I wish if I can give 0 stars to these guys. Nathan ripped me off. Took off $4000 from my credit card that my forklift need vapor motor. He said that if I am buying vapor motor from outside, he won't warranty for that although I was getting vapor motor for $850 & he sold me his vapor motor for $1950. No invoice provided to me as of yet. After installing the vapor motor, forklift still did not start. His mechanic Mike told me that there might be another issue that he don't know & he can't fix it. But it still need a vapor motor. For the last 4 weeks, these guys screwing me up, taking $4000 from my TD Visa & forklift is not working. Now I have no option left other than to file a court case. Going through very difficult situation.

Attended another AWP Train the Trainer refresher course which went extremely well again. It's my go to place for equipment Train the Trainer courses.

Phoned as I wanted to purchase forklift, I asked 4 times for SALES she kept saying service? No Sales, she asked again who I wanted? I said I want to purchase a forklift, ok you want service, forget it, I hung up, I don't know if it was a bad line or she simply didn't understand English, but you just lost a sale. Unless you speak to service to purchase a new forklift?

Took the forklift certification course. Amazing and patient instructor. Took time to explain everything in detail especially a few things that I've had difficulty understanding from the online side of the course. Will recommend the training to everyone. Cervus also maintains our company's forklift as well. Top notch training and service. Thank you!

We have used Cervus for years. We are a small business that cannot function without our stand up forklift. We recently had a major repair job. It was diagnosed and parts ordered. Dwayne and the service team then had the machine picked up on a Friday repairs done over a weekend and back to us tuesday am as promised. Nice work guys!
We have also recently had to rent a telehandler. Took a one day course from Tim. Well presented and he was more than patient with some of my classmates.
On the rental side dealing with Genevieve is a pleasure. She was more than accommodating with my changing dates and times. Machine arrived and was picked up with no hassels.
Cervus, you have great group of people. Thank you

Mostly a review of training, the boss deals more with maintenance of our equipment (but we keep using Cervus so that’s a good sign), but we’ve taken Tim’s forklift training course every three years for nine years now and it’s always fantastic. He’s got loads of real world experience so speaks your language and knows why things are the way they are. Clear, concise, and always current on the regulations. Absolutely recommend them!

Genevieve Halle has been beyond accommodating. We had some changes in rental equipment requirements after she worked so hard to find our specific niche forklift. She didn't seem bothered by the last minute change and has been lovely to deal with. Very professional, positive, and knowledgeable on equipment!

I was in Arthur's forklift certification course this morning and was absolutely blown away by his knowledge and ability to keep the room engaged.

Art's classroom setting was very interactive and informative. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the room understood every aspect of forklift safety and various industrial applications.

As an employer, I would not hesitate to recommend Cervus and most especially, Arthur, as the instructor for our employees and future operators.

I called them to check my forklift. They quoted me $200 for the service that included oil and filter plus air filter. The forklift did not need the oil nor the filters because they had been changed recently, so the technician wrote it on the service order. They sent the invoice for the $220 PLUS environmental fees up to an extra $30. I called them and they said they would reduce the bill $50 but they never sent a revised bill. A lady called me from accounting last week demanding payment and i said that the bill was incorrect and I needed a new one with the discount since the work was not done. She told me she new nothing about it and that i had to pay. I told her i would not pay until the bill was changed and she threatened me to send me to collections. Not very impressed. I finally got the correct bill and i paid. They quoted me $959.84 to replace an alternator that i do not need. I will NEVER call them again.
