Carmen has been doing my hair for years and is the only person I trust to cut my curls. She is the best!

I believe richard cut my hair for me, i enjoyed talking to him during the appointment:) when i first saw my hair after the blow dry and styling, it honestly didn’t look the best but i understand he only had an hour to the washing haircut and styling (and i have long thick curly hair). But overall i honestly love my haircut, he cut off all the dead ends and my hair still looks just as long.which is amazing.richard is super slay

Best customer service ever! The ladies at the front counter are amazing! My app was late they were very kind and up dating me and very apologetic and when i went to pay they covered the hair cut such a nice surprise! The hair dresser did an amazing job!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lexie. She’s a sweetheart, an amazing stylist, an amazing person who takes care of you and asks at each step if I like it or not, and customer service is at point. She has great insight to what would suit me, referring products that would suit my hair texture, and top notch cutting. If you have to get anything done, I would only recommend Lexie. Thanks Lexie as always, you have been doing a phenomenal job for the past 2 years!

Nerissa was awesome as always; fantastic barber. Great experience there. Their counter staff was very friendly. Didn't catch the lady's name at the desk or I would give her a shout out as well.

I was not happy with the haircut I received. I booked on a Monday and they were empty. No wonder why. They can't cut hair. My stylist cut my hair too short and barely put layers in my hair. My hair looks very choppy. Never going back not am I referring anyone to them

The people on the phone were very nice and understanding. I got a simple colour done, but they were very knowledgeable and prepared as I stated that I do have previous colour and were willing to put me with a senior stylist. They also did a test strand on my family members hair as she also had previous colour on and was lifting to a potentially light blonde. The stylist I had was very polite and didn’t push coversation, which was amazing cause I was overwhelmed and over stimulated and talking to much would have pushed me over the edge. Just a note for anyone with light sensitivity bring sunglasses as it is very bright in there. They also have a room for ladies who wear hijab and completely understand that we can’t dye our hair black. One suggestion to them though is to either install a curtain or swinging doors as the poster was occasional moved a little to far and there would be a decent sized crack.

Hats off to Carmen. She did an amazing job with my haircut. Finally, I got something that I asked for. Very professional and clean. She knows how to do the perfect job. Thank you so much

DO NOT GO HERE! The stylist NATALIA will completely destroy your hair! All i wanted was a hair cut and i left will long and short and chunks missing from my head. Horrible horrible stylist and horrible snotty receptionist!
