Amazing clinic and doctor! Dr. Uche and his team is remarkable! My partner and I had an immigration medical appointment for South Africa. His client can perform immigration exams for all countries. Very well priced. We’d highly recommend this clinic!
Can't get through on phone but on hold 20 asking for call back number never do, I once booked an appointment with dr when I went told not booked what's the point, there mane purpose is integration
Very horrible. The staff are rude when I called them. They had their assumption when i called, but I'm not asking that kind of questions. No listening at all, just talk what they wastes for few minutes then finally listen my question. Not professional at all for the front desk staff. Bad
I tried calling all day for an appointment and it wouldn’t even ring. It’s like they took the phone off the hook. Finally later in the day it starts to ring and I’m told I’m second in line. It gives an option to leave my number for a call back. WHY HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE IF YOU DONT CALL BACK! I was second in line. What a joke! You wonder why people go to emergency instead of a Doctors office. I gave this place one star because I had to in order to post….
I suggest never go to this place again. Totally untrained, unprofessional staff. They tell different prices on phone, and when you actually go they increase the prices. Totally waste of time.
My boyfriend needed a 5 minute phone call just to renew his medication. His appointment was supposed to be 5 hours ago abd they still haven't called him. They say they are behind and that there are only a few people ahead of him. I have trouble believing that. He has to take time out of his work day to take this phone call and it is ridiculous that he has waited over 5 hours and still hasn't received a phone call from them for his medication. He needs this otherwise he will have a cardiac episode. I am appalled at the treatment he is receiving.
Horrible! I have booked in multiple times and have been seeing a family doctor here for months but never a chance they were on time and following my appointment schedule. The last time I was here I had to wait for over an hour because the receptionist let another patient ahead of me only because "She has to go to work" which was just very disappointing and UNFAIR! I booked an appointment maybe because I have tons of other important things to do too right? Today, I again had to wait for at least 20-30 minutes before I finally gave up and walk out. They are just too unorganized and don't care about their patients. We were advised that my son will be referred to a specialist for a procedure and guess what? After 3 months we found out that the referral was rejected only becasue I have an appointment for myself on that day and just happened to remember asking about my son's case too. The receptionist has not informed our family doctor about the rejection. Another thing, I had a blood test some time in January, found out only after 3 months that there was something suspicious and that I need to do another blood test to confirm the results of the initial test. They just don't care! I've read some recent reviews and found one lady working with the e-medicals for newcomers giving an all star review for this clinic, like how pathetic? Very unorganized and incompetent. If you care about your family's well-being please don't come in this garbage place.
I’ve never waited less than an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room. And can someone tell me why they think it’s alright to just take their phone off the hook whenever they feel like it?
I called 3weeks in advance to make an appointment, the receptionist I spoke to confirmed the appointment and went ahead and gave me my doctor’s email address to send the paper work to him. The day of my appointment, I call to confirm the time of the appointment; unfortunately the receptionist (Filipino) I spoke to was extremely rude, accused me of lying about my appointment and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked what her name was! I sent out a message to my doctor about my experience and I did-not get a reply back. My doctor is an amazing person but your receptionists are killing your business. They need to go for customer care training. You cannot treat people like trash.
Nice staff, there are awesome Ukrainian girls work hard helping immigrants. Kudos! Doctor Nwadike is a great, qualified doctor, one of the best I have dealt with.
The Clinic works just to get money from those who needs immigration medical exam. However, the customer service stuff is untrained and helpless, they don't know the IRCC paper procedure, the Lab paper procedure and so on. Moreover, the staff proceeds incorrect information.
My mom's immigration medical exam was done here. Guess what? They sent the results to CIC almost a month later until I asked. Don't know how CIC will respond. Definitely don't recommend this place.
Doctors are fine, but don't count on the front staff for anything, they never answer the phone, they never fax anything unless you remind them 6 times, and they'll take 20 minutes just to hand you something that they're literally holding.
This is a great place. Really wonderful and kind doctors, also cool receptionist. We came to sign up for a visit, and we were immediately taken between the queue. Advise!
I was pleased with my experience. I just moved back to Calgary and it was so difficult for me to find a family doctor. I called this clinic and I was able to get in the next day. I didn't have to wait that long and Dr. Eze was able to get me the prescription I needed that day!
The doctors seems nice enough, but the front desk nurse is a nightmare. I felt so uncomfortable and when I called to make my appointment whoever took the call neglected to tell me I’d be seeing a male doctor for my pap.

I've been here on and off for years and it's just not the same anymore. Receptionist are terrible. You can never understand them let alone hear them, and there never cheery when answering the phone, etc. I rescheduled a future appointment to an earlier time recently and when I got there was told I wasn't on the schedule or the doctor name I was told I would be with isn't on schedule. Not to mention even though you make an appointment you still end up waiting over an hr. They need to have better service or a lot of people are going to not going to keep showing up. I know other people who are getting tired of this as well not just me.
I made a same-day appointment. The clinic was running a bit behind, but it was clear the staff was working hard to serve all the patients booked in as well as the long walk-in list. Front staff and doctors were kind and professional. The doctor I saw took a good amount of time with me and explained the rationale for treatment. Bring a podcast or book for the wait, and be kind to the clinic staff who are working hard to give everyone care!
I made an appointment in this clinic as my family doctor was not available that day and I really needed to be check. I got the appointment at 4: 30, at 5: 30 the receptionist entered me in a room (just to keep waiting there) they were entering everyone even the ones arrived after me! It was already 6pm and I couldn't wait longer, I have also things to do, not only them. I got the impression that the receptionist just take appointment without managing the times properly. I was not able to see the doctor, so I can't give my opinion about the doctors, but the customer service it is very poor. Even when I told the receptionist that I was not going to wait longer so I was leaving, she just smiled and said " doctor its busy ". And it is understandable that the doctors could be extremely busy, but the receptionist could inform the patients when arrive so it is up to us if we can wait that long. She shouldn't smile sarcastic, should be sympathy for others as to understandable if a person have pain or so, as if someone approaches a clinic it is not to make a party, so why to be sarcastic when people that are in pain. Totally desapointed.
First they let me sit round for an hour just finally tell me go home call for consultation instead Mabe telling this when I first arrive. Then go home call twice and both times gets dropped while on hold. By far worst office I have ever attended.
Front staff were very welcoming and respectful Was seen by a male doctor who was very patient, listened to my concerns and was empathic to my struggles. Excellent service. Will get my whole family to switch to this clinic.
After reading from eight until nine in the morning to see a doctor about my ear I was told the doctor doesn’t come in until 10 I don’t really understand why they bother opening at nine if they aren’t seeing patients until 10 my experience was miserable
