Great place with great people! Everything can be done online for claims/appointments etc. I had sections with Carmen for my neck and shoulder issues and it was such a great experience. I recommend this place if you are looking for good talented physios.

Best physio clinic in the city. All of the staff & physiotherapists are welcoming & phenomenal. In particular, Jenn is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain root causes, treatment options and preventative measures. I've gone in for multiple injury treatments and come out feeling noticeably better every time. Highly recommend this clinic!

I was in a lot of pain the past few days. Especially my lower back hurt when I sat on the toilet. I couldn't have normal bowel movements. I couldn't sleep at night because of abdominal distension and pain.
Today Dr. Yeung made a treatment for me. His treatment methods were very professional. He worked very serious. He listened patiently to my explanation of my condition. Today was just the first treatment. When I got home, my back pain had improved significantly. I am particularly happy that I can gradually return to normal bowel movements now. My belly feels much better too. Hope I could have a good sleep tonight.

I was told by my family doctor that I needed surgery on my shoulders, so I decided to see Jennifer first to get a second opinion. I no longer require surgery for my arm numbness and I have noticed a significant increase in my strength and stability. Don’t be fooled by her small stature because she is mighty. The short term pain has definitely been worth it.

I went to Centre North Physio Clinic on a recommendation of a friend who had a good experience here. I had a minor injury that I needed some help with.
Jen Ko met with me and made her assesment, within 2 treatments the injury was gone. I then asked her about a lingering, recurring, injury I had for many years on my achilles. I had seen several other Physio Therapists about this, without any results. Jen created a treatment plan and after several treatments, I started to notice great improvements. I am now able to run again without being in pain afterwards!
Jen is absolutely amazing and will get you great results.

I was referred to Kalid, a few months ago for my jaw issues, and I have had a very good experience. From day one, he spent a lot of time trying to explain what was going on. I spent so long trying to ignore my jaw I was worried I was out of luck, but Kalid has really helped a lot. Always a very happy and upbeat vibe when I am in the clinic.

JEN is the best. She loves to offer diverse treatments and discover what type of treatment works best for my fractured ankle according to recovery state. She is very knowledgeable and hands on! I love her fun and caring personality. Front desk staffs are also amazing, they are very welcoming and helpful.

Hands down the best physio clinic in YYC. Ive had the pleasure of being fixed up by both Kalid and Jenn. Both were so knowledgeable and really helped me with my many sports injuries within the last 2 years. I could not thank them enough. I arrived with hopes of rehabilitating my severely broken wrist and after a number of weeks I can honestly say, my wishes have been answered.

Jennifer was my main therapist and I’m happy she showed me ‘no mercy’. Lol. Bring a stick to bite down on or simply enjoy her friendly banter as she works her painful magic.

Any serious injury, requires serious rehab. No pain, no gain, has nothing to do with training and everything to do with ‘retraining’.

Started coming in 2019 for a serious injury. Rehab was smooth and I was back to normal quickly with no issues. Since then I've been in and out for little things such as imbalances we've noticed during the initial rehab (and my lack of desire to fix those at that time) or minor annoyance such as not painful but my back is not feeling great from other activities. Always had the time and attention to get these issues fixed and dealt with even if I had some additional questions when I got home after the appointments.

Their entire team, from the front staff to the other physios, are friendly and welcoming. I have no doubt that I'm in good hands every time I walk into their clinic.

Aside from their social media posts being hilarious, this tight knit group often referring to themselves as "Family" really know what they're doing. Not only have they helped me through sports injuries but also helped with preventative maintenance programs keeping me healthy and injury free. As a middle aged wanna be pro athlete, it's the only way I keep moving. You guys are great!

I went in for a Jiu Jitsu injury. I wasn’t really able to bend over due to lower back and hip flexor pain. In a couple visits to Centre North Physio and stretching at home, I felt like my mobility had significantly improved and the pain had also decreased significantly. The clinic is very clean and the staff are all very friendly! I highly recommend Centre North Physio!

Great place to go, everyone there are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Had the pleasure of visiting them and they helped me recover from back injuries. Jennifer is great if you have some patience! I love the clinic, they treat you like family if you respect them and their business. I'm a collegiate athlete and I get called soft and weak consistently at the clinic (which is fair) but it's all jokes and they really do just want to help. If you go in, be ready to get needled (Jenn just got certified so she's really excited lmao), and just take their advice. They've progressively helped me through: shin splints, patellar tendinitis in both knees and whatever other issues I show up with. Also Shirley, Kalid I know you'll read this, you're both my favourites for sure

I have been dealing with a chronic shoulder issue for 10 years, and have seen many therapists. After just two visits seeing Jennifer I’ve seen huge improvement and started back in the gym! I am so grateful for her approach and techniques and always feel welcomed by the team. Not only have I benefited from the therapy but my son and husband also have found great success! Kalid has been helping me with injuries related to a car accident and lifting weights for the better half of a decade. He's worked to relieve and bring back stability to my lower back, as well as correct muscle imbalances in my shoulders and legs.

Jenn has also worked hard to bring out the underlying problems that are the root cause of my issues, addressing those and also providing cues and exercises to keep them at bay.

Center North Physio clinic is truly great. The front staff are so friendly and helpful and the physiotherapists are competent, hard working and super friendly and approachable. I have been getting treated by Jennifer and have been impressed by her knowledge, intuition, and unique approach. Jenn has been trained to do traditional physiotherapist technique, as well as a more unique technique called connect therapy. I have really benefited from this particular method of treatment.

Came in on a recommendation and couldn't be happier! I had been going to another physio after knee surgery and wasn't getting anywhere, but within 2 months of seeing Kalid, I'm not only doing much better, but I've also made it back to my labour intensive job. Kalid has been unbelievable and keeps my confidence up when I need it. Aside from Kalid, the other staff have taken the time to know my name and cheer me on through my training progress. If you hurt, this is the place to go! Kalid (the owner) and his staff are absolutely amazing! They really care about you and it shows in how they talk to you and treat you. Kalid is knowledgeable beyond my comprehension, he's thorough and knows exactly what to do to make living with your pains a lot more manageable. He is great at what he does! He is also very sociable, funny, kind, caring, hard working, friendly beyond words and such a pleasure to deal with. My visits are truly enjoyable and I leave "walking on a cloud". I just met Alex and she is everything Kalid is! She went above and beyond for my husband. Plus the front counter staff, can't be beat. Very friendly and helpful. Very Covid safe and very clean. I started going to Centre North Physiotherapy Clinic for my back and hip a couple of months ago. Their care and dedication has put me on the path of recovery. The knowledge they shared and patience they have demonstrated with me is something that I value when seeking treatment. I have been with Brendon for 6 months and counting to treat my extensive and massive injuries from a car accident. The road to recovery is long and painful. My neck and right shoulder was very painful. Even I was to pain too sleep at night. The painkillers had side effects. Then I went to the Centre North Physiotherapy Clinic. I get well now! You see, I had only three times of treatments. Now my right shoulder is a lot easier, and the pain has completely disappeared. I can sleep well at night. Amazing! It turned out that I was very hesitant to ask a doctor for physical therapy. Because the epidemic has not disappeared yet. However, I found that the clinic is very clean. Both the doctors and the staff in the clinic pay great attention to epidemic prevention and cleanliness. The ventilation equipment is good. Worked with Rachel on a Skiing injury. She was professional and really helped out. It was also awesome because she is also shares a passion for the same sport I was injured in so she was able to work on natural movements and the focus was getting back to sport as soon as possible. Front end staff were super helpful and all Covid protocols were 100% followed. I would highly recommend both the clinic and Rachel personally for anyone looking for physio help.

I was originally recommended Centre North by a friend when I required therapy for a back issue. Kalid and his staff were hospitable and friendly.
I’ve been going here for 4 months now with the help from Alex. She has been my physiotherapist and has been amazing. She’s been pushing me to get stronger weekly and has incorporated a program where I target my corporate goals and personal targets, including a new running regime.

After breaking my ankle I decided to go to physio to speed up my recovery time so I could get back to running. The staff at Centre North Physiotherapy Clinic were amazing. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not only do they treat you in the clinic but also give you lots of stretches and strength building exercises to help you recover faster when you're at home. With there help, I'm back running again. I’ve had chronic back pain for the past 5 years and have tried other physiotherapists as well as multiple disciplines including chiropractic, acupuncture, trigger point injections, and massage therapy. Centre North Physiotherapy clinic hands down provides the best service as well as treatment I’ve received!

Kalid was highly recommended to me through a close friend and he has been treating my back the past month. He has been outstanding as he is thorough, he listens and has great attention to detail. I appreciate his method as he, unlike other physiotherapists I’ve been to, doesn’t just put me on a machine and leave me there for most of the sessions. On the contrary, he puts in effort to ensure my time is well spent. He also integrates and recommends various strengthening exercises for me to do on my own which keeps me motivated.

Hands down the best physiotherapy clinic I've ever been to. Service is incredibly catered to your needs. Each physiotherapist has got their own treatment style and advice they can give you. After months of treatment, I've seen a huge improvement in mobility and health, which I owe mostly to their treatment regime!

Where many would speculate and do the bare minimum to assess symptoms, Kalid really put his attention on the task at hand in order to troubleshoot the problem. I got in 1 visit what usually takes me a doctor's referral and then some. Despite his busy schedule he still goes out of the way to follow up and I can just feel it's a genuine inquiry.
