I have had a hard time finding relief for my pain since my massage therapist retired. I need a deep hard massage in order to loosen my muscles up in order to successfully be adjusted by my chiropractor. So I decided to take up my friends advice and try Dr Labelle. I was amazed at the fact that he not only loosened me up himself, but also adjusted me. What I also like is Dr Labelle is educational to listen to. I like to not just know what he’s doing, but also why. Dr Labelle sincerely cares about his patients. Since starting with Dr Labelle, I’m not using my cane anymore to walk, which my surgeon was happy to see since I’m getting ready to under go a full knee replacement soon. My favorite part of my visits with Dr Labelle is he has a great sense of humor! Laughter is great medicine and Dr Labelle is a great Doctor! Thank you Dr Labelle and your receptionists out front are wonderful too!

Update. Dr Labelle is still a wonderful person and chiropractor. I just want to add that Dr Labelle also has a wonderful associate in Dr Jess Fong. He really knows his stuff. On top off that, he also has a great sense of humour because he laughs at my jokes as well! Lol!
Seriously though, you can’t go wrong seeing either of these gentlemen. They care, they educate, they know their stuff!

Dr Rob is truly one of a kind.
If you are looking for relaxing and tender care look elsewhere, like a spa.what you will get when you enter this treatment room is panful and effective treatment. Delivered with a sarcastic smile and sharp elbows that will find each and every most tender injury. He will explain to you exactly what's wrong.why it hurts and what he is going to do to make it hurt more before it gets better. Then he will give you homework. Stretches and torture with an innocent looking hockey ball.over the last several years I have seen Dr Rob for many issues and he has consistently offered effective if not easy or pain free treatment. If you too can handle some pain and homework I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Fong has been helping me with tight muscles in my hips and neck and after a few visit I'm doing much better. I have better movement and am pretty much pain free now. It has been a great experience so far.

Phenomenal work by the health care workers here. Have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Labelle, Dr. Fong, and Erik Colaiezzi with nothing but positive things to say. These people will take the time to treat you instead of just being another number. These aren’t your quick fix “crack” doctors either. These people are professionals and take the time to actually help you understand what’s wrong with your body or how to improve conditions. Nothing but outstanding - keep it up!

The typical physiotherapy and chiro treatments that I had were not helping any of my back problems or body stiffness. I’d be left on a bed with acupuncture needles or light routine work would be done on me and there would be no relief. Been looking for a clinic like Dr Labelles team who really identify the cause, dissect it then work on it. Rob and Eric use techniques other therapists have never used on me. Relief is great provided I continue with my own maintenance, after all, it was me who got me into pain.
Had a few acupuncture session with Erik and glad Dr Labelle referred him. Definitely not going back to my old acupuncturist.go see why for yourself.

I was very hesitant about visiting a chiropractor due to a previous bad experience with a different clinic. However, when I mention this on my 1st visit to doctor Fong, he calmly explained what it is they do, reassured me and answered all of my questions. Subsequently, I have found Dr Fong (my chiropractor) and Glynnis (my massage therapist), to be absolute miracle workers. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Doc Rob gives a thorough explanation for your woes and then some serious massage, flossing and home routines to correct what ever ails you.
Rob has improved the flexibility in both my bad and good knee and corrected a disabilitating back problem for my wife.

Dr LaBelle is one of the best doctors i have seen. He is very personable and explains all his treatments in great detail. He'll tale out his medical books and explain exactly what treatment he's doing and how it relates to your ailment (s). Your in very good hands with Dr LaBelle.

I had seen various therapists for 2 years and my condition was not improving. After only one visit I finally got the right diagnostic and the right treatment. My back and leg pain is now under control.
What I like most about these chiropractors is that they treat soft tissues as well and I can get treated by any one of them (3), which makes booking an appointment a lot faster. Finally, everyone is very courteous and friendly.

I have had ongoing issues with my neck and back for quite some time now. I had a back injury in 2015 and a neck injury recently. Dr Wong has done a great job helping to treat my neck pain. This is the only Chiropractor in the city I trust. I would highly recommend talking to them if you suffer from chronic pain.

Dr. Labelle and his team are incredible! I originally saw Dr. Labelle for help with an ACL injury that I had little improvement on with multiple different physio abs chiros. Not only did he “fix” my knee and get me back skiing with my family, but he has been able to attack any issue I bring to him and make my body work better than it ever has before. Started seeing Dr. Labelle and Dr. Fong after a car accident. They work on soft tissue, which is exactly what I need. Dr. Labelle may be hard to get into but definitely worth the wait. Dr. Fong recently joined the clinic and is amazing and no problems getting in to see him. They treatment is very similar. Now my hubby's seeing them.

Dr. R. Labelle is a great chiropractor who is very knowledgeable, as well as personable. I am very lucky to find him and get his treatments after my other chiropractor of 20+years retired.

His adjustments ultimately improves my neck and my lower back pain. He is always right on time with appointments, the time you have with him is not wasted and are great treatments. He has helped me tremendously in managing my chronic pain and issues.

I have been treated at CCSR for work related back pain problems and most recently a pinched sciatic nerve, The stellar proffessional care begins at the front desk with the very friendly (albeit) masked faces at the reception desk. They try their best to accomadate my busy schedule, they also provide timely reminders of of upcoming appointments. Today I had a 20 minute appointment booked when I desperately needed a full session. Reception made it happen.the treatment and care provided Dr.s Labelle. I have had the good fortune of treatment by Dr Labelle, Dr Wong, Dr Fong and Erik (acupuncture) and it all helps me to stay healthy. Very good clinic to deal with all your soft tissue, back, and other injuries or soreness.

I cannot recommend Dr Labelle and his staff enough at CCSR. I have been seeing him for a few years now, even driving out of province to see him, and it was worth it every time. In all my visits to various clinics I haven't come across one like Dr Labelle and his genuine care for his patients and willingness to go the extra mile to get me back on my feet. He was the only Doctor that helped me at my worst to get me through my back and leg pain. His knowledge and attention to detail is nothing I've ever experienced in physical rehab.

Dr. LaBelle is amazing. He is attentive; always give good advice; provides right diagnosis and detailed explanation of the treatment. Also, he cares about the well-being of the patients. I highly recommend Dr. LaBelle for chiropractic treatments.

I see Eric for acupuncture and find him to be very professional, informative and very helpful. He answers questions and educates you using the computer to show where the problem areas are and what he is doing to correct that. I have recommended him to everyone I know who requires the same type of service.

I have been a patient of Dr Labelle's for a long time and wouldn't think of changing. Several years ago, I fell and broke my arm - multiple fractures from elbow to shoulder, shoulder pushed up under my arm, tendons torn. Went to physio; found that to be a useless experience, so then went to Dr. Labelle. I swear that if not for him, I would not have full range of motion in that arm. To this day, I admire that he isn't a "back cracker". I like that he hauls his books out and explains exactly what is going on in your body at that particular time. I've been to other chiropractors who have patients lined up in booths, he/she spends a total of maybe 3 minutes to crack your neck and back, then send you on your way. Minimum appointment time in this clinic is 30 minutes.

I had shoulder and neck problems for three years and lost ability to do daily activities after being treated by more than 20 specialists and physiotherapists. The turning point is to start to see Dr LaBelle. He understands the condition clearly and accurately. He also has broad knowledge and good skills to treat the illness effectively. Under his care, my life is back and I can do what I could enjoy before. He is the best doctor I have ever seen during my journey to recover, not one of the best. He has high moral standards and cares patients sincerely from his. He deserves an award and patients need more doctors like him. I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed surely.

I have been seeing Dr. Labelle since 2007 when I first injured my back at work. He is an amazing chiropractor who is very knowledgeable, as well as personable. He is honest, and definitely pushes you to the limit when it comes to his treatment during your appointments; however, he ultimately improves my overall pain and well-being. His appointments are productive, and the time you have with him is not wasted. He has helped me tremendously in managing my chronic pain and other injuries/issues. In addition, he is very accommodating when it comes to more urgent appointments. He goes the extra mile to get you in as soon as possible and his reception staff are very efficient in calling you back with any cancellations. His appointments book up fast, but he is just that good! I highly recommend him!

My family and I have been coming here for years. Dr. Labelle, Dr. Chen and Dr. Colaiezzi all have been so incredibly insightful, knowledgeable and helpful. Providing deep understanding and at home maintenance to regain strength and over all health.

Labelle is definitely one of the most knowledgeable persons I have ever met in terms of the inner workings of the body. He provides an in depth learning experience and a high level of professional care.

Erik Colaiezzi seriously blows my mind. I’ve learned more about my health and source of many of my issues in a few sessions with him then I have 5 years in the medical system. As someone with Crohn’s disease, I’ve regained energy and discovered so much. I’m extremely thankful for the Acupuncture, Cupping and TCM treatments I have received and the change that’s it’s made in my over all health.

Dr. Chen is great and I have always been impressed by her positivity and expertise. She’s extremely invitational and is wonderful at making sure you are comfortable during treatment.

Massage therapist Crystal is amazing - extremely intuitive, and provides a high level of care. She provided extra exercises for breathing and maintaining the work she had done on my tight muscles. Very personable and kind - I felt relaxed and comfortable during my appointments with Crystal.

The only person I haven’t been impressed with at this clinic is Glynis.although knowledgeable she’s not very invitational, very harsh and aggressive. Snapping at me for adjusting my shoulders during the massage and asking pointed personal questions. I just didn’t feel very comfortable during the appointment and felt more tense afterwards because of that.

I have been using Glynis Johnson for massage therapy for the past 10 years. She is well versed and experienced in her profession and has helped with tension relief, muscle aches and pains and rehab of minor sports injuries. She is extremely intuitive and provides a relaxing, calm atmosphere that is ideal for any kind of massage therapy. She is truly a kind and caring, personable professional. What sets her apart is her ability to listen to her clients' needs and act accordingly to alleviate the issue. I would give her a six star review if I could. If you are looking for a massage therapist, look no further than Glynis Johnson!

I received treatment from both Dr. Labelle and Dr. Fong and was very pleased with how they dealt with my situation. Both are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work and I would definitely recommend to all.

The last few days have been quite stressful and I was close to cancelling my appointment with Glynis. I am so glad I didn’t. Although my sessions have been as recovery from an injury today’s time with Glynis not only relieved my injury symptoms but also left me feeling calm once again, I felt relaxed and elated. She and I always have some great conversation, which in itself helped to take my mind off the troubling things, even if it was just for an hour! I just want to say thank you Glynis, I’m not sure you realise how helpful you were today.

Massage therapist Glynis is amazing, I have been going to this clinic since 2016. She has an ocean of knowledge about muscle anatomy, she is wonderful. She knows exactly what muscles /trigger points to work on. I highly recommend Glynis if you are looking for a great massage therapist!
