I’m not recommending, because we set up first shots of vaccine for our puppies they tell us 59$
I call them to confirm our appointment they say price will be different 520$ for six puppies.

Receptionist/front desk is not friendly at all. Shows how frustrated she is or not happy with her job or not happy talking to clients. By the time we enter until I’m making my payment. You can feel how I welcomed we are. And when I ask her if she is ok and responded to me she is ok but the. I told her she doesn’t look like she is ok then she changed her mood and pretend to smile.

I feel not coming back there anymore.have more time to find new vet clinic. Though I’ll give credit to the doctor which was nice and friendly with us.

Hope they have better front desk that really cares.

I have been going to this clinic since 2016 and I’ve had A one service, Dr Gadzhev
And his wife were always explaining everything clearly, and also explaining the charges before or during the visit. But my most recent visit was not good.my regular vet is on vacation and the vet filling in didn’t explain to me that every test he did cost me $50. A bit of a shell shock when you go to pay the bill. Also the cost for an appointment has increased. A Lesson for me, going forward I will ask all the costs before I even come for a check up on my dogs. Thanks

We cannot thank Dr. Evgeni and his team enough. He showed our dog, Penelope such great care and compassion during her last days (and all through her life), walking me through the options and probable outcomes. P loved coming to the vet! It’s so hard to say goodbye to our beloved furry family members, but we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Even though we live in a different part of town now, I still would never go anywhere else! I hope one day to bring a new furry friend in to make friends with the team at Chaparral vet. Thanks for everything

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic! Dr. Hristina Gadzheva was very knowledgeable and professional and so sincere and compassionate! When I brought in my kitten with a complicated problem, Dr. Hristina's very strong passion was set out to, not only find the problem, but to find out the cause of the problem, AND the best treatment solution to the problem. While she accomplished ALL this, in a matter of 2 days; she provided me with sincerity, patience and compassion. I could not have asked for a better veterinarian! Thank you! Joanne Horack
