took half a day off work for that day. In the meantime, nobody from Centra would return our calls besides the sales person, who worked hard for us. The install team showed up for the other window install. As they are getting set up and taking apart our window casing, they find out that the boom truck is now delayed by an hour, which then became half a day, at which point I could not justify losing another full day of work. Following this day, we did not receive any return phone calls from the install management team. Our sales person did all the foot work to find out that the team has determined they can no longer install the windows for us. I have yet not received any returned phone calls from the CEO to get this sorted out.

Overall, I advise anyone who is looking to do business with Centra windows that their communication level is extremely poor. The sales guy Jim is amazing!

We appreciate the prompt service call to repair a damaged roller wheel on our sliding patio door. The service reps (Jan and Michael) were professional and courteous while they replaced the entire operator. It's obvious that Centra cares and ensures customer satisfaction. Thank you!

From start to final completion our experience with Centra has been great. And what a difference to our comfort with the new windows installed! Michael & Jan have just completed the final piece - they were great - right on time, courteous, professional and delightful. When the salesman came to help us with our order, I made it very clear that I did not want any wood surfaces. I wanted vinyl.
During installation, the garden doors had wood frame. I was told that vinyl was not an option. I have since found out that vinyl is an option from another company.
So, we had to prime and paint the frame, which was very difficult due to it already being mounted with the weather stripping on. I am very displeased with this.
As well, when replacing the basement windows, the surrounding drywall around the frame had been compromised on all three windows, resulting in us having to fill and sand the defects, then prime and paint.
Cassey did have one window repaired but not the others.
So not only did we have the extra charge of repairing, but filling, sanding, priming, and painting.
So for those of you who think that by having your windows replaced will be a easy task, think again. The cost and extra work was well above what we expected. Also, the wood product was not as expected.

Just had two windows replaced because of cracks. It was just over the warranty but they fixed them anyway under the warranty. We had Mike, Chris and Brian do the repairs. They were awesome, very professional and friendly. Extremely happy with their work

Worst customer service! Scheduled 3 appointments with no show, this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE kind of service. It's completely a waste of time for your customers and wouldnt even give a courtesy call about the status. Im very UNHAPPY that you dont value time and would just simply ask when can we reschedule again? ! Seriously? ! This is ridiculous! Do something!

Ed Jensen is a knowledgeable renovation consultant, he gave me decent suggestions for which type of window I should use. I learned some useful knowledge from him about windows.

Michael from Centra Windows came out today to adjust doors we had installed last August, they are now well adjusted and he showed me how to make adjustments in the future to the strike plates as well as door threshold plate when weather changes from winter to summer. Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you Michael and Centra.

If you live in rural alberta I would not use this company. They ask for 50% up front and rest on day of work done. The website says they have financing but not for rural properties.

We purchased 6 windows and had them installed. We originally thought it would be 14 weeks for install but got them manufactured and installed in 8 weeks. The whole process was fantastic and what a huge difference my triple pain windows make in the temperature in my home. The installers were professional and friendly and the process with seamless.

Supreme Windows is a class act. I had a window crack, and Jacob one of the excellent tradesman came out and replaced it under warranty. The products are top quality, the staff are amazing. Thank you for your excellent service.
