I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Amit at Chatters and he is not only displayed exceptional skills in his work, delivering a precise and stylish haircut, but his friendly and welcoming nature made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Amit for anyone looking for a talented stylist with a fantastic personality. My visit to Chatters was truly a five-star experience!

A few months ago i booked for a hour and forty five minute curly haircut, the hairdresser didnt do what i asked, i asked for more layers, to keep my sidepieces dyed a different color, and to make the hair closer to my crown shorter so id have more volume, for context i have a mullet.she said she understood and then immediately almost cut off my colored sidepieces until i told her not to and thats not what i wanted at all.the haircut was finished in 30 minutes and i left with my hair uneven (the right side of my head has longer hair than the left), not many more layers, and my hair looked more like a straight cut than the mullet i had before i arrived.i left looking like one of those 1900 curly hair wigs that would be worn to court and i felt humiliated.im incredibly disappointed and will not be returning.the only reason im not giving one star is because im hoping it was just a language barrier with my stylist but it wouldn't surprise me if she didnt know what i wanted or how to cut curly hair.

Gotta say, Jeff, my daughter's stylist, is awesome with kids! If you've got a little one, Jeff's the stylist to go to for some kid-friendly hair magic! Will definitely go back!

Salvador always does an excellent job with bringing to life how i want my cut and color. Recently when i was in a rush to get a cut, i booked with Sofia. I am very leary about new people doing my hair but she did it exactly how i asked.

My girlfriend saw Montana here for her hair and judging by my girlfriend’s reaction when she got home, not only did she receive sub par work for the price, but the stylist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience talking with a lady about extension consultations. The method was not fit for me but definitely recommend visiting this place.

I've been getting my haircuts here for years now and have never had a bad experience. Kim and Ana are both my Stylists and have always made the experience enjoyable in an engaging (and humorous) way. Keep up the great work!

Today was my first time attending this location. I was recommended to see Jeff and I was not disappointed. He cut my hair exactly as I asked and included a head massage as well. It was awesome. He also was open to answering any questions I had regarding taking care of my hair and took the time to show me what products he recommended. Will be going to him again.

All the Staff is already super friendly and very helpful. Been going here for years and it's ways been a good experience. Faye and Anna always do an amazing job whenever I am there!

I come to get my hair cut here every month with the amazing Ana. Ana has been always warm and welcoming when I come in to get my hair cut every few months. The staff at the Creekside Chatters is always friendly and the booking online process is painless and quick. Definitely recommend this location.

Just had my hair done by Montana. She was professional, pleasant, and meticulous. My cut turned out exactly as I wanted it. Not to mention the scalp massage was fantastic! You want a fabulous experience? Montana’s your girl!

Hi went to Chatters Creekside, I was a bit skeptical first as I am a hijab observer. I wasn't sure how will my haircut be done but the staff was so nice and super cooperative. They put a divider for me for my privacy and I was given the option for a male or female hairdresser. I was super happy with my haircut and the services. 5 stars!

Me and my sister had a very good experience today, the service was soo good, special mention to Ana and Salvodor they did a amazing job.

I had the ultimate haircut experience with Jeff. He was incredibly gentle with my hair and even massaged my scalp when he washed and conditioner my hair. The products also smelled incredibly nice, hints of grapefruit. On top of that, he gave me the best haircut that I have received in years. I’d say that it was a better haircut than what I had gotten for my wedding a year ago (at another location). I’ll be definitively coming to this location for my future hair appointments and hoping to book with Jeff.

I want to express my sheer gratitude toward Tran for doing my hair extensions! She is a true angel who demonstrates a talent professionally and takes devotion and dedication personally. I walked in feeling lower than low but walked out with more confidence and feeling much better about myself and the future. Ana was amazing, listened to what I wanted and actually went above and beyond. Huge store if you need products. Salon in the back Have to walk thru the store and you cant tell there is a salon. Fragrances a bit overpowering at first. No vaccine proof needed. All wore masks.

My visit to chatters was my first visit into a hair salon/product store in more than 15 years. I found the dye I was looking for and got help from a lady for something to help manage my curls/frizz. She showed me an AG curl activator. I have used it 3 times now and am quite happy. After its initial crunchy feeling has been dabbed out, I can't even tell there is product in my hair and it looks better than ever. I may end up putting my straightener away for good since I can finally embrace my curls

Today I went to this salon for some self care. Been feeling really down and wanted a pick me up and all I got was terrible! My colour is nothing like I requested and the hair cut was nothing like I requested! I paid $200 for a haircut and color that is making me cry! The hairstylist had zero communication skills and now I am feeling the same about their stylist skills! They never even checked their own work! I asked for a layered bob that was collarbone length so that I can still put my hair up for work and now I have a hair cut that is nothing like I asked for, and uneven and color I absolutely HATE! I’ve always had troubles finding someone consistent to cut my hair until I met Ana last year! She’s always spot on and great to talk to every time I come in.

Amazing Staff with the upmost customer service and talent. A must visit there will be NO regrets with such amazing stylist talent and wide variety of product with an amazing exchange policy, its a no brainer.

It was my first time here and I would not go back, the service I received was below good for several reasons. The receptionists started bad mouthing a customer who had just left when I was getting my hair done, which was very unprofessional. I went in to get my hair coloured and was charged for "long hair" when my hair is just past my shoulders, which I felt was dishonest. I also did not enjoy the actual service I received from the hair stylist. She was pulling my hair a lot and was not being careful, she seemed like she did not want to be there. Also, she did not explain to me I had to tone my highlights before colouring my hair until she was done, my appt was to colour my hair but I told her the reason for it was to get rid of my highlights, so I would have appreciated if that was mentioned before hand. Lastly, as I was leaving I heard the receptionist tell her how much tip I gave (I gave her a good tip despite the service) but it was still very unprofessional. Bottom line, I had high hopes for chatters as it is a reputable chain but I would not recommend it.

I love going to this Hair Salon. My stylist Anna does an wonderful job in making sure that the cut is perfect. She goes above and beyond what is required. One of the best place to go.

I brought my girl in because her hair was terribly tangled. We saw Ana who was very kind and non judgemental. She detangles the mess and gave my girl a beautiful haircut.

Salvadore (sorry if a spelt that wrong) was awesome! Was going to just shave my head but ended up with a little more length on top (his suggestion) couldn't be happier. Will be back and strongly recommend this guy!

I have been to this location a few times now and every time they are wonderful. Always kind and amazing at communication, I recommend.

I came here for a second time as the first time I was very impressed. I had my hair coloured and cut. I wanted lowlights of my natural color throughout my hair to tie in my roots, however the stylist took that as an overall color. I wasn't too pleased by this but ht was not the end of the world. But then the cut came around. I had asked that she didn't take off too much, which was not followed. I work in a clinic setting where I have to put my hair up and I can't. It won't even go into a pony tail (I used to be able to pull it into a bun on the top of my head). I also asked for no layers with in my hair. I haven't been able to see the true state of my hair until I straightened it this morning. I don't know if it's just how things were trimmed but I have the choppiest layers in my hair. It looks awful. I spent a lot of money for two things I did not ask for. My hair looks ridiculous and I honestly want to cry.

My first experience with Salvador at Chatters Creekside location was amazing. I haven't had a haircut for several months due to the pandemic, and my hair was a mess. Salvador recommended a cut and I requested some shorter pieces around my face. He took off several inches and did some beautiful layers at just the right place to frame my face. Honestly he nailed it, I would recommend Salvador to anyone looking for a new stylist or a great haircut.

Went to Ana based on reviews, and she is amazing! She’s just so sweet and caring, my boyfriend also enjoys going to her for haircuts and always says how nice she is and I totally agree she has such a colourful personality! Will always go to see Ana as long as I’m in Calgary

Highly recommended. First time on this location and everything was great from booking up to hair styling. My stylist, Salvador, was very patient in understanding my concerns and the end result was great. The rest of the staff were courteous too.

I live close by and have had Ana cut my hair at Chatters Creekside for the last year and a half and she always does a fantastic job. I highly recommend her!

Clean friendly store. Had a cut and style by Tran this morning. Loved it! Did exactly what I wanted. Friendly and personable, Prices are very reasonable and affordable also. I will definitely be back and bring my daughter.
