The staff are incredibly friendly and nice, and have great availability. Not only do I get my chrio done here, but I also go in for massage therapy! Its very convenient in terms of work benefits (and personal convenience) to get what you need at the same place. I treat myself with some serious self care when I go in for my massage therapy.
My massages with Nic are always fantastic and exactly what I need. I'm afraid to share this because when she gets more clients then I get less time with her. But its worth it, she's great at what she does and more people should get to experience that. Thankful I started going for chiro and message therapy here (:

This clinic is warm and attentive. I started attending for chiropractic services as referred to by a family member. I was then introduced to Nic (the massage therapist) and I’ve been seeing Nic for almost a year now and she is amazing! She is warm, kind and attentive at our appointments and always asks what kind of pressure I’d prefer that day and she also offers the warming pad which is awesome! I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are in the Walden/Chapparal area (it’s such a bonus that it’s so close to my home too!). Reception is awesome as well, they always do their best to accommodate me and are attentive.

Nic is such an amazing massage therapist! I had been looking for a good massage therapist for forever, with no luck. I had seen probably 5 different massage therapists and just wasn’t happy. Then I got pregnant and was really in need of one. I was in the chaparral clinic for an adjustment when I asked Dr. Barry if they had someone who could do a maternity massage and he suggested Nic. I can honestly say she is THE BEST massage therapist I have had! She has been a life saver while pregnant, and I will 100% be going to her after my pregnancy as well. She listens to what you need, and I am never disappointed, no matter what I want her to work on. I can not recommend Nic enough!

I've been seeing Nicola (Nic) for massages for the last year for general maintenance. Nic is strong and her massages have helped decrease tension in my neck and back. Not only has my posture improved, but she listens to my concerns and I always leave feeling relaxed and loose! Bonus that both Nic and the team at the front desk are extremely sweet. Thank you!

I can't say how lucky I am to be doing my adjustments and massage there. Even my kids are doing their adjustments due to their back pain and neck stiffness, and I have to say that both enjoy being there.

The whole team are not just pleasant and professional, they are friendly and remember each and everyone.

Reception is warm and inviting and can usually accommodate my schedule, even my sometimes-last-minute appointment needs (when other offices seem to have a month+ waitlist). Dr. Mark is friendly and good/efficient at what he does. He takes extra care to order X-rays upon first visit and monitor progress thereafter. It’s a bonus the office is also kid friendly and even has an activity corner to keep them occupied!

I had no idea what needed except that I had a new back pain and some old back pains that would seem to be related to my spine. Dr. Barry started working on my lower and upper back and things improved greatly over a short period of time. With continued therapy my posture has further improved significantly and my spinal flexibility increased while being pain free.

I get migraines if I don’t get an adjustment every couple weeks and when I call to get an appointment Dr. Mark and staff always accommodate me. Life changing.

I was very sceptical before going to any chiro. But would highly recommend to anyone working in the trades like me.

Every time the adjustment makes me feel much better for my lower back and neck. Dr Mark is very professional and patient. They have great coaching videos to help home exercise, too. Receptionist is so polite and helpful! If you suffer from some spinal issues, highly recommend trying chaparral chiropractic.

My Family started going to Dr Barry when we first moved here and we could not be happier with the service, professionalism, knowledge and care that we receive from the moment we walk in the door. This centre is phenomenal from the doctors to the front desk. It feels like family. Dr. Barry is knowledgeable, thorough, and efficiently effective. He's put me back together a few times, and has been a tremendous help in getting me back on my feet. Highly recommended.
