The only place i could get in during the sub-zero temperatures The past week. They were quick and very helpful.

Actually very impressed. Took my vehicle in for a second opinion and very glad I did! The guys at Central Auto Care took great care and revealed a few things that the dealership missed! Thank you for the quick turnaround, transparency and fantastic communication!

I appreciate the honesty and the fact they let you know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait so that you can budget repairs and maintenance. Good service and good people. Highly recommend.

Our first time there, great service, love the text & email communications, work order & billing.

1st visit in Dec 2022 was Great service. Had my truck diagnosed and repaired in 1 day. No complaints.

My most recent visit was less than stellar. Made a 10am appointment several days in advance and when I arrived I was told I'd have to wait all day, so I shrugged it off and was OK with it. Well, the day came to an end with no phone call, no indication the truck would have to stay over night. I rode down at 5: 45 (their voice mail says open til 6) and they're closed. I had plans that night to use my truck I had to cancel. I'll be utilizing a different mechanic shop moving forward.

Great communication thru the service with text messages and updates on issues, they had us back on the road again as this vehicle was towed in with a failed alternator. Would have no problem returning for future service as this was first time here.

Only called for advice, didn't get any work done. Feller on tye phone was nice and very informative, sounds like they know what they are at which is uncommon these days. Would definitely give them a try after the phone call

EDIT: Unfortunately my business relationship with Central Auto has ended. As a full time student working part time out of province my time is very limited, and they decided to call me 3 days before my appointment to get my winter tires on that they weren’t able to service the vehicle despite me making the appointment a month earlier and calling the week after that to confirm. Very disappointing, and the staff member I interacted with had the audacity to blame me because the appointment was scheduled for Remembrance Day (newsflash, Remembrance Day is always on the 11th so it wasn’t a surprise, and most auto shops are open or have reduced hours on Remembrance Day rather than be closed, I checked.)

They were very honest and clear about what they found and did, they kept very vigilant and made sure to update me on how things were going and they let me see what was wrong. They were more than happy to explain why they would recommend certain services but they didn’t push if I said no to a service either, and they were super friendly afterwards as well (they left a little thank you note in my car, super cute!)

Chris and the guys at Central helped me out of a flat tire jam…great service, especially since I had no appointments! Thanks guys!

After two visits to Central Auto Care I will not take my vehicles to another mechanic. The service is quick and friendly. The transparency in assessing your vehicle and the process for providing options is great. They will send photos and videos during the problem assessment phase. This provides you with great confidence that they have identified the correct problem. Pricing is reasonable and the end bill is entirely consistent with the estimate. The last time I took in my SUV it left the shop sounding and running like it was brand new. I could not believe it and I could not have been happier. I have found my mechanic.

I appreciate the detailed feedback and the opportunity to approve or decline any services in advance. My 22-year old vehicle is now running dependably again.

We have been going to Troy with Central Auto Care for 4 years, and our service has always been excellent! From regular oil changes, flushes, brakes, and a new clutch he has fixed all our vehicles up. His service is fast reliable and he always has a deal going on!

Very good! Adam and Chris got my car in quickly and they were very accommodating as I live out of town.
