My daughter got exactly the cut she wanted and she still loves it. The shampoo recommendations were wonderful. I love my new product.

Had my hair colored and trimmed by Morgan h. She did a great job:) exactly what I was looking for.

Everyone was so friendly and the place itself was so clean! The environment was just overall amazing. Morgan was the kindest soul ever and was the one who gave me my haircut! Can’t wait to visit her again!

I came here about 4 years ago for my birthday and spent 200$ on getting my hair dyed. I showed the lady exactly what I wanted through multiple pictures and walked out absolutely hating it and nothing near what I asked for. Mind you, I was 15 and crying my eyes out that my mom had to pay that much for such a horrible job. We went back the next day to get it fixed and the lady made it 10 times worse. Definitely ruined my birthday.
I also Just took my mom for her birthday recently to see if the place had gotten any better and walked out with something she didn’t want again! Will not be back.

It's rare to find someone who knows how to cut short hair properly. I never thought to go to Chatters as I assumed it was a discount hair salon. Turns out, it's not. When my previous stylist, who was also great, seemed to get too busy (yay for her!), my friend told me about Jin. He never disappoints and I'm really picky! He also does a fantastic platinum blonde that holds up for months.

I was looking for a particular hair product, but the store didn’t end up having it due to shipment issues. The lady helping me, Samantha, was super helpful and she recommended me a new hair product that suited my needs and I am so excited to try it!

Was so disappointed.checked in for my appointment, had my vaccine records out and they did not scan it and they stated that it was not their policy to check.i walked out! Even if it is not dictated by the government, which is crazy, I was expecting them to do the right thing for their customers and Staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. A bit in the expensive side but I try to keep hair products to a minimum. I love their Silver Charge keeps my grey looking white.
