Have been having therapeutic massage for 6 years. Moved to Calgary & was looking for a new massage therapist. Tried Olga. Painful massage. Stiff & sore until Sunday. Finally took prescription muscle relaxants to get some relief. Not the place for me.

This was my first visit to Chaparral Physiotherapy & Massage. I appreciated the online option to fill out my intake forms ahead of time. I found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful. My appointment was with Andrea and I was impressed with the time and attention that was paid to understanding my medical history, analyzing my posture, and listening to my explanation of the current treatment issue. Andrea provided insightful feedback and helpful suggestions to help me begin the healing process. I am looking forward to continuing my treatments with Andrea in the weeks ahead!

I have had nothing but great experiences here: for physio with both Andrea and Eyal and for massage with Katelyn! All very professional and great at what they do!

Great service, great skill and have sorted out my back numerous times when it's out or locked up. Eyal is great. Straight to the point, not one for chit chatting but sort you out, quick diagnosis, no BS, gets on your case if you don't work on exercises which encourages healing. Very effective and IMS treatment and adjustments when needed. Eyal got me back to playing soccer, golf and running more than I have in 4 years. Results is what counts. Randi-Lee is also great for massage therapy. Deep pressure, very attentive to needs and can apply deep tissue when it is needed. Admin staff is also friendly, professional and will do what they can to get you in when crisis hits which is priceless in time of need.the entire team is fantastic really. Have worked with more of the therapists including Rachel, Roya, Jovana and Andrea and many others. Never had a bad experience.

Andrea is a very helpful, through professional. She has helped me with a variety of methods and exercises to regain strength in my leg and reduce the pain of the sciatic nerve. She has been amazingly helpful

Today I had a massage appointment with Olga Chernykh. I really enjoyed my visit, as Olga is very caring, professional, and diligent. Katlyn was excellent, my massage was very relaxing and she gave me advice on what stretches I could do to help with some of my problem areas.

Had a great experience with Femi. I liked the fact that the physio is with you for your full appointment time. Nicole is a great massage therapist as well.

If you are like me, a golfer with back problems that limited my golf and serious muscle pain and stiffness try needling, I have had massage, Chiro all summer with limited results, just 2 treatments and unbelievable relief. I am swinging free and feel terrific. Wish I had done this earlier and enjoyed this season of golf

Physiotherapist Erin at Chaparral Physiotherapy & Massage took active notes of my problem, listened to my concerns and then what I wanted to achieve from the session (s). Erin then created a personal physiotherapy program for my condition and also sent me an email with detailed videos of each of the exercises I needed to perform. This will greatly help me achieve my goals to better health.

Richard Sze is a knowledgeable and professional therapist who has a wonderful rapport with young patients. My son was injured while playing hockey and was unsure about the recovery process. Richard developed a customized program to support recovery and prevent re-injury.

I've gotten a massage here a few times with a few different RMTs and they have all been amazing. This last massage with Kaytlyn may have been the best one yet as she managed hit all the right trigger points perfectly!

Awesome service! All physiotherapists are great (seen a couple) but Charene is simply amazing! Her dry needling has helped me so much. She has been such a great support on my recovery. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing one of the physiotherapists here (Andrea Ellis) for the last couple of months. Andrea has helped me SO MUCH! She is very knowledgeable, experienced, diligent, and a such a lovely, kind person. I have also seen Melissa, one of the massage therapists, who is also wonderful and very skilled! In addition, Mel at the front desk is consistently kind, friendly, and attentive. If you're looking for a physiotherapist and/or massage therapist, this is the place to go!

Edit: Melissa is no longer at Chaparral Physio & Massage, so I recently booked a massage with Randilee. She is wonderful! Randilee is warm, friendly, client-centered, and clearly very skilled in massage therapy. Thank you, Randilee, for a fantastic deep tissue massage!

Kaytlyn was an absolutely amazing massage therapist. She did well to ask about my history, and learn a bit about me in the first half of my massage. After that, I was able to relax in silence as she worked through all my aches and pains. She was very attentive to ensure it wasn’t too much pressure throughout the entire 60mins. Following my massage she gave me some stretches to help with my many knots. I would highly recommend!

I had 1 session of physical therapy with Erin Marshall and 2 1 hour deep tissue massages from Nicole and I have gone from being nearly bed ridden to feeling in my prime again. Thank you so much Ladies. I will continue coming for long overdue body care, here I feel like a human not just another customer. I strongly recommend Chaparral Physiotherapy and massage.

Olga is AMAZING! She does an excellent deep tissue massage. She is through, professional and very respectful. I love how she uses the heat packs.
The clinic itself is great. The ladies at the front desk are kind, friendly abs always helpful. I absolutely LOVE this place.

Usually I get good massages but this last time was awful. I communicated but still I got "light stroking" for 90min! The lady never warned up the oil in her hands just to poured it on my body. It was a total waste of time and she did not seem to know even how to give a massage.

I have a great service at this location! Special shout out to Eyal Okin who is great specialist and he really knows what he is doing! Thanks a lot!

I've been coming here since my first accident and I never have a reason to go to another clinic. All staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Had an amazing massage with Brooke. So intuitive and knowledgable. Pleasant reception as well. Docked a star for not having a tip option but I do understand why a clinic would avoid this.

Randi is the best massage therapist around! She is very adaptable to your massage needs, and has a very large knowledge base on the human body works. (coming from a personal trainer!)

Generally I stretch on a regular basis to keep my body loose and feel that massage is not necessary. However Randi has completely changed my mind on that. Highly recommend Randi to everyone!

I have seen a few physiotherapists here, and I must say all of them have been very great. I personally love Charene. She is extremely knowledgeable and she has really helped me recover from my MVAs. She really knows what she's doing and her approach is great.
I drive about 30 minutes to come here but it's worth it because charene is amazing.

Also January the massage therapist here is the best in her field. I've been to multiple massage therapist and with my immune disease my tissue is more sensitive because of inflammation which means after massages I would leave in extreme pain because they didnt know how to do a massage for someone with this condition. Well it's nothing like that with January, she spends the time to get to know what's going on before she touches you. She has helped me tremendously. She truly is talented and amazing at her job. 100% recommend her.

I have seen Simona 2x now, and I have to say I am very impressed. She is definitely the top 3 massage therapists I have ever seen and I have seen massage therapists all over the world. She makes your money worth while! She pays attention to details, does you hands and your feet (which I love), she provides deep tissue which is very helpful to someone that is active almost everyday! Soft but firm touch, I fell asleep in the hour long massage. Provides feedback after the massage as well as some recommendations! Highly recommend her!

I had my first massage with Alison today and it was by far the best massage I've ever had. I've have a lot of tension and knots in my back and I feel 100x better already. I got my full 60 min worth and it felt way longer. Not only did she completely work my problem areas (which takes a lot of work), she also took the time to work on my legs, arms and lower back which loosened areas of tension I never even realized I had. I will definitely be rebooking with her.
