Chapters - Westside

Staff was super helpful, I got some very happy kiddos whom are both avid readers gift cards. As they are ALWAYS at chapters. (It would be nice to see if they had more variety on the inexpensive gifts under the 10$ or less range)

Needs more SciFi books. Bring back the online lookup/order in store, it was convenient and easier than using a phone.

Usually love this store and purchase all my books here (even had one on hold). Stopped in Tuesday morning at 1130am to pick it up and buy a second book. The young man at the front till was rude and condescending and lectured me about “where the line started” and how I needed to “line up” in a certain way, although another staff member had already directed me to step up to this young man’s till and not go through the line as I had a book on hold. (There were two people walking up to the line to pay at the same time that I had approached the counter, and another person was at the till there ready to assist them.) The rude young man did hear the staff member send me directly to him, but he still felt a need to “school me” in what he felt way the correct way to do it. I spend many dollars here, but I refuse to return to this location. I will take my business elsewhere so as to not be lectured to by a cheeky counter staff member who looked annoyed at having to do his job. Other stores will appreciate my business, and I won’t have to be told how to line up.
