Came for a deep tissue massage with Analiza today. She did a fantastic job, I instantly felt better after the session. Can't wait to come back.

Best experience with massage. We had swedish massage done by Jinda and my friend got from Sara. They both are super sweet, experienced and perfect in what they do. The front desk girl greets very well. Everyone must go and check the places. The money is worth it. Thankyou West-winds Massage and Wellness.

They cut down 5 to 10 mins of the massage time which is not fair otherwise all good. Ya one thing more, receptionist is very rude!

Extremely disappointed by the way they handled billing. We booked medical massage for two to be billed to insurer, yet they ended up charging our credit cards twice. Beware of this misleading practice, we are not returning to this establishment again in future.

I had an amazing massage with Magelyn today. I booked on hour and she was awesome, very kind and attentive. The smell was incredible. One of the best massage that I have ever had. They direct bill to Green shield Insurance and I just walked in showed my ID get the best massage and walked out rejuvenate. LOVE MY EXPERIENCE! I do recommend this clinic to everyone who need a great massage.

Have been coming to Westwinds Massage and Wellness since 2018 when it was belong to a previous cooperation. Each time is so relaxing and they are directly bill Sunlife insurance, I only have to pay the balance which was only $5 the price is less then other spas charged but the quality of massage was top notch and I love the atmosphere, smell refresh and clean. My friends and family are always here! Keep it up good work everyone.

MALE CUSTOMER WALKED IN ON MY MASSAGE. DO NOT GO HERE. Staff are negligent and upon expressing my discomfort I was offered 10% off my next visit. This place is not safe for women as they will do nothing to PREVENT this from happening.

Had a terrible encounter with the receptionist. I booked a 90 minute combo Thai massage. Prior to the massage I had made sure with the receptionist I booked a Thai massage. However, I received an oil massage. I was told by the receptionist I would receive the Thai portion towards the end of the massage. When your receiving a massage its difficult to keep track of the time especially when there is no clock in the room. Towards the end of the massage I asked the masseuse when I will be getting a Thai massage. She was confused and said the receptionist booked me for only an oil massage. The masseuse did an amazing job with the service she provided. It was not what I paid for however. After my massage ended I asked the receptionist why there was miscommunication as I confirmed twice my service with her. I did not once ask for money back at all as I liked the service. Instead of being empathetic she became very hostile and blamed me and said I did receive a Thai massage. I explained the masseuse even said it was not a Thai massage. She said it’s my fault and should have know a Thai massage techniques are different at each facility. I will not be coming back.

Had an absolutely amazing massage. But the attitude from the receptionists completely turned me off. She was rude and antagonistic. I wanted to buy my entire family a full body massage gift card. Thanks to the receptionist I will not. Masseuse were amazing! Receptionist on the other hand was very disrespectful!

Just completed Thai Massage Level 1! This is one of my most favorite courses I have taken so far as a RMT!

I was looking for AUTHENTIC THAI MASSAGE COURSE for over a year. Was looking to fly to Thailand, but I found this course here in the city!

So blessed to find this place to learn from Thai Instructor who has years of experience and knowledge. If you want to return to brush up on any techniques the options are there for time period.

I would like to really appreciate her help, I told her my pain spot and she did such a gud Job, right away she felt the spot i had pain, that's the kind of expertise she had. And focused there and relieved me of my shoulder and neck tensions. Wow. Had an amazing experience. Excellent customer service i could see there smiling face behind the mask!

Amazing place! My wife has been going there for a couple years, so I decided to tag along. It was SOO worth it, it was without a doubt the best massage I've ever had!

This place is seriously the best. The staff, the atmosphere, the quality of service.just incredible. They are a top choice for a reason!

Seriously top choice award. They would state on their advertisement that can booked massage under claimable insurance. But once, you booked, the receptionist would state "oh we cannot claim directly on your insurance and would redirect you to other massage locations that accept insurance. This massage place only accepts direct payments and would only recommend their non registered massage therapist so they could get the whole payment. I had booked 3x with them but would decline if you tell them that you want to claim it under insurance. I think this massage location should be reported and I will surely do that.

I found this gem of a clinic last year and they are so professional and amazing. They directed bill to my Bluecross insurance no problem. The massage was one of the best massage of my life. This place is really the best all round. Thank you ladies. Will be back!

It was my first visit here and Rita is doing my massage i got the one hour Combo massage which is a combination of Thai massage and Swedish massage.i really loved body massage im going everywhere for massage but the one i had here is expectacular.

After my massage, I thought I grew some height. I felt 2 inches taller than before and so rejuvenated. I recommend the Thai Massage if you like a relaxing experience but active as well.

I've been to Chang thai many times in the past and was pretty upset they cannot do direct billing to my insurance Great West life anymore. I didn't know how to submit my own claim so I decided to find a new massage place but no service can compared to what I got here. I came back for another try and they claim to the insurance for me and I got my money back in three days. It wasn't as complicated as I thought it be.

I recommend Rita.

I had a very tight back shoulder and was in a pain for about 1 week. This stems from an injury a decade ago that comes back a few times each year and causes me muscle pain.

I needed a deep tissue massage by someone strong and experienced with all the technique for results.

Rita had so many methods to work on the muscles that needed treatment. Part way through the massage I could really feel the shoulder relaxing and after the massage I felt better than I have in a long time. I will be returning regularly for maintenance massages on the same area.

The Best Healing Experience I ever had in my life with Suthin Seeger (The Healing Hands) after having a really bad pain in my lower back and solders. She was able to target all my painful areas making me feel so much better. I have been unsuccessful in many places going trough many massage therapeutics practitioners but never like Suthin. She is well experienced lady;professional, knowledgeable in massage techniques I Highly recommend Suthin for everyone who has any stress and pain. Wonderful experience at this place. It was my first time getting a full body swedish relaxation massage and my body felt so relaxed and calm after. Pom was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was quite considerate of the amount of pressure and confirmed to check of any pain or discomfort. I can't wait to go back for another one! Sabai Thai Healing is amazing place! I don’t think I like massage before but I want to try it because I want to relax my muscles from working hard after I went there for the Swedish Relaxation Massage, this experience is changing my mind, Vipa is awesome she actually gave me a very nice and relaxing massage, full body in 1hr. This place is 100% recommended and they deserved 5 stars from me! I’ve already told my husband to know that how good this place is, next time he will come with me to check it out!

There is no wonder why this spa is rated top 3 in calgary - it was, hands down, the best massage I have had in this city.
