The parts Dept. Jennifer is soo so knowledgable and patient and Im always happy to speak with. I also really like the whole service center crew, whom take the time with booking and advice. I met the New Service Manager putting out a box of free car fresheners for any one who comes thru. Really takes customer service to a different level. All good!

Excellent Experience!

What an excellent experience I had dealing with Champion Ford in Carstairs. The GM Christopher Sage took the time to discuss my vehicle needs for my business, his knowledge and professionalism is truly remarkable. I talked to him on the phone and he found in the stock exactly vehicle I wanted (Ford F-150 with a long box) The business manager Marsha did a great job as well and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. I was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

It was a good experience in all aspects. I would especially emphasize professionalism of the GM Christopher Sage - providing all technical details and motivational analysis of pros and cons. I noticed very professional staff overall over there - no way could be otherwise with such GM. I am pretty sure Chris is born to motivate his team and clients. He explains clear all details and motivates to make informed decision.

Terrible dealership. Marsha in the warranty department likes to sell warranties that champion Ford won't even uphold. Worst experience ever. Even the manager Stephan passed the buck. Spend your money elsewhere
