I have been seeing Sophia for a few sessions now, and it is always a great experience! Will continue to see her and would recommend her to people I know

I have been going to see Sophia Y for years and have never been disappointed. First, she is so welcoming, kind, attentive, and always makes you feel comfortable. Second, she is talented and professional, so the results are always just what you ask for - if not, better. I have come in for restorative cuts after having my hair butchered by someone else to which I had followed up with by cutting my own hair (. Oh boy oh boy) but she always finds a way to fix it and makes me feel beautiful no matter what. I am always recommending her to friends, and would recommend her to anyone who appreciates that extra bit of love and warmth from someone taking care of their hair.

Huge shout out to Sophia Yepes for going above and beyond with phenomenal customer service. She was friendly, professional, and her work space was very clean. Thank you for making it an experience and look forward to my next appointment with you!

Sophia Y.has been working her magic on my hair for over a year. She always delivers exactly want I’ve asked for from bleach blonde, pink, and most recently brunette. I recommend her to everyone I know!

Sophia did an awesome job making my hair a beautiful and vibrant pink! She was lovely to chat with the whole appointment. Overall really happy!

Went in for a trim and colour touch up, and was really disappointed with the service. Management was very responsive to my concern and offered a full refund. 3 stars for customer service.

I had a great forst timer experience here. I picked Ryan as my stylist. He was very professional and friendly in his work and he listened to the hairstyle I was looking for and styled my hair in that fashion as well as asking me if I liked it before proceeding to do the cut. Other hair salons I'd been to would cut my hair very short despite me explaining that I was trying to grow my hair long. I would recommend Crowfoot Chatters for anyone looking for a cut or a trim.

Just got my haircut and highlights by Virginia.boy do I say she is amazing.never have loved my hair so much! Can't recommend Virginia more she's is such a magician! Thank-you Virginia!

I only went in to ask about treating my dry, itchy, flaky scalp and the beauty consultant Madison gave me a really good run down of products. She recommended me a few products that I am in the process of trying out to treat my scalp and I am loving it so far. Although I have never spent so much on shampoo and conditioner in my life, I know I can trust these products because Madison related it to her own experiences that were similar to mine as well. Great customer service. Thank you Madison!:)

2022 update: I STILL use the product Madison recommended and it has been a go-to product for me!

Ryan P did my hair and wow it’s just what I wanted! He gave me a pretty awesome haircut too. Would recommend coming here since I will surely be going back!

I made an appointment over the phone with Katie for a haircut. I received a confirmation text message and did the intake form.

When I showed up for my appointment that evening, I was told that it had been cancelled… and their system said that it was cancelled by me, which didn’t make sense since I was there for my haircut and only booked the appointment 4 hours earlier.

Peyton at the front desk was sensitive to my frustration and I could tell she felt bad for the circumstances. She did book me in for another appointment, but I have decided to (now actually) cancel and book elsewhere to ensure I get my mop of hair managed as soon as possible.

Love Sophia she is the first creative hair dresser I have seen in a long time great cut and colour.

Jordi informed me she was training to be a curly hair specialist. I was excited as this is what I have been looking for. I love the care Jordi took in listening to what I needed. Her artistry, attention to detail, and positive vibes were very appreciated. Really love my cut it’s exactly what I wanted and more. Will be my go to stylist for sure.

Clean and bright salon. Friendly welcome at the front desk and escorted back immediately. Ricky is a hair magician! He did an incredible job with my hair. I had foil highlights and a root touch-up. I loved it! I flew home to Ontario on Monday for family reasons and one of the airline stewardess told me she loved my hair!

I love getting my hair done here! Hard to get a bad stylist! I really enjoyed the conversation with Meredith and she was such a technical stylist. She measured all my lengths and layers to make sure both my legs and right side matched!

My partner visites this salon Nov 2,3pm. The stylist was rude and unprofessional. After asking my partner what they were thinking she says to them that 'that's too many instructions and I'll do what I want'.
My partner wasn't asking for much. Short in the back, long on the sides and top, use scissors. That's not hard.
My partner also informed the hairdresser that once they removed their glasses it would be hard to see what was happening.
When all finished my partner said that the back was a bit longer then they preferred and the stylist groaned.
My partner didn't ask for much and does not deserve to be treated like they don't matter. I would avoid getting going here.
I am very upset in the way my partner was treated.

I got a great haircut from a very friendly and helpful stylist, at an affordable price. Would definitely come back

We recently moved to the area and I've been on the hunt for a new stylist. Ricky did a fantastic job, the style and length were exactly what I asked for. I'll definitely be back, and i would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Won’t be going back. The poor customer service and accusatory attitude of the two girls working at the front counter unfortunately lost Ana Kim a couple hundred dollars today. Seems very short sighted behaviour in a pandemic when so many businesses are struggling.

I just had another amazing experience at Chatters Crowfoot with Virginia. I have been a client with her now for over two years. I value her as her experience and attention to detail is amazing. I always get foils and she takes her time to get it just right. My hair and color turns out beautifully as well as my cut. Thanks, kindly Virginia for always going that extra step to making me happy.

June gives me the best haircut! As a former stylist I am pretty picky, but June does a perfect cut on my short, fine curly hair!

I did not have my hair cut or dyed here. I simply wanted information, and a point in the right direction to the right product to help myself with my vision.on a budget of course. Now the service was friendly and I loved the polite kindess that was shown to me. I just wish I followed my gut. I had this feeling the lady helping me, wasn't quite confident enough in what she was saying to help me with my goals. Since she was so kind I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but I know wish I followed my intuition. My hair is dark blue instead of a lighter blond as she promised. I'm genuinely not mad. Upset to spend Mothers day with Blue hair. But Please in the future, if you aren't 100% sure with your advice, just grab someone more experienced. There is no shame in it. I'm also to blame fpr taking the cheap route, but I couldn't trust someone there now to dye my hair. It could be just as bad and I would be broke.
