Service was excellent. Steak came back medium well when I ordered medium rare. But we're quick to address this and insisted that I get a new steak. Would recommend.

Great, affordable option for large groups/families when in Banff. There were about 20-25 of us and yet the service was excellent and they split the bills effortlessly. The tortilla chips and salsa are delicious and they top them up, and the margharitas are SO good and huge.

This restaurant was above and beyond in accommodating our hockey team for dinner. They have a fabulous space down half a level from the restaurant where kids won’t be in anyone else’s way. The waiter we had is a gem, and kept all the different orders straight, made everyone smile, and was real kind to all the kids. The food was also excellent. Definitely recommend this restaurant

We sat at the bar to watch the hockey game. The staff was extremely friendly and we found the food to be very enjoyable. I'd recommend it for sure if you're looking for a cold beer. The happy hour was also very reasonable!

Good food at a good price. My son loved the chocolate lava cake for dessert. We're would go back for sure.

Staff are amazing here, food is cooked to perfection. Great for families to come and have a meal. I enjoy dining at this restaurant when I am visiting Banff, and looking forward to returning

Chili's is great, the food is amazing especially the fajitas! The lady who dealt with my take out order was extremely friendly and helpful, her name started with a T but I can't remember it now. And the best part was that you could get a to go caesar!

The food was good but the service was meh at best. We ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich without tomato and it came with tomato. Then after we were done and the waiter had asked if we wanted anything else we said no he just walked away and didn't see him again for about 30 minutes for the bill. I'm pretty sure it only came because we waived him down.

Reminded me of Chili's back in UAE. Food was good, and they gave us a molten chocolate cake on the house for our friend's birthday along with the singing!

This place is a 3 star restaurant in a 5 star hotel. That means that the Chile's staff have amped up their game. Now it might be the first 5 star Chile's around. Great place for lunch, in any hotel.

Amazing Mexican food. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Quesadillas and my wife got the shrimp tacos. Portions are big and filling. They have tonnes of drink options including multiple impressive margaritas. I absolutely recommend if u like Mexican cuisine.

We stayed in Banff for a few days and ate at Chili's twice because it was located in our hotel. The food was okay, but the restaurant was packed and staff was very busy to assist with more than just a quick "how was your meal? " I tried ordering room service once and it was declined because they were so busy.

Nice location. Reasonable prices for food, especially for a tourist town like Banff. Clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and attentive. We both quite liked our meals. Good portions.

Very friendly server and pet friendly If you have a small dog you can let the dog on your lap and enjoy meals!

Good service. Bad food. Ribs were dry and lacking sauce. Chips were half burnt and half oily. Wife's shrimp was not grilled as ordered. Very disappointed since we've always been big fans until the various branches closed down. Only good branch is at Edmonton International Airport now.

Great setting and ambiance. Nice mountain views from the outdoor patio. Generous portions, delicious bowls and sizzling fajitas plates!

Continental breakfast doesn't offer much you have to order breakfast if you want any protein which is ridiculous! At least offer that!

Had an enjoyable dinner at Chili's in Banff.
Its a lot more modern and nice on the inside than a lot of U. S. Chili's restaurants. The food came oir fast and our server and the others that helped us were all really friendly.
One of the drinks wasn't done right and the server took care of it and got us a substitute. She was very helpful and courteous. We really liked the food as well even though it's chain restaurant menu, the execution was spot on for everything we tried.

Not really impressed. My Bacon Avocado Chicken sandwich had no bacon to start. Barely any chicken. Mostly just bun with a tomato. And my "seasonal" vegetables consisted of broccoli and. Well. That was it. No seasoning either just dry steamed broccoli. Will not be coming back unfortunately.

We were a group of 4 looking to sit in a booth when the hostess/server Ella refused the booth. When asked why she said they did not have any booths however, there was an empty booth right in front of us. We would have rather been told that the booth is for bigger parties instead of being lied to that they do not have any booths. Later when ordering our meal our server kept bringing back our refill chips in the same used plate. When eating the chips there were more crumbs and broken chips then the actual chips.

Outstanding restaurant that supports our Local Veterans Food Bank of Calgary and our community. The manager and staff are very friendly and provide superior service. Great environment and spacious patio. The menu has so many options and variety of food. Excellent place to dine. Highly recommend this place

We were on our way to pickup our vehicle from the Rundlestone Lodge and decided to stop here at Chili's for lunch to conclude our 1st anniversary weekend getaway in Banff National Park!
We enjoyed fresh Tostadas, the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and a surprise dessert on the house - the Molten Lava Cake with "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! " written on the plate with chocolate fudge! That was literally the icing on our anniversary cake!
Such great service and food! Recommend this to anyone coming for their anniversary or special occasion!

Lovely outdoor patio setting with heaters and blankets. The manager is extremely helpful and hands-on, and the food was great! Given Covid-19 ensure to make a research.

Do not order fajitas to go! We picked up an order of fajitas. When we got back to our hotel, we were missing all of the condiments. So disappointing! We didn't want to take another 20 minutes to walk back to the restaurant to ask for it.

The Bulldogs were fire. The Margs were lit. Food was aight. Chilis is tight! I want my baby back baby back baby back baby back baby back ribs!

Food is good but the customer service is very bad.

We ate at the patio and unfortunately it snowed, we asked if we can just pack our foods for to go, they made us carry our foods from the patio going inside, it’s snowing and we can only carry what we can, didn’t get any help from them. And I asked if I can get a new coffee since I didn’t get to carry it anymore the lady from the front desk told me to grab my coffee from the patio and just transfer it to a container. Really? !

Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday. Good ambiance, foods superb and staffs were very friendly.i would recommend this place.

Excellent service from our waiter (he had ascent I wasn't familiar with.and I didn't catch his name but he was fast and we were taken care of.

Ordered shrimp tacos, got chicken tacos instead. Not to mention the fact that I was told they would be done in 20 minutes, but when I got there, I was told they'd be ready in another 5 minutes, meanwhile I waited an additional 20 minutes. Their excuse was that it was a busy night. First of all, due to Covid, only take out orders are possible, and funny how not a single person walked through the door while I was waiting for my order. Hard to believe it was a "busy night" if nobody is coming to pick their orders up. Next time some truth would be appreciated.

The waitress was nice and cheerful but the burger we ordered was cold. And had barely any taste. Just meat slammed with tomatoes and onions. The chipotle chicken tex mex was real good in taste. But i had such a bad stomach ache after i ate their food. I would not like to come here again. 50 bucks for two people AND a horrible stomach ache? Gee, no thanks.

Normally I really like the food. But was just there for the weekend. Food was horrible. Over salted, greasy and cold. I know they are coping with the pandemic, it that is no reason for the food to be so awful. Is the chef or the cook really proud of his food lately.

Excellent dining experience. Its only chili's.but they have great easy menu for everyone, who does not like tex-mex? The service was very good and the location is convenient with plenty of good seating and lots of social distancing. I would love to see couple extra tvs as only the bar has a good view of tvs. The food was good, the drink were good, the server was checking on us all the time.it was a really good time during dinner.perhaps the steak in the salad was a tad chewy. We came back for breakfast as well and they had plenty of choices as well. Good place, highly recommend it.

What a lovely place to eat! I had a burger that was big enough to be a meal on its own. The server was terrific! And of course, the location is accessible!

Mexican food at it's best. Quality fresh produce along with flavor has made it to the top of my list. Spicy shrimp tacos is a must try.

We have eaten the continental breakfast here at the Fox Hotel for the last two years while on vacation. The servers are very nice and the food is of good quality.

We ate dinner here once and found the value to be good and the server friendly.

I love Chili's and my heart broke when they pulled so many restaurants from Canada. The only time I get Chili's now is when I travel to Banff, or fly out of YEG airport.

So made a special trip here while down for the weekend. Service and food were fantastic, zero complaints. Highly recommend the Blueberry Pineapple Marg's!

We also enjoyed the classic (and delicious) southwestern eggrolls alongside the white spinach queso, and chips&salsa. Love that their chips are warm, and the salsa is so so so tasty.

Be sure to request no straws! Our server was great as she only brought one for our first round of Marg's, and then left it out for our next round.

Reduce & Reuse friends, whenever possible.

You can't go wrong with any of the food on this menu. It's all tasty and delicious. I'll always be back

The menu Breakfast was good that’s the only reason why I’m giving 2stars. The short woman server looked hungover, could barely speak, couldn’t focus and she didn’t understand that we didn’t want the Free breakfast. I told her we would rather pay for a decent breakfast instead of the ONE do-it-yourself-waffle. She would not get us glasses of water and said we had to go down to the free breakfast area and get it ourselves. Terrible service. Next time we stay at The Fox (which is always perfect, we stay here once a year) we will not be going back to Chili’s breakfast.

Food was pretty good. We were staying in The Fox, and the bus girl said she’d call our room when a table was available (20-30 minute wait). We went down after 40 minutes as she never called, and found out she had called our name and someone else took our reservation, instead of calling us like she said. Thankfully they had another table ready still.

I’m visiting my friend in Alberta from Toronto and we decided to go to banff national park for a night. We went here for dinner. My friend and I specifically asked for the blue cheese on the side of the wings. The wings came out after 20 minutes with blue cheese crumble on it. We asked for a new batch of wings. It took another 20 minutes to bring the new wings out. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she asked why we didn’t like the blue cheese. The food was good, service not so much.

Simply the best burritos in town, with super friendly quick service, in a lovely environment. What more could you ask for? Oh happy hour drinks? Yes, of course, sir:)

Used to work here so I'm biased, but I can never get enough of the chicken Mexican rice bowl (with a top shelf margarita, of course)

We came in (my family of 4) for breakfast. Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. Everything was perfect, except for a small issue with our eggs, which was fixed promptly. The manager on duty, RYAN, was amazing and made us feel understood. Best of all.our coffees were never empty and the manager stuck around to converse:). Definitely will come back!

The waiter we had for dinner the evening we stayed was top notch. The service the next morning, not so much.

A local favourite for Caribou, whether a small dinner with visiting family or a massive slightly disorganized staff party Chili's has provided consistently excellent service, and a wide variety of tasty meals with good value for dollar. Recommend the smothered chicken burrito.

Happy hour is always welcome, especially when the spokesperson is server Chris. The passion the man has for this company is so genuine and honestly really nice to see. Portion size was surprisingly large, especially considering the price, and the chicken tenders were delicious! Just a shame there are no more in Calgary. I feel God in this Chili's tonight.

The place it's ok, a bit small I think. Their breakfast buffet it's really good, different options for all tastes. And their service is good too

100 % wonderful, it might be somewhat expensive but it doesn't seem like it when you get what you pay for. Money well spent.
