Chili's Grill & Bar

This is over my expectations, my expectations on the average of the restaurants in the airports. I really enjoyed the mushroom burger with juicy beef and good portion of fries. Also tried the chocolate dessert, that was a bit sweet for me. Close to the gate flying to Vancouver. Good location.

To the cute girl serving me Titos punch. I made my flight safely. Also thanks for the banter. I will definitely be back mostly for you. Overall best experience!

Honestly a spot to sit down and maybe get something to eat? Don't look at photos, they aren't the same.

Our server rose took our order then seemed to completely forget about us. I asked for napkins and after waiting 10 mins I went and grabbed them myself and she saw but didn't say anything. And as I write this she still hasn't come over once. Food is decent but service is terrible.

After asking other restaurants about ingredients (got couple of nasty allergies) and getting a few “I don’t know” answers, looked at the menu here and saw some options.
We had Don as a server and when I asked him for couple changes to the green salad (with chicken) we were off and running. Don is my new favourite human, “I want you to be happy” he says. He said something like, the days are short when everyone is smiling. I lived in Texas for a while and always liked Chili’s, especially at lunch. (Grapevine Mills TX)

Tried the fajitas for the first time and I totally liked it. The service was good. The right place to have dinner at airport. The ambience was nice. The sitting arrangement was great and huge.

Location in Wing D seems to open whenever they please. Website says 5, been sitting outside for 15 minutes and nothing. Other location is pretty good. Won't bother waiting outside this one again.

Fav place at the airport to eat however its not as good as it used to be. Now give it 4 stars as opposed to 5.

I still go there while I am waiting for a flight but disappointed on some of the menu items that have been changed. They got rid of the southwestern spring rolls which is the best thing on the menu along with changing a few other items. Still I like the fajitas and the brisket Quesada which are awesome. Burgers are decent as well.

Stopped in for a glass of wine while awaiting my Saskatoon connection yesterday.
The bartender, (the bill says Dylan) was lovely.kind and efficient.
He was busy but still took the time to converse with this old gal

I recently shared about eating 3 bad meals when I visited Alberta last week. They responded and said they were sorry I had a bad experience and gave me a link to report further. The link wouldn't allow me to access unless I lived in the USA and reporting about an American outlet. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WAS SLOUGHED OFF CARELESSLY.

Had the pleasure of having Evangeline M serving us. What an absolutely pleasant person! So helpful, so kind! She noticed our empty water bottles & offered to fill them for us. What an awesome thoughtful gesture. I hope management realizes what a gem she is!

Went here for lunch and overall it was pretty good. The service was great and the food came fairly quickly. We had the Swiss mushroom burger which was actually very good and quite big for the price of $18. The fries were also really good and they didn't charge for hot sauce which was nice. We also had the chili for $9 and side poutine for $4. Size wise it was good for lunch but I found the chili a bit bland. Wouldn't order again but it was fine. The poutine similarly was fine but nothing special. It had quite the strong pepper sauce flavour and there wasn't much cheese but for the price it was ok.

Would definitely go back but next time will stick to their burgers because it was very good!

Both locations in the Calgary Airport’s concourses C & D deny customers entry an hour before their posted closing time. There is no reason to deny people entry while you are still supposed to be open and have customers inside, unless you are just lazy and want to be paid your hourly wage without having to do the work.

Honest review! Waking extra early to deal with travel and then security, then to get you and your family a solid, good, filling meal only to be utterly disappointed and overcharged by Chilis! If I can suggest anything go to A&W! Their portions are larger and way less expensive. I paid $17 for a tablespoon of deep fried cold hash browns, two under cooked pieces of bacon, two very overcooked eggs and one slice of toast. It was a horrible way to start our trip and incredibly horrible way to start the day. Had to go to other restaurants to at least get something that resembled food and was good tasting. I won’t even get into how horrible my sons waffle kids meal was. No reason for cold food when they are as busy as they are. Please reconsider before eating here and service …. Well was non existent. Absolutely horrible and disappointed.

HOLEY SERVICE BATMAN! 6: 00am in the morning and the staff are exceptional. Friendly and efficient all around.

Service was fast and friendly. Our breakfast was good, but I feel that the A&W beside Chili’s serves the same quality of breakfast for half the price. The Chili’s breakfast seemed more like fast food than nice restaurant.

Shoutout to the manager who made an exception for a few folks walking up after last call to serve a few last pints - the entire airport is dead, even the Flames grill shut down before their actual closing hours. If I’m in Calgary airport again and have an earlier flight, I’ll definately come back and enjoy a meal here.

Food and service was great, but do not reccomend sitting at the bar. Blonde bartender very rude and unwelcoming.

I'd rather give them no rating. Horrible service. The waitress is rude and isn't hospitable at all. Served me with chicken when I very clearly mentioned I was an vegetarian. When asked to check what was on my plate she simply said we'll get you another meal since we don't know what is in the dish. Very irresponsible and careless.

We’ve been here a couple of times (the one near gate D). The burgers are awesome and the service has been super friendly.

Had a lovely meal here before our flight. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and responsive, and our server Christina was such a gem. The food is good, and the giant margaritas aren’t to be missed!
