RAJ is amazing.
This was my first time getting my haircut at the salon. He washed my hair before and after and he gave me effective consultation advice on what areas to grow out (as well as maintenance and styling tips). Raj cut and styled my hair differently from other stylists and barbers I’ve had in the past.
I will definitely be seeing his more often!

Took my son for his haircut for his first day of kindergarten and they butchered his hair Avoid. Why isn’t the back of his hair cut and blended to the front? She didn’t even touch it. Thankssss so much. Don’t waste your money here.

I went here to exchange my product and there was lady in Hijab was so rude to me. First, they gave me a product which damaged my hair and then when I went their to tell about their product they made me wait for 45 min and then came up to mentioning that they can't do anything. I missed my doctor's appointment because of them too. Ridiculousl service.

My stylist was Kim and she did an above perfect job with my perm, definitely going to be coming back in the future

I got a haircut here yesterday. I did not like it. I cried a lot about it. I went back in today. The manager is the kindest guy on the planet. He set me up with a different stylist and she changed my hair completely. I am extremely happy. They also gave me a free product and told me my next haircut is on them. Stylist was amazing.

I was in and seen a young girl who apparently doesn't know what shoulder length means she cut it to just below my ears and it has no style looks like she used a bowl on my head.

Has nothing to do with my stylist Jay he was great. I did have a problem with the f word being yelled up front my a young male stylist and a stylist with curly hair especially with a child present getting his haircut.pretty rude. Furthermore the yelling and wrestling at the front really unprofessional the business owner should keep this in mind it makes your salon seem a little trashy.

I went in for the first time today and got my haircut from zico he did an amazing job, was very friendly, talkative and very professional. He gave me some recommendations about my hair; ways that I could take better care of it so it can be healthier in the future. Well worth the price and time.

Had a great experience at chatters, was given amazing customer service by the receptionist and then had the best haircut I’ve ever had with a stylist named Sou, she gave me great treatment and tried her best to make the haircut as simple and fast as possible for me. Zico was a very talented stylist cant say ive never been happier leaving a hair dressers, he is a wonderful, very respectful receptionist, personally. I highly reccomend his work.

Kim was superb! It's my first time bleaching my hair, and I'm worried it'll damage it, but Kim My highlights are perfectly done. I will absolutely recommend her to my other friends.

I didn't know what to do with my hair. I had dyed my long hair black for a long time and now my grey hair was starting to become a problem. I though of cutting it all off and let my grey hair grow out. I decided to walk into Chatters and ask one of the Hairdressers for advise on color correction. As I was getting tired of the black hair color. It was Kim who talked to me. She advised that she would strip the black color and then recolor the hair to cover the grey and match the rest of the hair color. Kim said she could take me in right away as this was going to be well over a 3 hour job. I was so excited to have my hair done right away and immediately felt trust in Kim's professional expertise. While sitting in the chair and having my hair done I never felt any rough treatment. Kim knew while stripping the black color what color would best match the after stripping color. Kim cut my hair into long layers and flat ironed styled my hair. I am so extremely happy with hair, I am so glad I didn't cut my hair short. My experience with Kim made me feel 10 years younger. I will definitely be coming back to see Kim for all future visits. My Nurse colleagues see the huge transformation and and I tell then to see Kim at Chatters in Marbough. I give Kim 5 stars.
