Team Chappelle Garden (Tressa, Viktoria and Natalie) has been phenomenal to work with. As a realtor, I have dealt with many builders for their pre construction homes and I don't have any hesitation to say that this has been my best experience. Every thing is nice, but they forgot cleaning up duct holes, left lots of construction industrial garage in there.

What a genuinely lovely place. Superstore is huge and there is an A&W just opened doing a grand opening. Also a public library a shoppers. Kfc, bone and biscuit, edo and dominos and a freshii. More there just can't remember it all. Great area.

Ive lived here all my life, but the amentities are amazing and I almost neverhave the urge to leave.

Klair homes is a meticulous builder. I do their insulation for their homes. Very quality builder in Chappelle Gardens. Highly recommended
