Pros- Love this place. Their selection of music related clothing, patches, and leather accessories. The owner is a sweet little lady, and the employees are very helpful.

Cons- quite pricy, the employees take customers' items and bring them to the owner, and it seems like the owner makes up random prices.

Regardless, I will continue to support this local business.

I went with my boyfriend for his birthday today, we got shirts we can’t even find online anymore! Very fair pricing and super nice lady who runs the store. We will definitely be regular buyers!

If you are a patch junkie like myself, this is the final boss of patches. I am from the states and was told this place has a cult following and I can see why. Great energy in this place. Highly recommend you pay them a visit.

The new lady selling vapes to kids is a bit lame but Mary is still a sweet heart.

This place is awesome if you're into punk, rock and roll, or horror stuff! There's a huge variety of band shirts and patches. I would highly suggest going here if you're interested in any of that, The owner and workers are very nice and helpful too! I will definitely be back

Even though it has been awhile since my last visit, this has always been my favourite place for music merch for at least 20 years. Upon my first visit back there in more than five years, it is still as impressive as ever. However, the place does feel empty without Simon (R. I. P.), he is dearly missed. Always loved chatting with him. Looks like this shop will still continue, and if so, I definitely look forward to visiting again, hopefully soon!

This has been my go to smoke shop when I started smoking they have such cool amd unique glassware you wont find anywhere else I still have my glow in the dark pumpkin bong and the music tee shirt selection wow, Simon and Mary are excellent and will miss this store cheers!

Charisma has been a complete staple in the Calgary music scene for as long as I can remember. Simon and Mary have always treated everyone equally with so much respect as if we where their own children. I am so sad to hear the passing of Simon and wish Mary nothing but the best in this next chapter of life. Visited the shop today to grab more merch and have plans to go back before everything's gone. Way too packed! I understand that the owner is going through some personal stuff. Wanted to look around a bit more but cant even see where to walk through. The body jewelry looked tossed on a shelf. My brain couldnt handle the mess.

A store with a little bit of everything for metal heads and stones alike. The owners have been supplying the people of Calgary with band merch for decades. The store is reducing their hours and closes at 5 on weekdays and weekends.

Charisma is the best place to get band shirts, hands down. Especially if you're into any kind of metal. If you can't find what you're looking for, they used to order it in for you. There's all sorts of retro patches, shirts, hats, and stickers that are hard to find. Go down and support this gem of a mom and pop shop!

I've been coming here for 10 years now and I can't say enough good things about Simon and Mary. They're wonderful people who will talk with you the entire time you're there if they don't have things to take care of around the store. All these bad reviews that say they're rude must be from first time customers who expect a commercial retail experience but I can't imagine anything worse. Part of the charm of the store is the two owners and the interactions you get to have with them every time you come in. Sure it's a little slow getting shirts but who cares, that just more time to slow down and chat with Simon and Mary. This store will have a special place in my heart long after it's gone and I'll never forget either of the owners. A truly special store.

Truly an amazing store! If you're a metalhead/pothead or just want to checkout a really cool store definitely go to this one. They are kinder people and extremely nice people. I bought four of my favorite band shirts there! And if they don't even have a the band your looking for they'll get it for you! 10/10 my favorite store

Fantastic owners and businesses have been in the same location for longer than I have been alive. I would visit this unique and stocked full shop, all types of shirts and merchandise.

They're always so helpful and kind! Always very welcoming, and helps me find what I need. Theres a huge selection to choose from!

The only store METAL store I have seen in the past 10 years. Been around for a long time. They get the shirts from other companies so quality defers per item. Bought a dio hoodie here absolutely loved it. Someone stole it and it’s the only place around like it!

Really friendly owners, loads of rock and band hoodies and t's, amazing selection.prices are resonable and they were happy to work out a deal for buying a few things. An absolute must for anyone who wants non mainstream clothing.

You should open when you say on your website you open at 11 am on Saturday. Its now 11: 45 and nobody there! Wow, dont care about customers very much. U just lost me as a customer

A little steep in prices about 35 a shirt.
Some are questionably really old for their price.
The6 have nice cheap glass. I like that. And the patch collection is amazing. Found some great 80s band patches. They have everything a metal head /punk needs.
The only thing is i DONT trust my debit being used here. Bring cash.

Amazing selection, and it's always getting bigger and better. Simon and Mary have truly been going all out to accomodate the ever growing selection of band merchandise and smoking accessories. If you can't find what you're looking for, they will gladly find it, or order it for you. Prices are competitive and fair considering this is a small, yet ever evolving shop. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 20 years, and have never been disappointed.

Amazing owners, incredibly helpful and kind with a good sense of humour too. On top of that they have the best selection in Calgary for band clothing and accessories. The same applies to the selection of bongs, pipes, and pretty much anything for your smoking needs.

This little hole in the wall is amazing for metal and rock paraphernalia. As well as smoking paraphernalia grinders, pipes, bongs, ect. I've been going here for years, the owners/ operators of the business will almost always cut you a deal of you treat them right. One of the only places you can find a leather hat too. All n all an awesome little store with awesome owners that have been there forever and hopefully for many more years too.

This is now and has always been the best rock memorabilia store in Calgary! Very possibly all ov alberta.if you have a specific shirt in mind they probably have it and if they don’t they can almost always get it! Prices are fairly average as well too!

This is absolutely my favorite store in Calgary. Not necessarily for what it sells, but for the people who work there. You will not find kinder, more helpful service anywhere in Calgary. If you're in need of some new patches or t-shirts or bongs and grinders, this is the place to go. Honestly, just go say hi to the people who work there, you will be glad you did.

Really nice and helpful staff and really good selection of band patches, belt buckles, and t-shirts! T-shirts are pretty average priced, but sometimes they'll throw in a deal. I suggest this store to any metalheads!

I like this shop for patches and such things but do not buy shirts from here, its as if they are made from construction paper. You'll pay 60$ for a long sleeve thats gonna break apart within a couple days.

This is one of the best “Headshops” in Calgary, and no it’s not a hair cutters it’s a retail store that offers a large selection of T shirts of our favourite bands, Characters and hard to find stuff like finding treasure on Oak Island without the gold and gems. Oh and they do carry an assortment of jewelry, pipes, bongs patches etc. You’ll always find a little treasure of your own at this store! 5***** A must store to shop at. Happy holidays.
