The install was clean (Adam even made sure the panel was somewhere aesthetically pleasing, and that the sticker on our door covered up some old screw holes so it looked nicer). Then, he made sure we understood what everything meant and how to use it all, even if it meant taking a little longer. The selection for equipment was quite extensive, but Adam was able to recommend what would suit our home, lifestyle, and budget best without being pushy. The flood/freeze sensors and fire/smoke alarms also provide peace of mind in an older home. We would highly recommend this company for both residential & business security services!
