Cheechako cabins

The cozy cabins with lots of privacy but still close to the property office, if anything is needed. Absolutely friendly owners of this private paradise. Great getaway for couples and close to trails, hikes and Nordegg's hospitality.

We stayed 4 nights in the Chickadee Cabin. It was perfect! Extremely clean, private and cozy. Lowell was a great host and his dog Smoky, once she accepted you, was a sweetheart. The cabin has everything you need to cook your own meals, I even discovered a new spice I love! Everything you need to keep the place clean is supplied. Little deck was so cozy we enjoyed many hours out there listening to the birds and being entertained by squirrels. The BBQ was appreciated and had plenty of propane. The bed was comfortable as well. The price is very reasonable. I can't wait for next time! In reply to Cheechako Cabins: lemon garlic spice, or maybe garlic lemon? Delicious on potatoes with butter cooked on the BBQ!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary! We absolutely LOVED everything about this place! It was very cozy & clean, the owners are so super friendly! Very good pricing for this cabin and everything that is included! We were very impressed! We have quads and love how you can quad right from the cabin to so many different trails! We will definitely be back here again this year to check out more quading trails in the spring! Thank you so much for the awesome hospitality and experience:)

Lovely cabins in a quiet peaceful location. Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully well equipped. Beautiful area with gorgeous lakes and waterfalls nearby. We enjoyed our 3 nights and look forward to coming back.

We loved the look and peacefulness of Raven cabin. I hate to be a downer but we didn’t like the sulphur smelling water, the small shower and our bed needs a new mattress.

We stayed in the Raven Cabin almost 2 years ago now! We loved every second of our stay! Bonnie and family are wonderful hosts! The cabin was warm and inviting! Had everything we needed! The wildlife, the mossy green trails, and so close to beautiful hikes in the Nordegg area. We have booked and rebooked 2 times now and had to cancel for various reasons and they’ve been extremely understanding. One of our most memorable places to stay! Hope to be spending the long weekend this month there!

This is the go-to place for a great weekend getaway. The location is convenient for accessing the hiking trails in the area. The cabins are charming and clean. The indoor fireplace is perfect for relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about Cheechako cabins!

The DVD selection is vast. The trails nearby are great for exploring. The cabins have almost everything you'd need in regards to kitchen essentials, including spices!

Pet friendly! Our dogs had a blast here, and we look forward to taking advantage of the large common area outdoor firepit on our next visit.

Beautiful area and great cabins, (rating for cabins 5star) quiet and peaceful but host not friendly and too many rules, esp. No Visitors rule. Understand for overnight but ridiculous for brief visit during the day or evening. Won't be back for that reason.

Very beautiful, clean, and quiet stay. The weather turned on us and the owners offered us another night on them to avoid driving on the slippery roads. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a nice, quiet getaway!
