Franco did such an amazing job, for my first haircut in 8 years I was beyond happy!
He was incredibly professional, he looked at my reference photo for maybe a minute and absolutely perfected the cut, he's incredibly experienced and does such an amazing job, I could not be happier with my haircut!

Im not a person who writes reviews but this was not okay! There was hair EVERYWHERE from the previous client. Old hair on all the brushes. Got my hair pulled way more then needed (probably from the gloves that were being worn the entire time). Everything was so gross and so dirty. I was there for about 35 minutes to get a trim (2 inches) got charged $82! Which is way to much for literally just a TRIM! I have never paid that much for a trim or a hair cut in general! A friend of mine was in there for over an hour got way more stuff done to her hair and it only costed her $60. Daniel didn’t even try to start a conversation with me what so ever just wanted my money. Safe to say I will NEVER go back. It’s not worth your money or your time!

I Booked an appointment somewhere at 2: 30 or 3: 30 as i got in they said i just wait shortly as they were finishing up. I waited longer almost 30 minutes i was getting sick of waiting i told the front till person i had to cancel because i have somewhere to be in instead of waiting.

Just had my hair done and it was horrible - used a brush with a bunch of old hair in it, no heat protectant and straightened my hair before cutting when I told them that I don’t usually style my hair.

Got my haircut here for the first time since the pandemic. Amazing "wolf" cut, great service!

WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! My appt was at 715 and I left at 722. She shampooed and didn't even use conditioner. The service was horrible. She was rough and the cut is deplorable. Bob in the front and mullet in the back. I asked for a trim of the ends. I was charged 57.00 for a 7min cut. She didn't blow dry or style or even show me the back of my hair. I will tell everyone I know how awful this was. I should have let my children cut my hair because it would have looked better. Wouldn't let her cut my dog's hair.

Haircut lasted over 45 minutes. “Experienced” stylist. She was a pleasant person:) but haircut was not good. Fade was not blended at all.

This was my first time to a new hair dresser since I've moved to Lethbridge and I was quite nervous having to find someone new. Dilon was very warm and welcoming and he took all my anxieties away! He was so caring and did such a great job with my hair and left me feeling confident! I will definitely be coming back!

Elayna is a wonderful women when I come in for my appointments she always so happy to see me an so wonderful she always does my hair an makes me very happy at the end of it. The time she takes to make sure everything is to my liking always helping me if I have questions but most of all being a mom who is at home aĺot I love the conversations me an her have she is so inviting happy an one hairdresser I have no had an issue with. Can't wait to come into my next appointment with her

I've been here several times and been kind of dissatisfied with my cut or how long it took but I think it really depends on how new the stylist is as well as the cut you're looking for. Today my experience was amazing and the person who cut my hair was very friendly and did a great job. Think her name is Kaitlyn. Will definitely be going back to get my hair cut by her again!

Guilianna did a BEAUTIFUL job on my hair. I absolutely LOVE it! I got a stacked inverted bob and she NAILED IT! She was sweet and kind and even though I was running 7 mins late she still kept our booking and didn’t make me feel poorly about it. Quite the contrary actually. I had a hard time finding someone that can lay a perfect babylight, until I found Dakota. She is excellent at her job! Very friendly, always in a great mood and ready to talk you through what she is going to do. Absolutely love getting my hair done there:)

My 10 year old wanted a "Hairspray" Movie inspired birthday party. The team at Chatters went above and beyond to help me come up with a plan and execute it with all the girls that came to the party. The stylists were totally into the party idea and so good with all the kids. Everyone left that day feeling like they looked like a million bucks and they were so proud of their fancy hair. Thanks Chatters team for going above and beyond!

Got haircut, I don't remember with whom. I asked for a cut as close as possible to the skin, and she left it a little patchy. Both my kid and wife noticed it. So I had to take a razor and get it down to the skin. This is the first time I've had an issue here. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Staff is friendly and fairly decent. Issues were 1) constantly cut my hair too short for my scars to show through, even after being reminded about not cutting it so short 2) they've decided on an environmental change which they decided the customer has to pay for.

John provided an excellent service gave me a haircut I usually get with just bit of own style and I love will go again when I need another haircut
