I am utterly shocked and disappointed with the service I received at Chatters today. The only positive thing I have to say about my time spent there is the friendly receptionist. Twice in a row I have been horrified with the results of my haircuts, but this time really takes the cake. My first appointment was for a small trim, only a couple inches off the bottom and to keep my layers the same. He definitely did cut off the split ends.and a huge chunk of my hair on the side, then curled it so I wouldn’t be able to tell, but as soon as I washed and straightened it, it was very noticeable. On top of that, he seemed very unsure about how to achieve my requested style, and had to restart again before finishing. I would not be surprised if it was his first time doing hair. I was also told my haircut would be around $65 and it ended up being around $135, very confused about that.

Now on to my appointment today. I decided to go short and do a bob right above my shoulder. I showed many examples of what I was looking for, and things I did not want. I have extremely thick hair, and I was aware I wouldn’t be able to get a bob of one length without it looking silly, so we decided on some light layers. She washed and cut my hair, which at first seemed okay, but after blowing it I started to notice some things that seemed a bit off. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, because I figured the styling would help. Well when I got home, it was nothing like what I asked for. My layers are COMPLETELY uneven on both sides and it looks like she took a HACK SAW to my hair.there is once again a chunk taken out of my hair, and my curtain bangs are two different lengths. This apparently is a senior stylist with lots of knowledge. My answer to that is, where are they getting their knowledge, because it definitely doesn’t seem like a credible place. I left feeling so embarrassed and in tears, and I can’t believe I have to walk around with this disgrace of a haircut on my head. I will NEVER come back.

Hair color came out nice but not sure how at consult at beginning of appt I was quoted $141 + $22 for agreed treatment and ended up paying over $200. Upon recieving email receipt I was charged $174 for a 3 hour 15 min long hair service when my hair just touches my collarbones and the appt lasted less than 2 hours. In that 3h15m I was charged for I had my appt, went grocery shopping and loaded my groceries. Not to mention I had to go home and wash the remaining dye out myself because around my neck wasn't washed properly. I've had some nice haircuts here but won't be back for color.

Went in for a blow-out came out with the flat curly hair. No blow dryer in sight! A round brush was not used once for my blow out actually no brush was. My hair was just blow dryer straight and a straightener was used for the worst curls. 60 dollars later I’m going home and wishing my hair cause it’s so bad I can’t walk around with my hair like this.

I booked online for medium hair cut priced at $58. My hair was and still is just at shoulder length as shown in the picture for medium hair. My hair was already pretty straight and was trimmed while dry since all I needed was a slight trim. When checking out I was charged $70 for a quick cut that took less than 30 mins, no shampoo or anything which is outrageous. Won't be returning here.

I had my once a year hair trimmed 6 inches off.just a straight 20 minute job.my hair was sprayed with water to wet it then trimmed up 6 inches.no styling no shampoo no drying. It cost $58.00 which is totally out of line. Same cut last year was $30.00. Will not support Chatters again. Hairdresser was great

I booked a last minute appointment with Kristen tonight and I’m so glad I did. My hair needed some major love. She did such an amazing job. I feel like a new woman.
She never once judged me or made me feel bad about the fact I use box colour which in the past stylist have made me feel poorly about.
She also explained to me why my hair was feeling the way it was and gave me the tools I needed to help my hair.
Im so grateful that she worked her magic to transform my hair.

My stylist Christine was beyond awsome, she asked me what style i wanted, and did it exactly what i had asked. She was very friendly and professional. Will highly recommend her.

Brandi has an amazing personality and she is an exceptional hair stylist. I was really pleased with my cut and color. I will be recommending her to my friends.

I stopped going here after a few months because I wasn’t happy with the service.

Avoid making appointments with Vikki Snow. She has poor customer service and has messy colour application. My clothes would often get hair dye on them, and she never took accountability or apologized. She’s very arrogant for such subpar work and takes constructive critism poorly.

Vikki is not good at covering greys at the hairline. Also, at an appointment, she used a flat iron on my bangs without using a heat protectant. At another appointment, she wrung out my wet hair like a towel at the sink. This is so bad for hair!

At my first appointment, she was extremely late and there have been a couple times afterwards that my appointment was cancelled last moment.

She also has extreme mood swings and is quick to anger. It was like walking on egg shells.

Additionally, the colour that she selected for me wasn’t at all close to my natural colour which is what I had requested. I go to another salon now where I had it corrected.

VICKI IS AMAZING! She has cut my hair for awhile now and I have aways been very happy. She listens to what your saying and the cut is what you want and envision. I recently took my son 13yr old son to her. He is always reluctant to get his hair cut as he feels no one listens to what he wants and always just want to use clippers and shave his head. He had an idea in his head as to what he wanted his hair to look like. Vicki spent a few minutes before starting his cut asking him many questions about what he envisioned. When we left he could not stop smiling. She cut his hair excatly as he envisioned. Vicki is simply the best.

I’ve been a couple times and each time I’ve gotten my hair cut by their stylist Robert. Every time it’s been the best haircut I’ve ever received, he always knows just what to do and I cannot recommend him enough

We had a wonderful experience at chatters today, Vikki did a fantastic job with my daughter's haircut. She just loves her new hair style!

Chatters is always a great experience. If there are issues they always correct them. The girls are always so nice and knowledgeable. Overall great salon experience!

I didn’t have a nice experience at this salon. First of all they made me wait for 45 minutes which is okay it happens, it was almost closing time so my stylist rushed through my appointment and did not style hair. The cut includes a wash, cut and style. My hair was completely wet within when I left the store, it was such a disappointment. I have been to this place before and other stylists have done an awesome job in the past. This experience was such a let down!

Paid 200 dollars, 2 1/2 hours in the chair and got nothing I asked for. Had to leave with my hair wet, not cut or styled because timing. Will never be coming back

Went in a couple of weeks ago for a hair cut. Started out by saying I was looking for a change and showed a picture of what I was looking for, like most people do at a haircut. The first words out of the stylists mouth was a very snarky "do you have a picture with yourself with that cut? " Ummmm no, hence the reason I said I was looking for a change.
She then went on to berate me for using a box dye and for having pretty big roots. I explained that I was letting the colour grow out and that it was part of the reason for the shorter haircut. While waiting the ten minutes for the conditioning treatment to do its thing I can see and hear my stylist talking with another stylist about the condition of my hair and laughing at me. The two of them made me feel so uncomfortable and quite honestly like a lesser person for having hair that I needed help with. I hated my haircut by the time it was all said and done. I ended up with a cut nothing like what I asked for and it ended up looking like two different haircuts on one person. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable the entire time I was there and will never go back to this salon.

My wife booked appointment for highlights but they booked for haircut. It’s worst customer service. Can any Manager contact me.

Had an appointment days in advance, had it confirmed for 5: 15. Came at that time and they said no you were booked at 5: 00 which is not the case. The girl in the green hair pretty much insinuated that I was making it up or completely wrong as their manager would never make a mistake. Incredibly rude. I work till 5, I would not have made the apt for 5!

I booked apt week before for highlights when I went they said sorry we booked you for hair cut only and we don't have time to do highlights. They ruined my day and they don't care. Worst customer service

Came in for a cut and got butchered! Debating shaving my head now, since the fade I got looks like a staircase.

Kari is amazing! She has incredibly long hair and understand how to work with people with long hair! She so funny and very warming. Easy to talk to and easy to be around
