Definitely recommend this clinic! Doctors were great to deal with, assistants were quick and thorough. Receptionist was very welcoming and great to visit with!

I dont know who the dentist was…. But horrible experience. He prescribed me with some strong medications (T3 and steroids too), telling me that i had no infection on the tooth. Days went by and i was taking them feeling exhausted and even sicker, up to last night when even painkillers werent working. Came to another dentist and doctor just to find out that the infection has been there all along and i need antibiotics. Im so disappointed and im not gonna let this go away easy. I could have the worst health risks from this doctor irresponsibility and this should be solved immediately.

It’s a dentist’s office. With all that goes along with that. However, at Chestermere Dental, the friendliness, level of service, and attention to comfort make me almost look forward to going. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Visiting the dentist is not always fun, HOWEVER, Chestermere Dental somehow MAKES your visit fun! The staff are truly amazing! Every single one of Dr. Yue’s staff is very professional, knowledgeable, always happy, and ALWAYS willing go that extra mile to make you comfortable! Dr. Yue is AMAZING! He is extremely thorough, very gentle, and one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I used to feel anxiety going for my dental check-ups, but not anymore, not since switching to Dr. Yue and his amazing team! I 100% recommend Chesty Dental!

Wonderful experience as always the staff treats you like family always a hoot to visit. The facilities are very clean and Dr. JY is very gentle and caring he has fingers that dance like ballerinas across your teeth tiptoeing and poierting in the most delightful ways bringing you to your feet in applause and asking for an encore. Enough can't be said of all the staff from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with huge smiles from one of the most warm and friendly and beautiful people you will ever meet Carlie thank you for the steak and lobster dinner that is still to come i am looking forward to it and April what can be said about April WOW what a firecracker and perfect compliment and assistant to James i belive she is the real boss and rightfully so she will delight you with stories of her youth riding motorcycles with i presume an out law gang i havent been able to confirm that just rumors so far, she will take your dental care to the next level and belive me she dosen't play second fiddle to even the magical Dr Yue with her professionalism and care this group of people have made me want to stop brushing my teeth just so I have a reason to go visit I highly recommend them to families friends even my enemies they are that good

Very friendly staff. I was always apprehensive about going to the dentist. My childhood dentist always pointed out my overbite and made me feel self-conscious. I made an appointment with Chestermere Dental only after getting an infected tooth. They made room for me right away, despite not being there for many years. I discussed reasons for my apprehensiveness and they made me feel at ease. This appointment was a regular exam with cleaning. The dental hygienist was very thorough and explained what she saw (and how I should manage these areas) as she cleaned my teeth. The x- rays revealed one cavity. I also had a chipped tooth. Amazingly, they offered to take care of both of these problems immediately and I didn’t have to make another appointment for weeks down the line. I would highly recommend this dental office to anybody who needs work! I won’t go anywhere else.

I booked an appointment here for my husband and I as we are newer to the chestermere area and needed a good dentist close to home. My husbands schedule is easy to work around, but mine is a little more tricky as my shift rotates depending on the week. They were extremely accommodating and very friendly over email. I booked in for a cleaning and every single person I dealt with was so friendly and welcoming and personable. The cleaning I received was very thorough, and the hygienist did a great job. They found some cavities, which I wasn't thrilled about, and after a very negative experience getting lower teeth filling work done, I was very nervous, particularly around the freezing. When the last dentist did the freezing, the amount of pain and discomfort I felt was almost unbearable, so I was very worried. I dont know what the dentist did differently, but i literally did not feel the needle at all. He was so gentle, and worked VERY fast. I had 2 fillings done in 45 minutes. I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was. I really cannot say enough good about everyone in this clinic, from the amazing receptionist who is probably one of the most friendly people I've ever met, the amazing hygienists, and the professional and efficient dentists, I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. I'm thankful to have finally found a forever dentist for myself and my husband.

They have gone above and beyond expectations and i really appreciate the safe environment they have created to make me feel safe during the pandemic. I've been coming here almost ten years and I have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are so professional and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable at every visit. They have gone above and beyond to make their office safe during the pandemic as well.

I had the best experience with a dentist ever. They made me feel relaxed and right at home. Carly is an absolute treasure and April and Dr. James were so incredible and patient. The whole team at Chestermere Dental are amazing. Their practices related to Covid are great to keep people separate. The team is very informative as to what’s going to happen or what’s going to be different. I use to hate to go to the dentist but Carly, April, James and Celine make it a pleasant experience!

The experience I have at Chestermere Dental has always been good and a lot of the reason why is just how professional the staff is. From front to back, everyone is super friendly and reassuring. In general, I hate the dentist, but not mine.

Ultra friendly staff who do their best to make sure you are relaxed as they use miniature power tools on your teeth. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional.

Dr James and his staff are cheerful and friendly and I've received excellent dental care over the years. Wait times are short when I arrive for an appointment and the waiting room and treatment areas are tidy and clean. I'll definitely continue going to Chestermere Dental in the future.

How often can one say visiting the dentist felt like a day spent at the spa? When you get the royalty treatment and your Dentist tells you "you're the boss", that's when! Right from walking into the front doors and having a pleasant, knowledgeable receptionist, to a Dental Hygienist who is gentle, kind and full of advice for continued dental health and letting you know what you're doing that's working and what you might tweak, to a patient, receptive, educational and intuitive duo of Dental Assistant and Dentist, it was smooth sailing the entire journey! James and William are both great. Very knowledgeable and good at what they do. The entire staff is very friendly.

I have had a very positive experience. I can be very fearful of going to the dentist and the staff helped be feel very comfortable. Even though I needed extra work done at other specialists, the referrals were also very comforting.
Every thing was explained to me, what would be done and a break down of services were printed up before hand and the expected costs.
Also the prices were better than other dentists I have experienced the last five years at other dentists in Chestermere. I highly recommend the Chestermere Dental Clinic.
