Slowest people working there, just pretending and portraying that they are busy. In reality they are slow as.

I wish I could give this doctor a zero rating. Doctor came into the appointment (meet & greet) did not know why he was seeing my husband, then once reminded he proceeds to ask him 3 questions while slumped over in his chair. It was clear that he did not care about his patients. He has a thick accent and can be hard to understand at times. When he was asked kindly to repeat himself he replied rudely and spoke to us like we were children. My husband has had ongoing symptoms of numbness and the doctor didn’t even listen to him, do any physical exams or do any tests. He proceeded to ignore my husband and when asked again anything about these symptoms he was given no recommendations, treatment, or diagnosis just rude and unprofessional behaviour. He just ignored the problem and wanted him to come back a different day. This “doctor” is in the wrong profession. It’s clear he does not care about medicine and has very rude bedside manners. I wouldn’t trust him. It is clear he is just trying to do little to no work and collect his money. He might one of the only doctors accepting patients and it’s clear as to why, but I would recommend going into Calgary.

Doctor was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with. Even though they are the only doctors office with availability in Chestermere, I will not be returning

The front end staff was friendly and very helpful/accommodating, but the doctor that my 6 month old son was put in with was not someone I would trust for a medical diagnosis.
The doctor was very abrupt, kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my sons symptoms and the brief back story, kept calling my son a her (I corrected him multiple times), when he decided to examine my son he told me “just lay IT down”. At that point I ended the appointment because he clearly did not have time or the patience to see us. As I was buckling my son back into his car seat the doctor was leaving the room and said to me “Your kid is fine. Give him Tylenol” and then he was gone…
We ended up at the children’s hospital later that afternoon and had to be treated by multiple doctors over night.
I hope this was just a off day for the doctor we saw for the sake of his other patients… if not, I truly believe this man is in the wrong profession and should not be treating people. We will never go back.

Its a relief to have new clinic in Chestermere which is accepting new patients as I was looking for a family physician for my family for almost a year as our family doctor moved to Calgary NE.
I am satisfied with the clinic and doctor there. I have to take my children as a walk in twice last month and I am happy that they had adjusted us.
The receptionist is very nice and warm. I like her vibe. I understand they are new and setting up everything takes a little while which is ok. We can show our support by showing little patience.

It was such a relief to have a new medical clinic in Chestermere. My husband and I went over to have an interview with the Doctor. He reviewed all of our issues and is on top of the follow-up. Reception has been courteous even though they are busy with the phones or patients coming in.
Having the option to walk-in in valuable when you really have a problem and you are prepared to wait.
