Consistently surpassing my expectations every time. I've been going here and getting my hair done by Brooklyn G for years. I have never had a bad experience here and always leave with hair I am OBSESSED with.

Talana is the absolute best at extensions! She can turn drab into fab! Thank you Talana I am so happy with my hair!

Honestly went into this business hoping to get my hair done, and left the place very dissatisfied with a number of reasons. Terrible customer service from the hairstylist her self that I was booked with (Hannah). Receptionist that was working when I walked in was the only good thing going on for them for customer service. She greeted me with a smile and notified me that Hannah is still busy with a client, after waiting 25 minutes in the chair, hannah tells me to go to her chair, poor attitude, very careless of her position, low customer service skills. I’m glad I walked out before she had a chance to even cut my hair. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Absolute worst haircut of my life.
It was my first time going there and I can say with certainty that I’m never going back. Told him that I wanted my hair cut shorter with some layers and that I still needed to be able to put my hair in a ponytail for work. After we both agreed on a length he started hacking away (didn’t wash, brush, or straighten my hair at all first).
When it was finished I realized that he had cut it at least one inch shorter than what we had agreed on and that it is completely choppy and uneven, I’m talking about one side of my hair being left noticeably longer than the other side. To top it all off it is now way too short for me to put up even though I expressly told him that I needed to be able to put it up for my job.
Please do not go here and waste your money!

My mother (m. Hedlund) came in for a color and cut and wanted her hair blonde. The next day the color turned orange. She went into the salon to discuss the problem with
Two hairdressers and there response was what is your hair history. She explained the situation and was rudely dismissed by two arrogant stylists that couldn’t give a damn. The manager was spoken too two days later and said she is ok with the results of the salons work. Sorry but orange isn’t blonde. I spent $300 and have a terrible job that was done by this salon. I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all costs they don’t care about there clients, there management isn’t sensitive to comply and fix unsatisfactory work. There business ethics are misleading and very unethical. I would give a zero star!

Today I went in for my first professional haircut in about 4 years. My hair is very fine, straight, starting to thin, a boring mess. I was nervous because I wanted quit a bit taken off.
Karolina almost instantly set me at ease with her smile and friendly demeanor. She listened to what I wanted - actually listened - and she got it. She understood my hair type and what would look good on me.
By the time she was done washing, cutting, drying, curling, and having the wonderful chat, I was in happy tears. I've never been happier with a salon experience, and will 100% be back to see Karolina.

I went here about a week ago or so and they did an AMAZING JOB I went in for the first time ever in 5 years of not going to a salon and Karolina was AMAZING to me as I was VERY nervous and scared but she 10/10 made it the BEST experience I've had in along time! Definitely will be going back!

I am going to start this with I have very high anxiety and hate being touched and just being serviced on in general, I have never been to a salon in over 10 years and had booked an appointment today with Jelena, 10/10 experience she was amazing with every way and made me feel very welcomed since i just had moved here a week ago. We talked like we knew each other for years she even walked me through with everything that she was doing. She seemed very honest, kind and just over all amazing at her job. You already know I left her a generous tip, I will be returning again. Left here with my head held high and just an amazing boost of confidence. THANK YOU JELENA!

Quite upsetting behaviour from one of your employees. Racist, biggotted and shameful. Unfortunately we will probably not be recommending this place to anyone else.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. My stylist Karolina is a friendly gal and strong hair cutting knowledge. Very pleased with her work.

Jelena Frolov was an absolute pleasure today. She took me an hour early and my hair looks and feels fantastic now. I took her card, I will be back!

Very satisfied with my service. Sandy has been doing my hair for over a year and she is excellent.

I had my hair done by Cleveland. She had to battle my own at home hair dying attempts. She did so wonderfully! She took the time to make my hair into exactly what I was hoping for! She truly cares about your hair and you. I highly recommend her and this salon. Also, the front end staff is amazing! They helped me shop to my little heart's content and never once judged the pile I was making on the front counter.

The hair stylist was really friendly to me but the haircut I received was devastating. The left and right side of my hair do not match each other at all. The right side is choppy in layers that are specifically what I did not ask for and the left side has absolutely no layers and looks like a triangle. The whole method that she did was absurd where at the end I was still left with slightly damp hair from her not blow drying it, and obviously doing no styling whatsoever to my hair. Definitely never coming here again because this will take sadly a lot of time for my hair to regrow back to what it was originally, especially when considering all the short choppy layers that were added in. All in all, I just feel terrible, and my self-confidence has plummeted after this experience.
