Lhamo did really good job on my hairs. I am so satisfied and happy. She made sure what color suits on my skin and guided me through the whole process of balayage. I would love to go back to her again.

The people here are always friendly, very good at their job. My hair is always amazing afterwards. They have cut my 3 year olds hair a few times and they are patient and great with him. Love this place.

I have been going this Salon from last 7 years for hair cutting. I never had bad experience before. But last time, my hairstylist was Raida and she ruined my hair. I specifically asked that please do not cut too short layers and keep face trimming layers long that hairs won’t fall on my face all time. She did it so bad that I have to put so many clips on my hair to manage everyday and I have to style it every time after wash. I had done haircuts over here for so many years, but this time it was worse with Raida. Hopefully this will help someone!

Pathetic service by Nisha K. Derogatory remarks to client. Rude behaviour and worst hair cut. Didn’t even clean the neck area after hair cut.

I got my hair colored and styled from Christine and she did an amazing job. The color was perfect as I wanted it to look like.
First I went to some other salon and the stylists over there were telling me that they can’t get that specific color on my hair but Christine did it and that also in just one sitting.
Highly recommend her to everyone.

Its been how many months that I do come here, doing my hair color, the staff are so friendly and nice, especially Nisha who takes good care of my hair, very friendly and beautiful as well, very well recommended

They do not know how to do tightly curled hair I repeat they do not know how to cut tightly curled hair so I would be quite cautious if anyone with beautiful curls comes into the salon because they will butcher it bad how are you a stylist who went to school and don’t know how to do all types of hair I’m just very disappointed because my hair is just ruined and choppy.

Such an awesome experience at this location. Ive had both of my balayage done with different hairstylist and the results are always amazing. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is very professional. I recently had Nisha as my Hairstylist and she did such an awesome job! My hair came out better than I expected:)

I’m not happy with my hair I don’t know the name who did my hair she made my highlights darker and I’m not happy with it. Now I have to come back and highlight my hair again I will ask for Forum next time coz she did my highlights before and she did a good job.

Worst experience ever. Asked for grey ash colour spent more than $500. She screwed up the colour and after one wash it goes faded and turned into blonde and golden. I asked for refund or any gift voucher but manager keep asking me use toner every week to get ash colour like insane i spent 500 for toner? And manger just hung up the phone without any solution. I even don’t want then to give 1 star its just i have to do because of positing review. They have their own policies and they dont want to listen clients concern. Worst worst worst.

I went there for a haircut and it looks fabulous and it makes me feel beautiful. I have gotten a lot of compliments. Choe has a great eye for what looks good on you. She is a very talented stylist and I recommend her to anyone that wants a change for the better. They treat their customers with such politeness. I will come back for sure. I went their with my friends and they also loved the service. I would request the owner to give their stylists a shoutout. They deserve it.

I have been seeing Youmi for over ten years and she is the best at what she does. I never have to give her instructions to tell her what to do. She just does and I love it. I don't see myself going anywhere else. She is always on time, very knowledgeable and fast.

I have been going to Choe over the past 2 years-ish. - She is really great & professional. It is always a pleasure talking with her. Ive found that the best type of people are the ones who are passionate in their trade. - I am very happy with my haircut today & I will be booking another appointment with her again. Younten did an amazing job with my hair. I went in to get a balayage and got exactly what I wanted. She was also super friendly and happily gave me hair care advice.

Younten was quick and very accurate, my hair and my daughters hair look great. She even shared some good tips on how to maintain my hair better, which I really appreciate.

Yumi is fantastic! She has been cutting my hair for about 12 years now and I would be lost without her. She puts such attention into each and every detail. Never rushes through the process and aims to get each cut just right. Always a smile and cheerful attitude. Makes me wish my hair would grow quicker so I would have more Yumi haircuts!

Christine is one of the best hairstylists I have found. She is an excellent colorist and great at cuts. I went several months without any hair care due to Covid and she quickly brought the look and the health back.

I went there for the first time for a hair cut. Front desk staff were friendly. Yonten made me very comfortable and gave good advice on what kind of length will look good on me, as I wanted some layers. She did a good job.
I also asked her about piercings. She helped me understand the costs and types of earrings available. I ended up getting three piercings in total and I loved how easy the whole process was. I highly recommend Yonten for her services.
