2 of the staff, the manager and another woman just got in my face and tried to intimidate me over their staffs offensive language and essentially told me to deal with it and how I better not let people know because 'champs is a muli million dollar company' and how I'm a nobody. Champs Londonderry can go screw themselves. I'll be taking my 5 kids elsewhere from now on

Went there today to buy my fiancé a 300 dollar pair of shoes stood in the store for 20 mins at the shoe wall no one offered to help me instead hanging out in the back room talking. Seriously get better staff or close the store down. You’re just wasting your money paying the people there.

Two female workers stood in the middle of the store looked at us, didn’t greet us and continued to gossip as we waited around for service. Don’t be so lazy and unwelcoming lol

Great atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable employees. Got my son his back to school kicks here at an incredible price

Highly recommend this store above Sport Chek any day of the week.

Whoever owns this store needs to retrain their employees or get new ones. We went into Champs, three employees working, not a single one greeted us. When we found shoes we wanted, no one asked if they could find a size for us. One kid was chatting with his little group of friends who were visiting him at his job. When we finally got a pair we wanted we went up to the register, shoes & payment in hand & the cashier walked away to help someone else. The sizes they have in store are minimal. We went to sport chek and received significantly better service & gave them $650. I’m sure the owner of this store would have loved a sale that large. Won’t return.

Returned a pair of reebok shoes and they won't refund me the money I paid cash originally stating that I worn the shoes outside which is not so when I originally bought the shoes the sales associate informed me that if I wore the shoes out of the store outside this would void my option to return the shoes for refund. The store manager issued me a in stir credit voucher. When I got home I looked at the receipt she gave me that was wrapped around the plastic credit card the amount on the card was only 41.99 on the card meanwhile I paid over $100 for the shoes 2vd days ago. I contacted 1800 customer service number and didn't get any results saying I have to go back to champs store and talk to the manager. Short changed me $60 now I have to take time and go to the store in person.

Very poor customer service. We approached the counter and there were three people behind the counter. No one acknowledged us or spoke to us. They took our box and started the transaction. Then mumbled asking for my email. I said no…and promptly got a why? I said you haven’t said a word to me and I have no idea why you are asking me for my email. Then he laughed at me and continued to scoff. Will not be going back here.

I have been buying my kids clothes here for years. Its very unfortunate that the person putting the security tags on the clothes is not putting them in the appropriate location, they put it where the material is most weak and it tears holes in the shirts. Such a waste of good clothing to have holes in them, and people purchasing the clothes don’t notice, and end up washing them, and the whole will get bigger, and they won’t know where the hole even came from. I hope someone reads this message and has the right authority in the store to show the person putting on the tags how to do it properly by putting it into the elastic, or the elastic neck of a shirt, not the light fabric area. If you show the cashier the hole the security tag made from being placed in properly, she will literally twirl her eyes at you.
