We called we a problem with our new puppy.we've never been here before. They got us right and and helped our new puppy.
Staff are super friendly and nice. Very clean and professional.

Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful! They're all so friendly and clearly love animals.

It's a nice, small clinic that has calming music for your pet, a separate space to keep kitties calm in the waiting room, and a water cooler for you to use while you wait. They're also using aromatherapy! (They have a sign up to let them know if you're allergic/sensitive so they can stop it ahead of your appointment). The exam rooms are nice and warm. They perform surgeries on Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to change) and don't do overnight care.

I brought my 9-year-old puppy in for a check-up yesterday as I was concerned about an abnormal growth. Amazingly, they were able to get him in for surgery today! (Thank you to whomever canceled their appointment!) Dr. Jeff was very thorough with explaining the procedure, and all the support staff - literally everyone - was extremely patient with answering any questions that I had. More important than any of this, though, is that the technologists, assistants, and doctor were all very gentle with my puppy and really took the time to get to know him and his needs.

The surgery went well and everything ran smoothly when I picked him up. They sent me home with a lot of written information/resources to make sure that I was confident and equipped to continue his care at home. Included in the homecare package was a letter written from his perspective about what happened today after I dropped him off which made me feel oddly comforted. They even personalized his homecare bag!

I'm glad to report that my puppy is resting peacefully at home and has given absolutely no indication that he was mistreated in any way. If you're looking for a good vet office, you've found it!

After being rejected by multiple vet clinics on a Saturday for a gery concerning issue with our 8 week old puppy, Chestermere vet accepted us and booked us an appointment within the hour! We were so impressed with the pricing and the quality of service we are considering moving over to them for all our vet needs. Thanks so much for your compassion and understanding in our time of distress!

Thank you to Dr Lees and his excellent staff for putting up with my very excitable, greedy and noisy Boxer, Rosco when I brought him in to get microchipped and vaccination. Thank you for your patience with him and the amazing service provided.

This team is absolutely incredible. They have treated our dog Maui like a member of their family with so much love! He is even the background on their computer and all the technicians make sure to stop by for snuggles in the appointment!

Today was Toast’s first visit to Dr. Gabby (love that she refers to herself as “Auntie Gabby”) and it blew my expectations out of the water!

Toast is a nervous cat and new to our family so I was a bit hesitant at first with how he’d do. Their “fear free environment” was 100% accurate. This is the best Toast has ever been with new people, and he had a great first experience with Chestermere Vet Clinic.

I see us being lifelong patients.

Can't sing the praises of Dr. Gaby and staff enough! My 11 year dog experienced a significant trauma and they were there for us immediately! The care in early days and follow up have been second to none!

The way my dog was treated showed true compassion for his well being and not just another number on a page. Additionally, they provided cost options and didn’t make me feel guilty for choosing to not move forward with certain work. I would like to sincerely thank all the vets and assistants for treating both myself and my dog with the upmost care and attention prior and post surgery. You guys rock!

Took my senior cat Bala in to be euthanized. Was told she could benefit from treatment, so after all the diagnostic tests, with hope in my heart I took fluid and medication home to treat her with for a few days. This was with the understanding I was to bring her back in in a few days if the treatment didn't work. She did not respond and just became worse. When I phoned to have her euthanized a few days later on the Saturday I was told they could not take her until Monday afternoon. She was in agony. They e-mailed me a list of emergency vets to take her to. Being a low income senior this was not an option, and they knew that. I had to find a vet in Calgary who would take her. Chestermere Veterinary Clinics facebook page says "Certified Compassion, Your pet will find it here". Well my poor sweet cat Bala did not find it. Her last days were filled with suffering and mine with anguish. This is not how the pet that gave me her unconditional love and companionship should have suffered before she left this world. I can't and won't recommend anyone taking their pet to clinic.

I have been taking my senior cat to the Chestermere Vet Clinic since I moved here four years ago. The staff and particularly Dr Gabby, are kind, compassionate and caring. I had to let my little cat go yesterday and I am very grateful for the support of the staff during such a painful time.

Dr. Gabbie and her team are simply amazing. We leave about an hour away from this vet, but it's the only vet we will bring our puppy too. The staff really take the time to explain everything and we never feel rushed.

I couldn't believe the negative reviews I saw, but if you actually read them you realize it's more so the client who had issues with the service, and nothing the vet team did that was not right, IMHO.

Our dog has behavior issues, and we always put a muzzle on him when taking him out into the public. Dr. Gabbie has seen our puppy since we first got him, and she always makes an effort to make sure he is as comfortable as possible.

Thank you Chestermere Veterinary Clinic and all your amazing staff members for taking us on like family, and treating our son like your own. The best medical team we have ever encountered!

I would give no stars if i could. Trying to get your dog spayed here is like trying to steal a grizzly bear cub. Impossible. Very frustrating. Consult after consult. Just take your pet anywhere but here. Location is convenient but the staff must be listening to an ipod when u r speaking. They just repeat some rote answer.

It's clear they truly love the animals they treat.

They've been treating my cats for years and have been great. But when I brought my rescue pup in for the first time they went above and beyond! Because my dog was nervous on her first visit, Dr. Gabby examined her in the waiting room rather than one of the examination rooms. When we came back for boosters on Chloe's vaccines, Lindsey sat on the floor with her and let her sniff the stethoscope before doing the examination.

Wonderful people, very caring and supportive. Seemed to actually care about our puppers and his health.
