Really nice building - the windows are huge. There is a dog park right there and they have a dog wash, so its super convenient! Highly recommend!

Looks can be deceiving, which rings true with this place. I have so many frightening stories about the Central Tower of terror but will try to keep it brief. The apartments are beautiful but the large windows act as a greenhouse and our apartment was almost unliveable during the winter as management disables the A/C. Even on -20 days with the windows open and blinds shut, our apartment would reach +30. Management ignored all my emails regarding this and when I tracked them down in person, they told me to "open the windows". Furthermore, this building is unsafe, full of sketchy tenants and is regularly broken into. The police are onsite often. During our first week of living here, there was a huge police raid and someone randomly shot a coyote right in front of the building. Personally, I was verbally assaulted in the foyer by a fellow resident who screamed at me and called me a c*nt, but management didn't care in the slightest. Altogether, the management is horrible. I feel kind of bad for them due to the abuse that they suffer at the hands of their trashy residents who would write threatening messages on the elevator walls (and have their dogs pee/poo in the elevator). The cherry on top is that if you think you're getting your damage deposit back, forget it! It's a money grab. We left our apartment in immaculate condition with no damage and had it professionally cleaned, but were still charged hundreds of dollars for a professional cleaner. At this point, we were just desperate to escape the central tower of terror so we just took the loss and ran for the hills. Avoid this place!

The building is extremely poorly managed.

- For 2 days in a row there is no Internet connection.
- Our electricity bill is 30$ though we must pay additional 190$ for “common shares”, which is just ridiculous.
- They double charged us for that utility bill.
- Senior Property Manager Julie is just unreliable.

The management never takes responsibility, never apologising for the inconvenience.
This is just sad, because we really like the apartment itself and we pay quite money for it (2200$).

Avoid at all costs! I resided in Central Tower for two and a half years before finally moving out. Initially, my experience during the first year was fantastic. The management was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed living there.

However, things started to go downhill from my second year. Instead of the one-time pet fee of $300 when I signed my first lease, they changed it to a monthly charge of $25, payable every year. Additionally, they sneakily added "common share" charges to my lease renewal contract without proper notification, resulting in a nearly $50 increase in my monthly bill. Furthermore, with each lease renewal, they raised the rent while providing meager offers.

Upon moving out, I decided to utilize their move-out cleaning service. Shockingly, they charged me $45 per hour for a whopping 12 hours of cleaning for my 450 sqft apartment. While I admit my apartment wasn't in pristine condition when I left, 12 hours seemed excessive for such a tiny apartment. To add insult to injury, they also attempted to charge me for three wall repairs, despite there being no damage. Only after I voiced my complaints did they withdraw the charges, though claiming it’s because they had no photographic evidence before conducting the repairs.

In conclusion, if you don’t want them to take your money away in various ways and various excuses, STAY AWAY!

Beautiful apartments but property manager said "your friend doesn't look disabled what's wrong with him. We walked out after the discrimination. We dint want to live at a place that you had to explain that people have non physical disabilities

Me and my partner went to view the apartment and emily was really friendly and showed us the apartment which was nice
The only issue we had was that online is states is furnished which is isnt (but was advised that all furnished are taken) also it states there is a pool and its part of the amenities which was then told no building has so not sure why it is listed it does

I lived here for a year and am not surprised by other negative reviews with 1 star (I would give 0). This building looks nice but the management and maintenance staffs are just there to collect money. Unprofessional and rude. Yes, I hired a cleaning company for move out yet this company charged me hundreds of dollars for ridiculous minor reasons. Not only that, if there are minor holes, paint peels from normal wear and tear, they will charge each one of them. Their electricity bill system is not straightforward and expensive. The rent is incredible high for such small living space. Amenities are just ok, nothing special unlike the pics on their website. I requested for repairs of closet and lighting fixtures but noone followed up with me for weeks. I had to send multiple emails because I couldn't cook at night without any light in my kitchen. This useless property manager always said he forgot or didn't seem to know what he was supposed to do. I strongly agree with other negative reviewers that you should save your money and time and avoid this place.

We loved our time at Central Tower. Sarah Lootsma helped us find a perfect suite within our budget, and she looked after us if we ever had any issues. She really cared about building a community and ensuring everyone was safe during Covid. We were sad to move to a new city, and so was our dog, who made a ton of friends at Procura's dog park. This was the best rental experience my partner and I have had. I highly recommend living here, even if you work downtown, as the LRT station is close by and you have easy access to Gateway.

If I could give this building a negative rating I would. Simply put… DO NOT move in. It is not in the least bit a luxury property as it was advertised, having gone through over 5 property management staffing in two years. We lived here for 2 years in one of the penthouse suites. After having people stalk us, calling the cops for multiple robberies in the building we decided to leave at the end of our lease, simply put, living here puts your safety at risk. After moving we were presented a $3000 bill for CLEANING (after we had professionally cleaned the unit). We are now having to fight them for a revised amount. 4 months later and we still cannot be rid of this horribly managed company. Michael Surkovic, the asset manager has no control over the property management companies he hires.

This building is a HUGE scam and an extremely dangerous place to live, ask any of the tenants who have experienced the multiple break ins inclusive of someone being trapped in their apartment while someone tried to break in.

The units are cheaply done with issues in almost all of them including windows not being sealed properly for an Alberta winter. We had our dryer and washer replaced 4 times. Bottom line: DO NOT LIVE HERE

I really love to live in this place Central Tower it’s really comfortable and peaceful. I can sleep well.

Power bill is way out of hand. 120 a month for an apartment that has all natural lighting. And my dryer had been broken for like 1 month and they keep saying it's the filter but it's still taking 8 hours for my things to dry and they wont replace it

I absolutely love my apartment! I just moved in a couple weeks ago with my significant other and we both love everything about the building! The glass windows allow for so much light in the apartment making everything feel very spacious! The building is very pet friendly which was very important to us and the staff are truly great! I do wish the amenities room was open as they’ve had to close it for maintenance for quite some time and I have yet to enjoy the yoga area and spin bikes since I moved in a couple weeks ago. Besides that, everything’s been great!

I recently moved in here with my boyfriend and puppies 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t have been happier. This building is gorgeous and the views outside my windows are fantastic. The elevators are fast, and the amenities make it so I don’t have to leave the condo as often - a major bonus during covid. The whole building is very pet friendly and there is a private dog park and dog washing bay that we often use. All the staff that I have interacted with have been extremely nice and very helpful. A big thank you to Sarah for all your help. The best part about this building is how nice all the tenants are. Every time I take my dogs out the other tenants always say hello or smile. I’m definitely glad to have moved in here.

I've been living at Central Tower since August, and it is by far the nicest building I have ever lived in. Sarah and Luis have been so fantastic, the amenities are wonderful and my suite is absolutely perfect. It's a quiet building with great views, I hope to call it home for a long time!

I recently stayed with my son in his apartment at Central Towers having travelled over from the UK. I have to say that I was not disappointed with it. Absolutely beautiful building with absolutely fantastic facilities and amenities, such as the gym, sports room, garden and the community room. My son's flat is fitted out superbly. The only real slight criticism I would have concerns the bath, there should be some form of handrail to be able to hold onto for getting in and out of it. Apart from that, everything about it is superb including the very short walking distance to the tram for getting in and out of the main town of Edmonton. I really enjoyed my stay.

Had a great tour of the building! Leasing staff is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the building. Many different unit options, great amenity space and incredible views. Location is great, short walk from LRT and lots of local amenities.

These apartments have a fantastic location, the best interior finishes I have seen in this area, and the amenities are over the top. They are brand new apartments!

I took a tour yesterday and didn't want to leave. I love the scent that greeted me (nice touch) and then the friendly staff that showed me around. The living wall is so welcoming. I wish I had time to try out the golf sim, super cool! PS thanks for the candle

I had been anticipating my new home being completed for a few months prior to moving, and could not possibly be happier! I spend every evening watching the gorgeous sunset from my living room. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, they truly have thought through every little detail. The staff have been nothing less than incredible and accommodating to anything and everything I have requested. Torie is so sweet and so kind. I truly do look forward to coming home at the end of every day to such a wonderful place! I am excited to see the entire neighborhood transform!

If you are looking for a home, save yourself some time and look here first!

Honestly I don't even know where to start. This building is STUNNING. They really paid attention to every minute detail and it shows. The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Seriously just go on a tour and experience it for yourself, I was blown away. The sports simulator, pet spa, and fitness centre are unlike any other building I've toured. The apartment layouts are super spacious and well thought out. The appliances are the highest-end appliances I have seen at an apartment building to date and the finishes are immaculate. And if that wasn't enough, the building is in the perfect location. I really couldn't have asked for anything better. I literally never review anything but I had to come on here to write this. 10/10 would *HIGHLY* recommend.
