My boyfriend has gotten me flowers here on several different occasions. Beautiful quality and prompt, sweet service. Best florist in Calgary in my opinion and they offer same-day delivery which is a great thing when you’re forgetful like me!

This Valentine's Day, Charlotte's Web truly stood out as downtown Calgary's best florist by delivering not just beautiful flowers but also pure joy.

Caught in the rush of tech work, I was running late, but their team kindly waited past their closing time so I could pick up the lovely bouquet, which meant the world to my partner. Their willingness to go the extra mile and personal service are exactly why they'll be my recommendation for any of my personal or corporate floral needs.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be ready on a certain day and time for pick up. They were ready for pickup at said time and date. Very happy with the flowers. They look nice and are fresh.

I walked by the store and saw these arrangement of orange flowers being displayed. I ended up buying them, and they are so aestethic. The florist gave excellent service. Very excellent floral boutique.

I rely on Charlotte's Web Florists exclusively. I've always had a fantastic experience. Great quality, the flowers last a long time, and they go above and beyond expectations. Two notable examples come to mind: I was searching for blue roses, so I called them and was told they don't carry blue roses. However, the person I spoke to spent the next 5 minutes on the phone with me searching for blue rose availability throughout Calgary.
I also recently bought an arrangement, but the recipient of the flowers was on an un-announced two week leave. I returned to the shop within 20 minutes and was offered a full refund on the arrangement.
I'll absolutely be coming back in two weeks, and I'm so happy Charlotte's Web is around.

Spoke with a florist this morning to order some birthday plants with flowers. So helpful of them to propose substituting flowers for live flowering plants to go with the green plants. I just received a couple pictures of the baskets and flowers, large size as i was hoping to see. Just a very gorgeous basket and majestic WOW factor. So happy and thank you.

We have ordered Flowers from this shop on two separate occasions for delivery. Jan 2023 and May 2020. Both times the arrangements were $100+ and both times they wilted/started to significantly wilt within 24 hours and completely died in under a week. The quality was poor both times and both times the care instructions were followed exactly. I also wrote the shop an email after the last order to just make them aware of the quality issue and there was no reply or acknowledgement of my communication.

The owner was very nice. They had a great section at very fair prices, and they even wrapped it up very nicely.

On Friday, 12/2, we ordered flowers for a 79th birthday to be delivered on 12/6. The flowers were not delivered. When we called the next day, we were offered a refund by the very nice girl who answered the phone in the flower shop, and for the flowers to be delivered later that day, a day late. When contacted by the accounting dept.later that day, we were told we would not receive a refund because the flowers were eventually delivered a day late. When we said we were offered a full refund for the mistake, we were told the option was for them to go pick up the flowers in order to refund us. When I said that was the most absurd thing I have ever heard (what kind of flower shop has the gall to say they will go pick up flowers they delivered a day late), the accounting dept offered us a 20% refund. I have never had such a rude and unprofessional experience with a flower company and we will never order flowers from them again. Update: It's been over a week and we've received no refund at all, not even the 20% the rude accounting dept said they would give us in lieu of not picking the flowers back up.

Each flower arrangements and terrariums are stunning! They take walk in's and can place an order online which makes ordering so easy. I have been to Charlottes Web many times over the last year and I am never disappointed! Thank you ladies for all your work and ensuring my gifts are always 'on point! '.

Cute little flower shop in the heart of downtown. Staff helpfully put together a nice little bouquet quickly and it looked great. Happy with the price as well so wouldn't hesitate to come back.

First time using this company… I called in this morning and they were able to get the flowers delivered same day! My girlfriend was beyond happy with the arrangement. I wish I could remember the girl that helped me this morning, she was nothing short of spectacular and deserves a raise! I have used Charlotte's Web personally and through my business for corporate gifts for well over 10 years. I recently sent a sympathy arrangement to friends that was absolutely stunning, and it was so much appreciated. They take an incredible pride in their work product and have always delivered exceptional customer service, and I have never been disappointed. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I ordered flowers for my mom’s 88th birthday. I picked a pretty expensive bouquet. It was delivered. When I saw what actually delivered, it wasn’t anything like the what I thought it should be for the price. So I contacted them. The owner called me back and she offered to send a new one and delivered it herself. Well it was spectacular! Talk about costumer service. I highly recommend this florist.

I will not recommend This shop even to my enemy. False advertising and lie. They are not honest business people. They use Covid 19 as big excuse for their bad service and show themselves innocent.

Love this florist shop! I've never had a bad experience purchasing flowers from them, and their flowers last. I was recently in for a table center as a Christmas gift, and they were more than willing to help me select an arrangement and even customized it with a few more individual flowers. She helped select a good price point while keeping in mind the ability of the flowers to last through the holiday season, AND tailor it to my intended recipient. Great service and beautiful arrangements make them my first choice for flowers downtown and for ordering online.

I had previously made a more negative review, as there were some circumstantial issues that affected an order my husband got for me for my birthday. Long story short, the flowers themselves were beautiful, but they looked a bit worse for wear when they arrived, and the water from the vase was no longer in the vase, as it was in the plastic bag covering the arrangement.

The next morning, after my review, I received a call from a wonderful woman who works for this company (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) apologizing for the way the flowers arrived. She stated that she saw my photo and assured me that the arrangement did not look like that when it left their store; we agreed that the flower arrangement may have been dropped or had a rough time in transit. Without hesitation she asked to send a new bouquet, and even when I said that her calling me to acknowledge my concerns was more than enough to keep our business, she insisted we get something to better reflect what my husband hoped for.

This circumstance makes me respect this company so much, because it shows how much they truly care about their customer satisfaction. I didn’t feel like they had to go out of pocket to make me a new bouquet to correct an error that was not their own, rather the delivery company, but they insisted on that, and that’s really incredible.

Had an absolute wonderful experience with Jen at Charlotte's Web. Was greeted right away, excellent attention and personalized experience. The presentation Jen put together was perfect, creative, colorful - beyond what I had in mind. Very nice touches with the tissue and wrapping. The flowers were fresh, full bloom and smelled incredible.

Amazing store that smells and feels like a rainforest with some very unique varieties. Will be back forsure. A very pleasant experience.
