Just got the food through skip the dishes from this restaurant. Fish and chicken hakka noodle. Horrible food never expected these two items that pathetic

They have halwa puri and chai all day and both were pretty good! And all the food items we ordered were tasty and love the variety on the menu. Hope to see this place expand and refine its service and interiors in the future because we will be happily returning:)

After a long time, we felt taste off Lahore food street we try samosas, boti roll in nann, golgapa and bun kabab and finish with chai and Kashimari chai everything was tasty golegapa can be batter (kahata) keep up the good work

I recently visited Chat House in Calgary and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was not fresh and seemed to have been cooked hours before. On top of that, the staff was not very friendly and unwilling to accept customer feedback. It's a shame that they don't understand the value of listening to their customers. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Mazhar's Customer Service is second to none. Nonetheless quality of food, quantity of food and the ambiance of the restaurant is super.

If you are planning to celebrate a special occasion like Mother's Day, you want to make sure that everything goes perfectly. Unfortunately, that was not the case for our recent experience at Chat House Restaurant's "Mother's Day Hi-Tea. "

We had high expectations for the event, but were sorely disappointed. The food was cold, including the fish that we specifically requested to be warm. The biryani was also cold and had old chicken pieces randomly placed on top of it. The cutlery and plates were all made of styrofoam or plastic and mismatched, giving the impression that the restaurant didn't care much about the presentation. The dessert was no exception, consisting of store-bought brownies and canned gulab jamun.

We tried to eat the food, but it was so stale and unappetizing that we couldn't even take a second bite. When we approached the owner to provide our feedback and express our disappointment, he dismissed our concerns and tried to offer a small discount instead of listening to our concerns.

We want to advise other customers to avoid Chat House Restaurant, especially for special occasions. If you want to celebrate your mom in style, there are many other places that provide fresh food, great service, and a welcoming ambiance. Mothers deserve the best, and Chat House Restaurant just didn't deliver.

We hope that the management at Chat House Restaurant takes note of our experience and improves their food and service for future customers. Until then, we will not be returning to this restaurant and will instead look for better options elsewhere.

Amazing food. I got rolls for my kids and they liked them a lot. Also the staff is vey nice. Price is also very good compared to other restaurants.

There is room of improvement in taste of everything. For example the chat taste was not fresh and crispy. Bihari kabsbsb roll psrstha should be thin and boti was too thick for Hikari kabab roll. Please check food fusion recipes to cook authentic taste food.

Amazing service amazing place if someone needs a taste from karachi must visit this place. Chaat papri, roll, club sandwich were really awesome. The staff was really nice polite. Having smile on face while dealing with everyone. Well surely come again

Amazing street food restaurant, I have been here multiple times and tried different items each time such as bun kebab, chat papdi, kulfa falooda and some of the wraps as well. The customer service is also outstanding, the owner and workers are all friendly.

I went to this place today with hubby we ordered chaat. The food was so good we loved it. I also loved the decoration the place was so clean and the staff was also very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Frozen kathi rolls taste better than this. It didn’t worth the money, quantity was disappointing and also the taste was pretty average.

Lovely place to have desi snacks. I love the environment. I tried Chana chat chicken burger, and kulfa Faloda. Sub kuch bht mazy ka tha. Great job guys.

The restaurant owners are extremely nice and it is one of the best customer service I had in a long time, the food was really fresh and taste was great! We were invited to a baby shower and got to taste a few items from the menu and we are so happy we went because we discovered a hidden gem, if you are craving authentic pakistani street food, in a fun and clean ambiance, this is the place to go! Will visit again!

This place serves some of the best nihari and chai we have had in Calgary. The restaurant is also nicely decorated and spacious, and the service was fast.

Horrible service. We entered the restaurant and a lady acknowledged us and we sat ourselves as she just stood behind her counter. As we sat she went back to the kitchen and never came out. There was no other
customer. We waited for menu for about 6min and left. The restaurant smelled oil and tables felt greasy.

I they have a good halva pori, I usually get only that and the chai. It's not too expensive and it's a convenient location. The chai is good as well. The customer is also good. I've been here a few time. They also have fast service, it's a very nice location.

Yesterday I try there food. It was so yummy and fresh. If you’re from Karachi (PK) and miss Karachi food then do must try. Honestly it’s going to be my go to place whenever I crave for desi food. Things which I tried and recommend you all
1) chat
2) Bun kabab
3) Fish pakora
4) Veggie pakora
5) chicken roll.
6) Desi tea

A restaurant with a large dining space and a welcoming atmosphere. Had there been more staff, I would have rated the restaurant five stars because the meal was excellent and the price was fair. We ordered three items off the menu, however they were all served roughly 15-20 minutes apart. The waiter informed us that the food will take some time since they were busy, but based on my experience running a restaurant, I can say that there weren't many customers but that’s understandable because the waiter was doing his best. The only thing was that I told him I could wait, but we needed to have gotten the food at once or maybe starter at first then the rest of the food. Taking 15-20 minutes between each food item ruins the mood. What could’ve taken 30-45 minutes of sitting/eating took us approximately 1h 30 minutes. I'll return to support without a doubt, but they should add more employees to ensure a positive customer experience.

I had my baby shower at Chat House and it turned out to be the best decision to do at this restaurant. The staff was super helpful and cooperative. Food was amazing and the ambience was top notch. Cant recommend this place enough!

Halwa poori was ok but Nihari was to die for. Doodh patti took me back to karachi. Will definitely visit again:)

Loved this place so much? Food was scrumdiddliumptious and absolutely delicious, the food reminded me of our pakistani culture, the place was spotless and looked amazing; the clock that was on the wall looked very modern and i was fascinated by it. The staff and workers are very nice and great people; and the food was cooked fresh and straight from their kitchen and was appealing to look at. Overall i recommend this place to all people and especially desi people so they can taste the marvellous food crafted very professionally and perfectly that should take anyones taste buds aback and make you feel at home with your culture. I loved this place and i hope others will get to experience this too and for all the workers there inshallah that this place will gain the fame it needs and you marvellous people can gain the respect and this establishment will always be successful for you.

Great addition to Pakistani street food scene. Everything is amazing, but the anday wala burger was star of the night!
