Bid on a couple of items at an auction at Strathcona county. They didn't want people to collect their items after they paid for them. Waited for over an hour for a worker to go and get a few items for me. They seemed disorganized and only had a few workers present getting items for winning bidders. Not impressed! If you have a deadline for customers to pick up their stuff, make sure you have enough employees to get their stuff in a timely manner! There were people waiting there for half a day. Ridiculous!
