We received proposals from a number of agents. Charles was the best and most complete in terms of a comprehensive plan that included pre-marketing followed by listing on MLS with scheduled viewing dates and a deadline to receive bids. His proposal was also the best in terms of providing floor plans with measurements for all units and the photos were excellent.
Charles recommended a listing price that was intended to be slightly aggressive but still generate multiple offers. We received 5 very clean and reasonable offers following 2 days of viewings, and the property sold over list.
Charles did an excellent job of scheduling the viewings and inspection with our property manager, and was very mindful and respectful in his dealings with everyone. We would strongly recommend Charles whether you are buying or selling.

I requested a viewing on one of Century 21 Bamber's properties back in May and was quickly contacted by Charles. We chatted a little over the phone so that he could get an idea of what I was looking for. Charles then asked me if I would be willing to look at a couple more properties that were similar to the one I was already set to view.

Where do I even begin - Charles is a very patient, dedicated, and informed realtor in Calgary. He was excellent to work with as we figured out what type of home and where in the city we wanted to buy. Charles was very patient as we went back on forth on many house styles in even more neighbourhoods, but supported us along the way and educating us in the process. Charming and fun, but also professional to a T, Charles is the perfect mixture of working with a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor who also just feels like your friend. When we finally found the house we ended up buying, he knew before we did and had already reached out to the selling realtor to line up more information. Charles was well informed on recent sales in the area and was very helpful in helping us craft our initial offer and work towards our closing price. I would highly recommend anyone working with Charles and would be delighted to work with him again in the future (although I hope not too soon!).
