I grew up in slave lake alberta, most of our meet was obtained through a butcher and hunting. I moved into the city and with continence of shopping all in one place I forgot about how amazing a good butcher is.
The price, quality and service is top notch. The ladies inside gave me tips on how to make jerky for myself.
Only negative side is now I will never buy another bag of beef jerky or any kind of meat from a shopping center again, charlies then right into the cooking device of chouce. This place has brought back so many good memories.

I ordered a large amount of pulled pork for a family function last weekend. Abby was the girl who took the order from me, as well as follow-up regarding the amount, and confirming that my order was correct a couple of days prior to pickup. She did an amazing job. Thank you Abby! The meat was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it!
