Impressed they have some books on cannabis growing and detailed books on strains and origin of strains

Children's section is taken over by toys. I don't know how many kids could focus on picking their books while it's so distracting with toys deplayed.

Biggest bookstore chain in Canada. They all look and feel the same. Kind staff, okay selections

Super helpful staff. I didn't get the book I wanted as it is out of print, but found others that I purchased. Line up was quickly processed, very short wait time, all safety protocols were observed, and the entire experience was perfect!

Was looking for a book. Website said 1 left. Called the store, the person I talked to was nice and helpful. Went down to the store, got help right away, very friendly as well. In and out, with my book, two thumbs up.

I've never had an issue with staff at a chapters ever, no matter which one I visit.

Ordered a book online for a friend's birthday which said it would be in in 4 days. Went in to store two days after it was meant to be in to find it wasn't (didn't realize I had to wait for the email confirmation -first time shopping at Chapters). The book wasn't in and the worker didn't know what to do so handed me off to another worker (male) to investigate, he told me my book was in transit and "it will get here when it gets here", I asked him if he could be more specific as I needed it for a birthday gift in two days, his response, "probably by then but who knows". I asked him for a refund, to be met with, "no, can't do that, it's in transit, there's nothing we can do". And then proceed to turn away and do something else, so I left muttering loudly about not shopping here again and using Amazon. Another lady looked at the situation and said she would sort out a refund, it took two people but eventually they completed it and was thankful for their help. I just got an email saying my books has arrived in store. 12 days late.

Big store and open late. Very few staff and hard to find them. Sometimes good sales in the kids section. Starbucks is closed off as a separate store.

Relaxing place to chill with a hot drink and book but everything is overpriced. More of a hangout spot.

Well stocked. Great selections in all book categories as well as seasonal gift items. Helpful staff. No pressure. Left with a positive shopping experience and something to read as well.

Good selection BUT, when the book finder interface panel it says whether the book is available (good) and what section to find it in (also good) but does NOT say where in the labyrinth of shelving said section resides.a you-are-here style map display would be useful

Always such welcoming staff ready to assist you, they are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Al at the counter is very friendly and such a delight to chat with. Will always choose this Chapters.

Can’t say enough nice things about this store. Always find what I’m looking for and if I can’t the employees always lend a hand. I’ve used the curbside pick up since the pandemic and it’s been such a breeze. Thanks for making my life easier!

Always good product selection. Large store with lots to look at. Look at the sale items near the back of the store. Great finds.

It was different, not as busy. But that was nice as well. Also no where to sit to look at books before wanting to buy. But over all awesome as always.

We were helped by a lovely gent named Liam. He was very knowledgeable about a lot of niche fantasy genres and ensured we got to a till quickly by letting my wife and I know about an open till in kids.

One of the great place in Crowfoot for kids and families. Inhouse Starbucks is a good addition.

Chapters is a great place to find any books one might need. It is also a great gift idea place.

Excellent bookstore with great selection and staff. No books in French however. Always clean and welcoming with an attached Starbucks.

Standard stock for a large Chapters. Little light on the number of terminals, but layout made it easy to find what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great place to get a handful of books.

It's a Chapters, like any other. They seem to be making more and more room for the random stuff, at the expense of bookshelf space - but that's what you've got to do to survive, when ebooks are biting into your bottom line. It does make these stores an idea place to shop when you need a gift for someone you don't know overly well - holiday gift exchanges at work, wedding gifts for casual acquaintances, etc.

Love this place. Grab a Starbucks, walk around, amazing selection and awesome kids section. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Service is great.

The books are very high quality and clean. The staff are very helpful even with the books you think no one knows about. I like reading the warrior cat series and was pretty doubtful that they’d have any of them, turns out they have more books than I do lol, Just wish warriors wasn’t squished in the back tho: T

Sad that the magazine racks have taken such a massive hit. But I love all the small gifty items. Not just a book store anymore and I like that.

Good place with nice staff, went there to get a board game and couldn't find anything that looked fun or that wasn't more than $100. Very clean and well stocked 5/5
