Literally worst customer service ever. All of them talking to their friends. They saw me going around looking for someone to help and not one of them moved a finger, but sure keep talking to your friends.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They actually looked and put two pairs aside for me when I called, no hesitation. Needed a different size when I got there and thankfully they had it. Will definitley be using champs west ed again in the future.

Bought a pair of Birkenstocks online in mid April. By mid July a nail/ staple begin to come through the footbed of the shoe. After two separate hour long holds by phone I went into the store. The manager said it wasn’t going to be covered quote “because there has to be something wrong with the shoe” these shoes can not be worn at all with the nail going into my foot every step. Very disappointed expected better quality assurance and customer support

Good store and employees are great, they ask if u need help but they never annoy you. I recommend this champs

Good store just need more staff on the floor during peak times. Hard to be able to grab someone to help you.

Great place to go get followed around if you're native. I don't steal but apparently I look like a thief. Soon as I walked in, they stop what they're doing and start standing around watching me. I walked in and even greeted the people who are supposed to do the greeting, all to be met with quiet awkward stares, not friendly at all. Would not recommend this place, do yourself a favor and keep your dignity.

Bad customer service. I used their fitting room to try on a shirt and got asked by the girl to leave my shopping bag outside that I bought from them. To my surprise the next white man that used the fitting room did not get asked to leave his shopping bags the way that I did. I talked to the manager and he said that his employee is only doing her job and I asked him why the white man didn’t get asked the way that I did and he said he doesn’t know. You guys should not be profiling your customers based on their ethnicity. Teach your employees the proper way to treat your customers equally.

I order online they charge me over i called headoffice they dnt give me back my money service so so bed

I tried calling to see if it was possible to order a pair of shoes in. I explained that I went to the website and could not get the pair I wanted shipped to me. I then said I called the Londonderry mall location and they didn't have them either. He then hung up on me out of no where. I was not rude and do not think it was a professional way to handle the call. I still have no info that can help me at this point.

Great store I have been shopping here for as long as I lived in Edmonton I have been looking for these sandals for a while now and I found them today and I bought them if you like Jordan stuff go to this store they specialize in Jordan

Worst customer service ever. Nobody greeted me or bother to ask if I needed help or a shoe size. I eventually had to go up to one of the girls.her name was shinara. She literally rolled her eyes at me & went to the back to tell me my shoe size was sold out. It's fine that my shoe size is sold out but don't give attitude & roll eyes at paying customers. Will not be back here again.

Terrible customer service.

All of the staff stood at the front engaging with one another or pretending to be busy even though we made eye contact and clearly needed help. There was a few of us waiting to be acknowledged and one customer even walked out. I eventually had to approach one when I had been waiting with a shoe in my hand for a few minutes and he did not look happy. Still couldn't even bother to greet me before grabbing it and walking straight to the back. Came back and handed me the box before walking away again.

I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy but the abysmal service had me bringing my business elsewhere.

Zayann is the worst assistant manager I have ever encountered the entire staff was on their phones while I was shopping. I did not get greeted, asked if I needed a size nothing. Everyone had attitude and was on their phones the entire time. You would think as a manager she would tell her staff to help customers but no. Worst ever employee at a retail job I’ve ever seen.

Love the sports wear here and the brand's they usually always have the latest in basketball trended wear and accessories. Their staff is helpful and kind.

Sales are one thing but the clarification needs to be more stated.deceiving prices/sales on items specified/not specified.until you pay for it and it's not what is advertised.
Otherwise.will return for more purchases just because it's a sports store.
