Went to Splitsville Highfield Bowling Tuesday Dec 26th night, for the first time. What a fun hype place! The entire crew I was with loved it too! Great smiling friendly service. Our server was Savannah, she’s was super fun, bubbly and patient with us as we were a little crazy lol. Definitely looking forward to another night out here!

Visited 42ND Ave SE location along with a group size of 32 to experience an outstanding evening. The event co-ordinator Shehzana was extremely helpful and flexible for us to pick a date time of our event. She even helped us move it to an alternate date without much hassle. On the day of our outing here the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly to us. Beatriz who was assigned to our group was very prompt, helpful to provide us perfect arrangements of food, drinks and bowling with good recommendations on choosing on the fly food orders beyond our pre-ordered food. The lanes were very well managed, facilities overall were excellent. Counters were running fast enough to not leading people to wait. Food specially the vegetarian menu was great and we enjoyed it all. Manager Monika looked after our group very well from our entry until the billing. I would rate this experience 5 out of 5. We decided to book both bowling with 4 lanes for 3 hours and buy super mega pack for Games which brought a lot of fun over the three plus hours. As the entire group couldn’t stay for full duration booking 4 lanes worked very well. I would visit this place again and sure recommend it for group outing. These guys were really passionate towards their customers.

They have this 20 dollars all you can play every Sunday after 8pm. That is to have a great time at a great price. Be there early because the lanes at taken quickly.

I recently bowled here for a work event. We had an amazing time thanks to James and Andrew! Highly recommend checking this place out.

The manager was arguing with a 9 year old girl. Decided to kicked her and a group of kids out because 1 kid ran on to the lane. Instead of educating them. He went on a power trip and had no respect. Refused to refund as well and it wasn’t even 10 minutes in to the time paid for. Never again

1. The lighting of the lanes doesn’t give you the fun vibe. Most of the bowling lanes that I have been to in Canada have fun colourful lighting.
2. They do not have the ball sizes that normally people need.
3. Close lanes before the time is up. I literally had 3 minutes on my screen when the shut the lane.
4. The guy doesn’t even have the knowledge that balls do come in sizes; small, large, and xlarge.
5. The entire arena has such a dead vibe.

New shoes! Fun foods! Great staff! The lanes might need an upgrade but thats expensive I'm sure! Still a fun place to bowl

The bowling was really good. Concession staff were slow, but beers were cold and a good selection.

Absolutely garbage service, we made a reservation and they had no reservations when we got here. Then we started and nothing worked the bowling alley was empty and it took 25 minutes to move us over. Then we were told we would have 15 minutes added and they turned it off before our any added time. The staff was very rude especially the manager. He was rude the inter night. We tried to have our Christmas party here and the bowling alley staff ruined it. Go anywhere but here

This place is absolutely awesome. Sweet lanes, great staff and close to home.

We took our two kids age 5 & 7 last night and had a great time! We didn't have a reservation but got a lane immediately. Lots of families, good music & hot food options if the kids get hungry. We used a few of the arcade games as a treat but they are pricey as you'd expect. We will definitely return!

If you have hands bigger then a toddler don't bother coming their balls are all small or extra small or 15 pound extra large nothing in between, and 10$ for a can of beer. This place is terrible

My wife had a work event here and everything seemed to go very well. They had several school groups in at the same time, but they kept them at one end so my wife's group was at the other. Everyone enjoyed the food and had fun. And a couple hours of fun and team building was very reasonably priced

This is a fun place to go to. Has mini golf, arcade games, bunch of pin ball, of course bowling and a casino next to it. It's about $50 per lane per hour and $12 for shoe rental.
Looks like they did a brand change recently and it looks nice. Feels new

I only go to play pinball in the afternoon. It's always quiet in the afternoons. As of August 30, there are no more pinball machines

Went for a corporate event - Lynn & team were responsive, friendly and helpful. The venue was fresh, clean, they were flexible with our medium sized group, and reasonably priced. Definitely will return!

Nice place with helpful staff. Had a bit of difficulty finding balls with large enough finger holes. Bar was nicely stocked. Nice place for a family outing.

Other than not having access to in-house pizza (which I'm assured is on it's way) our experience here was great, we had a pizza tailgate party for supper as the kids didn't want chicken. We showed up with 9 - 13 year olds for a birthday party, we did not book the party package, and got great service. They gave us the best deal, ran a tab for drinks the kids ordered and even gave them one more game 50 minutes before closing time. The kids played mini golf and spent some time in the arcade. The kids had fun playing these games, but definitely had more fun bowling.

If you're looking for a place to take the family I recommend YYC Bowling. It's clean, doesn't smell like stale beer, safe, bright and pleasing for a family outing, and with the addition of the anticipated pizza oven, would be a big hit for all ages.

I highly recommend YYC Bowling for a fun night out.and it's great for drop in parties as well.

Food and food service it horrible, limited items menu. Made me wait 40 minutes until I complained then told me to wait 5 minutes. Very disappointing. Why the chicken sandwich is green inside and taste weird?
Avoid food here otherwise the bowling alley is decent.

Good bowling ambience.lots of lanes.a bit on the expensive side. 3 of us for 1 hour plus rental shoes paid 78 bucks plus tip.the mini golf is fun too.

One of my favourite places in town. Lots of different stuff to do bowling, mini golf, pool, air hockey, pinball etc.

Great place for family fun, did not have many balls for bigger fingers though. Had some trouble finding ones that fit me.

If you go there for pinball the lineup is constantly changing. If not there is plenty else to do like bowling, mini golf and a small arcade with pool tables.

Waste of money, miserable employees, complete lack of direction. For how many other alleys there are bowl elsewhere if you're looking for a friendly environment! Literally all three employees acted completely miserable.

Some of the equipment (bowling balls) have seen the lanes a few too many times but over all was a really great stop. Lots of options to play, eat and drink.

Classic bowling alley that also has glow in the dark mini putt and some arcade games. They serve alcohol and non alcoholic options. Cheap beer. Slushies.

Staff were very rude and unpleasant. Food was gross and there system of food delivery sucks. Ordered food and never got it when I complained the staff member argued about it. I don't really appreciate paying for something and never received it. Staff were rude and unpleasant upon buying more lane time they could probably use a attitude adjustment. Would not recommend this place.

Pretty decent prices. Good place. Has lots of cool pinball machines. Arcade and mini golf looked fun (didn’t play them). Downside is that the pin-picker-upper was stuck down twice and had to go get it fixed (it was quick). At least they gave us 5 minutes extra

Front staff not friendly and no real line up set in place. Bar staff and food staff were amazing, they may be understaffed though as the bar line was also the food line (which isnt clearly advised even though they have two tills. Not enough light weight balls.

There was a two hour wait even though there were 8 lanes empty. The atmosphere was one of rush and hurry with bouts of inattention.

The rental.shoes were worn and smell.

Liked it more when it was Century Bowling.
Not sure if it's new ownership now? The guys just aren't as friendly. We have been bowling every Thursday since last fall. The guy who checked us in Tattooed up the wazoo and white glasses, wasn't even going to let us bowl unless we were done by 6: 30. We arrived at 5: 20.
Colin was our guy before these customer service guys ruined it for us.
Also the younger guy, was rude to my 13 year old son and made him untie the shoelaces in the rental shoes that I had left tied.
What a jag off.
We may need to find a new weekly bowling destination.
If.my calculations are correct we spent over $2000 collectively since last October.

I don’t like this guy he is so rude to anyone i encounter them, everyone if asking anything to help, the way he talk isn’t polite. Suddenly one of my friend asking the ball. Of course im new to this games specially bowling and i go to this guy to approach asking, how can get a ball so my friend can start the games, and how he answered my questions, you don’t know anything the ball is on there. The way he talked is shouting. Hopefully the management get this action and attention because it affects of feelings and emotions to any costumers. The costumer it will be on bad mood during starting the games because of the behaviour of this guy.

We played mini golf and pinball and it was a fun time. Bar is a new addition I think from last time we were here. Good way use a couple hours.

A group of us came here for my birthday last Saturday (March 19). What a neat place this is! We had two lanes for bowling, had so much fun, and next time we are definitely going to take advantage of the other things you can do there, like mini golf! Their customer service was great, a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

There's food, arcade games, and of course, bowling! Not to mention the friendly man who gave me my shoes! I have a question though, why does the scoreboard say kilometers per hour?

I really enjoy coming to this place on Sunday's to play $5 mini golf games, billiards, shuffle board and the pinball games.
I enjoy bowling although I find it a bit expensive.

Went bowling with my friends and we all had a good time. It was packed so it was hard to find bowling balls, and sometimes our lane would malfunction but the staff was able to fix it on time.

Bowling staff very friendly and helpful, we always have a blast there. It is however impossible to get the attention of the personnel at the stands unless you're ordering alcohol, anything else like food, coffee or cake pops, it's a long long wait.

Lost my reservation. Called days prior, was told a reservation was a necessity and therefore requested two lanes for an hour. It was confirmed. Upon arrival, the check in staff claimed a system error just have caused it. Perhaps a paper copy would have proved useful. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back. Ever.

Awesome place for bowling, but definitely starting to show its age. Some renovations would be a good idea.

This place is terrible, equipment doesn't work well, when pins are being raised/dropped one or two pins drop. The bowling balls are gaaarbage! There all chipped and Soo dirty and greasy, it's as if they've never been cleaned, regardless they NEED NEW BALLS! Never coming here again, only good thing about this place was that it was pretty empty. Makes sense why no one wants to come to this dump

It’s bowling, it was fun. The food on the other hand… I would be disgusted if someone fed it to my child, or pet. I am truly afraid to see if I make it through the next 24 hours.
I ordered the pulled pork panini, Mac and cheese wedges, and chicken tenders, and ate 1 bite of all 3.10/10 would not recommend the food.

When your man askes if you want to go bowling, say YES and head to Century Sports. Booked and prepaid online, as soon as we arrived we had a warm welcome from Tanya. She is an amazing hostess and they are lucky to have her! After an hour bowl, we asked if there were any special deals to go mini putting, and Tanya hooked us up! An amazing night out with my man and 1 hour turned into 3 hours! Oh and the bar had my white claws:)

Luckily went there before the restrictions imposed, the lanes were slicker than usual, making the ball to spin out of control.

Honestly first visit with the gf.pretty sweet little set up, arcade, bowling, pool, mini golf, bar will be back with friends I think

Now opened for business. Lovely place to bowl. Other gaming activities are also available. Pleasant staff. Reasonable group pricing.

You get the other star when you change your hours to allow for people from out of town to get things down around the city, then go enjoy some down time. Being rushed before 9: 00pm any day but Friday and Saturday is hard if that's not your weekend schedule.

Management is trash they treat their employees with no respect.bowling is expensive and mini golf could be way better they could take a page from monster mini golf. Didn't try the food there but the family I was sitting beside sent there one dish back and complained about another!

Such a good place good variety of games to chose from and they have many so one can easily spend hours there.

Staff is friendly and helps right away if needed. They have special deals to save some money on a Sunday if you go with family.

Was going to bowl with 3 adults and 2 kids under 6 would have cost $50 per game. That's just insane. Will not be returning

Awesome place to get out of the house with a couple friends for a drink and a fun mini putt course. Was pretty quiet on a Friday late afternoon, easy to social distance, will be back again for sure especially as the snow starts to fly.

Good place for social and bowling. Nice environment with new shoes to change. However, it could be a bit pricy, and if you don’t have a bowling shoes, you have to rent.

Went there and the staff told us waiting time for 1hr but before that they accepted a caucasian customer a head of us.so we ended reserve our spot instead and just to kill an hour we decided to play some games now an hour pass i notice they accepting customer already so me and my bf decided to check, the staff told us wait another 15mins since they mix up like seriously! I feel so degraded is it because were asian trying to try some bowling they just skip us and by the way as i went to the customer service there were accepting a group of caucasian again! Like common if your on our side what would you think and feel.
Tsk never again to comeback!

Love this bowling alley except that they turned on the lights long before they closed which totally killed the vibe! Otherwise that would make 5 Stars!

It was decent, I got a good deal from Groupon otherwise not really worth full price. Only other good things is they have a mini arcade pool tables and a bar so thank god for that

Such a great time here, even during covid. Wyatt saw that we were close to finishing a game and added 10 minutes. What a nice gesture! We will be back again and again.

We had a great time here. Keith was super accommodating and because of the great service and welcoming atmosphere we will certainly come back! Food was excellent as well - overall great activity day.

Century casino is a very nice place to enjoy some family time or to have a date night. The employees are always super friendly.

Poor service. No communication. Came here with children for a friend's kids birthday and it was terrible. Nobody was helpful. It was a complete cluster. First we weren't allowed to play two games. Then, one of our other people asked and we could. Complete run around. Go somewhere else to bowl that has friendlier service. Even the guy who served my drink pretty much spit in it when he spoke to me. It was discusting.

I wish I could give no stars.

Bowling lanes are great, clean and well maintained.
Avoid the hot food at the concession.
Burger was a complete waste of money.

My Son had his 10 yr Birthday party here and everyone had so much fun playing Mini Golf and Bowling. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

It was just ok. Went for the mini golf. I wasn't impressed how we weren't given a score card and the people at the front had zero customer service skills. I expected a little better

They have done renovations which have opened up the entire space and makes much easier to get around when it is super busy. The new look is great! The bowling is always fun and there is so much more to do there!

Poor service, worn out and dilapidated place, built cheaply originally. The machines fail. Shoe sizes are wrong. No table service. Understaffed. At least it was relatively clean, I will give you that.
Sheer disappointment. This is my first time to bowling in North America and I expected something better than I used to, not worse.

Pretty busy on the weekends.place is starting to feel a little run down and gimmicky. Little pricey on the weekends but thats understandable, just beware.fun little place if you have nothing better on the weekends regardless.

Love the a family Sundays! A great price for an hour of bowling. Friendly staff, clean space. The kids love that there are a handful of arcade games to play after bowling is done.

Best to call for a reservation this is a popular place. They have some video games, pin ball machines, and mini golf too

We booked and planned for a party of 15 adults and 5 kids. Bowling was great! I hope we were a good bunch. Thanks to the management and staff. The early set up and continuing customer service was very good. Venue worked out perfectly for us. Happy 60th to my Moms:)

Serious lack of 10 pin lanes, particularly in south calgary. We went Friday night for glow bowling. Was as expected. Beers were cold, laughs had and good time all around. Little too expensive and I'd rather pay per game then a time limit, so that's annoying. Especially when you have to get assistance to get pins reset a couple times in that hour.

Almost a Calgary landmark. If I'm in that area I use the firehall as a point of reference, that said seems like everyone else uses Century Casino. Can't afford entertainment while in exile, so just a spectator.

I like the price for this Bowling Lane. It is very reasonable for my family of 5. I have 3 sons and we enjoyed it. I was able to practice my training in Bowling back in Singapore and was able to average 180 to 200 per game in this lane. I want to come back to aim for a higher average of more than 200 next time. 403-481-8382

My best friend and her special needs client went here for a morning of bowling. They were the only ones there so the staff turned on the black lights for bowling in the dark! How friggin' cool is that! Way to go guys, you made a sweet girl so very happy!

Had a great time here last week! Purchase the groupon for some items makes it way cheaper. Great way to spend a night with friends so many different activities to enjoy!

Was there on March 16th 2019 for a birthday party everything started out great your employees were friendly and helpful. The lane we had broke a few times and staff (except Tammy) was great about getting it fixed right away for us they eventually put us on another lane.then once the manager Tammy showed up at about 730pm well that lane then broke and your manager Tammy looked at us and said I'm putting you on another lane so we dont have to deal with you every 5 minutes so off to yet another lane then she started taking our 2 6lb balls that we had due to one of our guests has extremely bad back so went to get them back and she was you only need 1 ball per player so here now wasting time waiting for balls to come back thought we had wasted enough time already with broken lanes but nope let's waste some more definitely not worth the 120 that was spent just for 2hrs of bowling and 6 pair of shoes. Well once again that lane broke so we got Tammy and this time she said well Im putting someone on your lane to watch until your done like we were the ones breaking the lanes which clearly was not the case there was so many lanes shut down due to them not working right and the last time the lane broke she sat behind the counter by what I would say looked like a fax machine and laughed so I went and talked to the employee that had been great with us and he gave us enough time to finish our game and want to say THANK YOU to that employee but she went and gave him trouble for giving us that extra time he was just trying to make things right with us. I wish I had gotten the one employees name as he was so kind and was right on any issues we had I'm sorry but will not spend another dime at your bowling alley which Is a shame cuz we were all intrested in coming back for another birthday for mini golf. Never have I met a manager so ignorant. That boy never should have gotten in trouble for trying to make things right with your customers. Maybe look into him for a manager he was a young man tall and thin he knows what customer service is all about. If I could have given that young man a large til just to show him that he was doing things right.but he would not except it. Once your manager Tammy came in at around 730 your employees faces went from happy and welcoming to serious not something I like seeing when TRYING to enjoy a night out.
WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

My office only has one bathroom so this is a great place nearby to take a dump seeing as it's almost always empty during the day.
