Do not go here if you need to get an ULTRASOUND done since there's a chance you'll be dealing with Chander** (edited) Gupta who RUSHES his appointments, IGNORES his patients, and ultimately DOES NOT CARE if he misses IMPORTANT DETAILS that could affect the health/well-being of his patients!

TERRIBLE TECHNICIAN! Go work at McDonald's ffs if you care that LITTLE about the people you are serving!

I recommend anyone who wants good customer service please go to CGA Medical Imaging OMG they're good God bless you all keep doing what you are doing

Amazing people! They do their best to help patients. We did immigration X-ray there and enjoyed their fast pace and respectful care.

Kaitlin did my ultrasound and she was able to find what others have missed. I am so impressed and happy with her time and care that I will not have anyone else do my ultrasounds in the future. If I need an ultrasound, I will be requesting Kaitlin!

Got an appointment very quickly (called on a Monday, got an appointment on that Wednesday). Someone picked up quite quickly, unlike other places where I was put on hold for very long times. I'm afraid I've forgotten the name of the ultrasound tech I had today (it was around 2pm & she had medium-long hair) but she was soo lovely and kind! As was the x-ray tech (she had very short dark hair)!

Recently I went for ultra sound and some other tests done by Dr. Manal, Dr. Hafiz and Dr. Manpreet. Though the tests took time but they were so polite and courteous that I just had to give them a 5 star review.

Bad experience second time with those guys. Front-desk people are worse even tho clinic manager doesn’t have the right and positive answer for that situation.booked appointment 2 weeks ago and on the appointment day for ultrasound they messed up! They said we called patients before appointment to explain everything but they didn’t! They waste your time.

I went for an ultrasound for the very first time in this facility. The front desk was so friendly and polite.and the radiologists Manpreet and Megan were amazing. I was so scared before this ultrasound but they both did a really good job by making it so comfortable and relaxing for me. I would definitely recommend this imaging center.they have such a wonderful people working with them.

I had a wonderful experience having an ultrasound at this clinic. It’s not too often anyone utters those words but I had a great and kind technician and the wait time for my appointment was only one day! That’s amazing!

My experience at CGA Medical has always been wonderful. Great environment, very clean extremely caring and professional staff. Dr Gupta is an exceptionally brilliant Radiologist.

Great staff at CGA, they explain everything so good that you don’t need to ask any questions. I had cortisone shots in my shoulder, elbow and knee I had very good experience. I recommend CGA.

They are very bad and one of their technician name Huma Khan did an ultrasound on me, she was so harsh to me and did very bad ultrasound and induced bleeding which resulted in my miscarriage. She was in hurry for other patients and she did use an already contaminated things in me and make me infertile. May God give her thr punishment she deserved

I was very pleased with this clinic. Harmanderjit chahal and Shannon were excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They are very social and personable, but also professional at the same time. I would recommend them anytime.

I have used them for cortisone shots in my shoulders and the service from all the staff is the best you could ever ask for. They are very understanding, helpful and definitely put the patient first. I give them a 200% rating as my experience with them was great.

I did my ultrasound today and I am very pleased to have Harmanderjit Chahal as my Technician. She is so nice, friendly and humble. Even though I feel nervous and in pain she made me comfortable. She did an excellent job.

My ultrasound tech was awesome she took the time with me during my exam. I'm going to recommend this NE location to my friends and family. Thank you to the whole team.

My experience with CGA has been amazing. I went with my mother for ultrasound abdomen Gurdarshan performed the scan we were completely satisfied. Moreover my mother was happy to speak in our mother tongue. I will highly recommend getting your ultrasound from CGA

All staff is cooperative and helpful. I have been there many times for several tests. Never faced any problem. Assistants guided me respectfully throughout the whole process of Investigations.
No waitime, if a person has an appointment.
Environment is pleasant and staff members are friendly & respectful. My phone calls alway got answered at first time. Me and my family members, never had any problem getting appointments there.
This place is DEFINITELY 5+ STARS.

Longest ultrasound that I have had ever. They took too long, there were trainees in the room, so the procedure was longer and they did not ensure privacy. At every other place, I have had better experience.

The worst service ever I have seen in my life, would have given a zero star if I could, stay away from this center staff wanted to do extra exams which was never asked by my doctor, seems like they are trained that way so they can make more money, I use to work this kind of facility in other prov.so I know what they trying to do.

I had appointment at 9.15 for abdominal ultrasound. I came out of the room at 10.23.
This is the first time i experience that much time for ultrasound. Never coming back here.

Overall experience was good, reason for 3 stars is that i went for Ultrasound and receptionist asked me if i want to get X-ray done as well. If doctor didn’t asked for X-ray why would they even recommend or ask for it

The ultrasound technicians are so so friendly and really make you feel at ease. Helped me with my anxiety during my ultrasound to have such a friendly kind technician.

I had a great experience all around at CGA Medical, right from booking the appointment to the procedure. Everyone made me feel like a VIP. I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

I went to CGA FOR my ultrasound. Huma was my technician she is very good and friendly. She done my scan very nicely. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Thanks CGA

I went for an ultrasound today and Huma was the best technician I've had since doing these tests here in Canada. She took the time to ensure that I was comfortable as my bladder was full in order to accommodate the ultrasound.
She patiently answered my questions and didn't seem rushed or hurried to move on to the next patient as were some that I've seen before.
She did a thorough exam in order to ensure that if there were an issue, it wouldn't be missed.
The ladies at reception were also very friendly, unlike some other medical offices that I've been to.
I will definitely go back to do other labs and will ask my doctor to refer me there again. Thanks CGA Medical Imaging Staff!

Went there for ultrasound and x-ray and both went good and super fast. Was called in the week after for pain therapy to my wrist. It went without a hitch and was quick and easy. Carmen who is the business operations manager, made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have never in my life seen such an amazing place. It was so clean and the staff there, well I just can't say enough good things about them the lady that did the ultrasound on me was the best then the doctor doing my xray was the kindest doctor ever. I wish everyone going for medical imaging could experience this wonderful place. I can't say enough good things, my experience here left me in awe about this place and the wonderful people who work there. They treated me like family I will go back for sure, should the need arise.

Vey professional and helpful staff. Place was very clean and they helped me beyond my demands and needs. The doctor was excellent and the ultrasound tech was very helpful, and the results came really fast.

Wow this place is very clean and the staff members are so so amazing they really do care about the patients they were so accommodating with my mom got her a wheelchair asking if she is ok i would most definitely come back and recommend this lovely place to everyone

The ultrasound tech was very friendly & happy to answer our questions. We forgot her name but she had a head scarf on. She was very professional and we were pleased throughout. Highly recommended!

Took my wife for ulrta sound and some other tests she had the worsed experience ever. The Technician named Homa the muslim lady who has scarf on was very unprofessional and reckless. My wife is a nurse and she knew how the test should be done. The Technician (Homa) did not follow a proper procedure for her test and she did not follow the covid 19 pre cautions. The Technician was on her phone during the test and she did not change her gloves for the test. We tried to reach the management to give a feedback about our experience but the front desk told us that the manager is on vacation, we asked for head office number and she said we have no head office and than she hang up the phone. We are shocked about how unprofessional this place is. Tried to reach the CEOs Monica and Thomas but the front desk wouldn't even bother them. CGA MEDICAL IMAGING IS THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR TESTS.please avoid going there since there is noone to talk to if anything goes wrong.

The services provided at CGA Medical Imaging was up to standard. The staff were very nice and they ensured that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The interiors are so beautifully done, especially the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Chose this clinic for a recent ultrasound. Staff was excellent, patient and caring. Will definitely return if I need more diagnostic services.

I had an ultrasound and X-ray done at this clinic recently and I highly recommend them. The staff are fantastic - kind and competent! The clinic is modern and clean! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I got a special ultrasound - the very next morning. Everywhere else was a month wait. VERY clean, LOVELY staff. I didn't want to write a good review - as I don't want them to become busy. LOL
