This building is a perfect place, where I found everything for my comfortable life! I lived in Centre Pointe West for a month in a guest room. The location is very good. The house has everything you need for a comfortable life. I had a very good experience. The manager Daiana considered any of my questions and immediately resolved them, which I was for her very grateful. She is very competent in her work. I definitely recommend Centre Pointe West for accommodation.

The appartments are spacious, comfortable and very well designed.

Great place to live! Good location as it’s close to all the downtown amenities, but also far enough to be a generally quiet place. Building is modern and well maintained and the residents are all friendly. Staff is also nice and accommodating.

This beautiful building, was our home for 7.5 years. Management and Maintenance were always on point. We really loved being part of the Boardwalk community, in fact we recommended a few people to be tenants in this same building.
Everything changed when our time to move on came around due to better opportunities. There were a few months until the end of our lease, so we asked if we could transfer the lease, and the answer we were given was yes by the manager at the moment, fortunately we had the people willing to transfer into our unit, who happened to be already on a month to month basis in the same building, a week goes by and a new person in the office tells us the lease transfer can't be done, because "it has been decided" (unreasonably) and a bit absurd that we had to pay the $1000 fee for breaking the lease, and that the tenants we had to take over the lease would have to pay for market price rent, which was $300 more. It felt like kind of a greedy situation. Well, it was quite a shock to me, because the lease transfer was offered by the first manager as a common practice. However, few weeks later we have new manager in place, and we asked her if we could do the lease transfer again and she said yes and actually she had us signed all the documents and thought that maybe there was a misunderstanding with person #2.
But two days later, we got refused for the application of the lease transfer. This manager couldn't even look at me in the eyes. She was ashamed, I don't blame her, obviously she has morals, higher management stepped over her, slashing her trusted competence. We know that managers represent the Landlord's best interests, they are well trained to deal with legal documents and have enough authority to deal with common situations like a lease transfer. In this case I don't understand why we were denied this request. We were good tenants in all the time we lived there, but felt we were poorly treated. Boardwalk is in the businesses of housing people and should know better on how to treat humans because emotions are part of this business, like it or not. As a matter of fact you have this motto on your web "Where love always lives. Live life with us" but also you are so far from your Golden Foundation: " Treat others as you would like to be treated, be good, love community, and have fun" this is a note to whom it may concern.

I would like to leave a very positive feedback to Diane. Thanks to her, we rented a one-room apartment.

Good afternoon I want to thank the manager of our building, the Point West center, who was directly involved in solving my problem, Only thanks to her, I was able to resolve my issue within just a few minutes, she acted as an interpreter, advised, suggested ways to solve my problem, took a direct part in this matter. Bel immeuble situé au cœur de la ville.la localisation en est un grand avantage de même que la qualité des services offerts en sus de l'appartement. Le staff est très dynamique et au petit soin. Tout ceci nous ont conforté mon épouse et moi que nous avons trouvé le cadre idéal ou la famille pourra s'épanouir. Une mention particulière à Rudy et Daiana, la resident manager qui ont été exceptionnels dans leur accompagnement. Je recommande définitivement!

A great place to stay in which there is a fitness room and a relaxation room. The building has a good location, which is always clean and comfortable. I live here in a 1 bedroom apartment. Great house, well-maintained area around, in general a quiet neighborhood (sometimes disturbed by the construction nearby, but not critical). There is a gym, underground parking and much more.

A great place for me and my pet to live. I like to use the gym sometimes. Manager is courteous and very helpful. Amenities are great and maintenance is friendly.
