This is my second haircut by a particular stylist. The first time I thought I probably just wasn't specific enough, but two years later I ended up getting booked with her. I thought after two years it should be fine and if I was more specific with what I want it should be okay. She doesn't use heat protectant or hairspray or any products outside of shampoo and conditioner. My hair has big chunks taken out of it, I have a stair case cut into the front, my hair is not even, and she didn't check any of her lengths or check each side for evenness.it's just generally not a good cut, and poor skills. I asked for a blunt cut, and to have my bangs trimmed. I usually call in when I've had a bad experience, the first time I think I got a percentage of a future cut, this time I was offered to go in and get it fixed. But honestly this time I think I'm just done, I'm embarrassed, and I just don't want to go back. I like the availability to book with any stylist and get in for a quick cut, but I cannot chance getting booked with this stylist again. After two years there wasn't any changes after my first complaint which makes me feel as if the complaints are not going anywhere.

Been looking for somebody to cut my son's hair since we moved here. Thank God we found Jen. If you guys are looking for someone, you can look for Jen at this location. She really did a great and super awesome job. Kudos to you guys!

My daughter got her hair dyed and cut and the price was reasonable and they made her hair look healthy again

I have platinum blonde hair and I have seen multiple stylist at this salon and always leave with the perfect platinum white blonde. Ask for a ABC treatment when you go it's AMAZING!

While my hairdresser was extremely kind and friendly, I have realized how poorly done my haircut was. It was a very rushed experience. She barely styled it so I couldn’t tell what the actual cut was like. Uneven pieces everywhere, especially my bangs. I had to get it fixed at another salon and the hairdresser there was so confused with what my hair was doing. I would recommend anywhere else. Chatters environment is very stressful and most of the staff were complaining about working.

I asked for highlighted
foils to my hair what I received was a copper tone not blonde. It took the tech. 3 hours to deliver this very disappointing result. He did not do the toning treatment as usually done at at all the other hairsalins I have been at. He tried to comb my hair with a fine tooth comb through this process. When I have very natural curly hair. I hate my highlights that were put in. I asked for blonde and received Cooper. It took 3 hours to achieve this. He did not get my highlights to the roots. And segmented my hair for the toner. No gloves. I spent 240.00 there to get nothing how I wanted.

I got my hair colouring done here as my other salon was closed for the day. Worst mistake of my life. I have informed them that my hair was previously died and damaged and I would understand if they couldn’t dye my hair platinum but at least tone it. They proceeded to dye it and leave the dye in for 4 hours? !? While the rest of my hair was getting dyed. Of course all my hair melted off and is extremely damaged they cut the edges for free because it melted so bad and after 5 hours of this dying experience my hair is not even the colour I asked for, they missed multiple patches and it is now yellow and grey. Go to a real salon people.

I went in the other day to get haircut, I was not greeted as I walked in. I had to look around and finally one lady questioned me about my presence.i told her about my haircut appointment but she refused to cut my hairs as i was 15 mins late. She told me to come other day

I like to keep some colour in my hair. I always get it done here. It keeps it neat and bright.a great job every time.

The reason I don't give 5 stars is ordering postage from other locations has been frustrating in the past.

I’ve been going to Chatters since 2018 and Alicia is my excellent hairstylist! I always describe the kind of haircut I’d like and ask her for feedback on if she thinks it would work for my face. She understands right away and cuts my hair exactly how I want while ensuring it works for my face; my hair always looks absolutely stunning. Thank you, Alicia!

I did my hair with Darrie and she was excellent, i have long hair and she did a great job and was very friendly and i had done my hair once with other lady over their and she was not good. I would recommend 10/10 darrie

I went in the store because I saw my favourite brand of hand cream "Hempz" and I saw they had all the new ones which was great because I was looking for the sweet pineapple & honey melon, the prices were good staff friendly and very helpful.
It was the first time going into this salon so I didn't explore everything they had to offer I was just so happy to find my favourite brand of herbal body moisturizer that smells so nice and I am allergic to most perfumes so I cannot use allot of scented hand and body lotions but I can use this brand with no problems and it makes my skin feel like silk.
A convenient location easy to get to I also love that.

I went in the other day to buy some product, I was not greeted as I walked in and had to look around to find my product. Finally found it, went to the till and stood there. There was an older lady looking through receipts and her computer screen she glanced up looked at me didn't say anything and kept going about her business. Another girl walked behind the till so here I thought she was here to help me, nope. She stared at the screen then as other customers came in she walked away and greeted them and left me standing at the till. This happened multiple times. I got to the point where she walked away once again leaving me standing at the till with my product while the older lady continued to ignore me. Sick of being ignored, I ended up setting my product on the counter and walked out.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this chatters location.
I ended up going to the location by home depot on the south end instead and the ladies working there were phenomenal. I was greeted the minute I walked in and the lady was friendly and understanding.

Everytime I go there they cut my hair too much and far from the picture I show them, it's always uneven, choppy, too short, so I'm never going here again.

Me and my dad had an appointment for 6: 15 & 6: 30. They had 1 stylist who was to attend to two of us plus she was coloring someone's hair. It was just a mess. She did not get to my dad's hair till 7: 15pm while she was coloring someone else's hair. If you value your time, re-think before going in to the chatters.

Interesting Pricing System. Check your receipts. Bought 3 items, 2 were on sale. Looked at receipt & one item was 10$ more than price tag on bottle. Took item & receipt back to Chatters to be reimbursed the difference. Was told no problem and would be reimbursed. Employee then told me that item was priced incorrectly and I was charged the correct price. I asked if they honor the price that was on the bottle? She repeated that it was priced incorrectly. I am not a "Karen" and decided that it was easier to leave than stare into the vacant eyes of this girl. Bad business practice and will find a new go-to for my hair supplies.

My stylist, Luc, was great and made me a custom colour on the fly. He catered to my many (and often times changing) requests like a true professional. He was upfront and honest about what was achievable and made my hair look and feel amazing!

Very friendly but i wanted to dye my hair pink and the stylist burnt the curl out of my hair. More care probably could have been taken. But the customer service was fantastic

I booked a women's haircut online. Very useful. I was in a rush so asked for just a cut no shampoo so they gave me a discount. Nice. Thanks for that. Oh and my hair looks great.

Terrible service. I asked for a light brown colour, a shade lighter but instead colour my hair darker than for what I had asked. Still had me pay full price for a colour I did not want

Great products, but 2 get 1 sales. Biggest thing for me, if you buy a new product & it's not cheap (sometimes) keep your receipt, bring it back. No questions. Makes you feel like you can try it, without being broke by it.

Terrible service. Girl who gave me haircut was very unprofessional, she had literally no idea how to do haircut. They charged me 45 dollars for ruining my hair. Would never recommend and never going back ever.

I just recently got my hair done here and spending 4 hours in the chair and getting a whole different color never got what I wanted I wont go back and getting charged a couple hundreds of dollars and the girl that I had was overly rude and didn't care what I wanted she did it her way and I better like it. I never been discouraged from a "hair dresser". If there was a zero out of 5 I would definitely give a zero for poor service and poor attitude.

My hair is ruined after getting it colored here. The stylist burnt it so bad it is like mush and I am embarrased to go out in public with out my hair up because it looks so bad. The salon did refund my money and offer me a couple free treatments to help try to save my hair. I have since been to a new salon and have spent more then what I did on this color on treatments, haircut, shampoo/conditioner ect trying to save my hair from being cut so much shorter. I am also stuck with this mess until my hair is restored enough to correct what was done.

I was shopping around in the store, the staff at the counter (there must have been 3 or 4 of them) didn't offer any help and just kept looking at me without saying anything to me but gossiping amongst themselves. Clearly they have never heard of customer service! I am giving 2 stars because I do like my hair dresser there but the sales staff needs some better training!
