Shopped here on the evening of Monday, July 17. I am not sure who the young man was that assisted us, but well done CHAMPS! Our evening, prior to this store, consisted of not finding service, or the attendant not finding the footwear we wanted to try, This young man did a thorough needs assessment, was able to recommend styles, and eventually helped my daughter choose the best pair for her needs. Really appreciated the great service.

Champs is a great store one of my favorites. Always friendly, helpful staff. Good selection
I don't go to Calgary often but if I do I'm usually always gonna hit up Champs!

The worst experience I've ever had, I waited for someone for 20 minutes, the sellers simply ignored me, I had to go after a seller to get a sneaker for me, then I went to the cashier to make the payment, I stayed there waiting for about 10 minutes, no one was there or went there to receive the money, then I left the store

I can’t rave enough on the service from this location, calum and Emmer went above and beyond to help us with a very specific pair of runners my kids have asked for Christmas.
Seriously Helped us so much and very knowledgeable. Would go back and will be recommending 100%

Edit: it would be nice if management could explain why shoes are being held instead of not answering any phone calls on release day

Absolutely the worst store they wont awnser sneaker related question and also wont give phone number for general manager to awnser same question the place should be closed completely useless

Really great customer experience here. All the reps working were very friendly and helpful. There were definitely cute selections for everything! My receipt says I was rung out by Jhonna so she may be the one who helped me find some cute shoes. Thanks again guys! Would recommend and would shop again here!

I enjoy browsing this store. Regular pricing and has popular products. If you cheer for an unpopular team, younmay have trouble finding team gear here.

Worst service I've ever had well no service at all everyone standing around talking to other employees or friends. There is a time a place for all that. Wont ever return.

I had the most fabulous experience at this store today. My daughter bought a pair of Jordans for my grandson in Barrie Ontario. The shoes were too big for him but his heart was set on the shoes and she bought them anyhow to bring joy to the young fellow. We went to Champs and as soon as we walked in we were greated as though the fellow knew us and we were his family even the customer he was with was joking with my grandson. He called over a staff member named Jim said he would assist us. Jim was beyond professional again we were treated as though we were friends and family. At first my grandson was heart broken when Jim showed him the display of shoes in his size then Jim said hang on buddy let me go look in the back and Jim came out with 2 pairs of the same Jordans one a different color same style and then Jim showed him the exact same Jordans as my grandson had.well Timmy jumped up excitedly high fived Jim tell him he was awesome and right until Tim's bed time he has been glowing and telling everyone. Called his Aunt Juels to tell her how excited he was to be wearing his Jordans. The story doesn't stop there Tim's lil sister was able to get a pair of Jordans as well and only cost $10.40.the difference refundable to Tims Jordans as this day the Jordan's were on sale. Thank you Jim for making this lil 9 year old happier than i've seen Santa make him feel and thank you to all the staff there today for making this lil guy's day and for making us feel welcomed and like friends of yours. I'm a very happy and proud Grama from Ontario Canada. YOU GUY"S ROCKED IT TODAY. Respectfully Susan McGuire
