I’m very grateful to be working for this agency.my consultant is very supportive and questions are answered promptly. I always get ideas and things to try with the children from my consultant.which is great for learning new ways of play

I have been working with the agency for 6 years now and I have no problem dealing with the people in the office and my consultant. Everybody is very helpful. My consultant makes sure that she visits not only me but also the children. Everytime she visits me, we discuss about children's behaviour, interests and their development. As an educator, I learned a lot from the agency's support.

I am immensely grateful from Child Development Dayhome as they were supportive of my career as an Early Childhood Educator. The agency is making sure that educators are adhering to high quality childcare by ensuring that educators are capable and knowledgeable about child development. They have tons.tons of resources! My best experience was able to pursue my education while working as an educator and able to share my knowledge to practice. As a new consultant, I always look forward on working with families, educators, and children and meeting them at where they at. I am confident that when children are in care, CDDH "offer families peace of mind" because I see how my colleagues/staff put too much effort at their work. In my first 3 weeks, I feel supported, and my coordinator is one of the best! Their dedication and passion for the work that they do each day inspires me.

My daughter enjoyed going for a while but then claimed the teacher hit her so I personally wouldn’t recommend the dayhome in Allard

I have been working with this company for over 10 years now and loving it. There is a reason we have such low staff turnover. The team is amazing to work with and so accommodating with schedules, appointments and of course kids.i have also had both my children with our dayhomes and it was an amazing experience.the children didn't want to leave at the end of the day when i went to pick them up.they would also ask to go on the weekends. Overall a great place to work and have your children cared for!

Child Development Dayhomes has been a wonderful support and resource for the opening of my own family Dayhome.
All along the way of opening up my dayhome, and meeting the requirements laid out by the government for a licensed dayhome, my Child Development Dayhomes consultant was on hand to answer all questions and offer all forms of help to make sure I felt well equipped for opening my home for quality child care.
Since having my dayhome in operation I have had the constant guidance and support of my consultant as I have experienced the benefits and challenges of running a dayhome. I am constantly being offered and have received so many opportunities for my own professional development and learning and have gained so much in my own knowledge and skills through the encouragement of this dayhome agency.

I have been with this agency more than six years, and I m very contented to be engaged with them as an educator. I really appreciate their support in sorting me out different things. It’s like a family for me now and I would highly recommend this agency whether u r going to open day-home or trying to find care for ur kids.

We had our kids with Lida, caregiver through Child Development Dayhome’s and we loved her. We moved so had to take the kids elsewhere. We had updates from our admin and Lida. My kids loved her, never had an issue, they were always happy to go. Lida was so accommodating and made my life so much easier! Our oldest had her preschool review and was told we must have an excellent daycare provider as she had already learned so much. LIda’s was always spotless, never had to worry what they were eating, were always cared for, and they truly loved her. So blessed to have had her the last few years.

We used this agency for both my sons Dayhome’s and they are absolutely fantastic! The educators are top notch along with our consultant! We’ve even referred our family and friends to this agency and they’ve had similar experiences! Would highly recommend! Keep up the good fabulous work:)
