Sharon is lovely, she listens and makes you feel completely comfortable when talking about your pet. It's calm in the office, which helped my high strung dog enjoy the appointment much more. Going to the vet can be scary, the people here made it less scary

Sharon and the staff at Charwick are the best, they are always a phone call away if we have any questions about our dog and they were able to get us in when our dog was not feeling the best. If you’re looking for a vet you can trust Sharon with your fur babies. They treat them like their own. I’m so happy we have such an amazing vet!

The team at Charwick Hill is amazing! They provide affordable care without sacrificing quality of care. They were so helpful with our senior dog, Sophie, and helped to make her last few months more comfortable. When it was time to say goodbye to Sophie they were incredibly supportive and kind. I cannot recommend Charwick Hill enough and if we decide to get another pet we will definitely be going back!

There's no better vet out there. Truly, your pets are safe with Sharon and her team in a way many other vets do not manage. We have 3 cats and I have never felt comfortable leaving them with other vets but I'd trust Sharon with anything and we're lucky to have her. She found issues AND solutions that other vets didn't even consider. Can't say enough good things.

I've been visiting Charwick Hill since they opened in Lewis Estates. My family and I could not be happier. All of us take our cats there. When my dog came down with cancer, Sharon was kind and laid out all possibilities to us. It was a good thing she did because my dog ended up being the worst case scenario. Whenever someone asks which vet I recommend, it's Charwick Hill. It's been that way for a decade.

Judgmental and rude! Took over 2 weeks to give me a quote and even then the receptionist was very rude about it and said no one normally asks for a quote.
Would not reccomend!

The staff at this clinic are AMAZING. Me and my partner are first time owners for our little pug, Hiro; and they were amazing and patient with our questions. They even answer questions when you call them!

This is unrelated but their clientele is amazing as well as one of their other patients helped us get a private dog trainer for Hiro and she is AMAZING in helping us train and manage Hiro's crazy puppy energy! Thank you so much Charwick c':

As “newbie” dog owners, we did a bit of research on vets on the west end and Charwick had some excellent reviews and recommendations. This evening we found out why. We took our 10 week old Golden Retriever “Mila” for her first visit and immunizations and had such a pleasant experience. Doctor Sharon and the staff treated our girl like family and answered all our questions (which were numerous as again, newbies here)! They were kind, and gentle with our pup and provided some very helpful information to us first time dog owners. We left our appointment feeling relaxed, confident and well taken care of. Kudos to you and your staff, Dr. Sharon! So thankful to be part of the “Charwick family”.

I absolutely love Sharon and the ladies at Charwick and you can tell that they love their work. We receive nothing but the best care for all 3 of our girls. We started going to see Sharon in 2016 when we moved to the west end. We have since moved and now drive 40min to keep coming to Charwick, Sharon, Andrea and Colleen.

You can tell that the ladies who work here really love animals! They treat our dog so well and are always happy to answer any questions we have. Our dog is always excited for a visit (and some treats)! And better yet, they always follow up a few days later with a phone call to check how he is improving.

Professional and friendly staff. A couple of months ago we had brought our puppy into the emergency vet as she was coughing/vomiting and Charwick Hill was closed at the time - a few days after our visit to the emergency vet I received a call from Charwick Hill to follow up/make sure our puppy was doing okay. They definitely go above and beyond - thank you for the great service!

Amazing staff, I was hesitant to drive that far for a vet; but by the end of our first check up for our new kitten, I would've happily driven over twice that distance. Staff is informative and personable, my family couldn't be happier with them.
